The Song of Valkyries (For Ducky)

Tonight, both Chigusa Yuuki and Megumi Mutoh would make their debut as a tag team. It's been a while since the last time they fought alongside each other in a tag team match, and both of them were looking forward for it. With Megumi moving out early from Wrestle Angels and Chigusa having an excursion at England, they hadn't been teaming up with each other for quite a while, and they took this chance to catch up with each other, as the two of them were inseparable friends.

Sure, they might have faced each other multiple times before back then in Wrestle Angels (one of the match they had ended with them passing out from blood loss), but both of them considered each other as close friends. Some people might even think that they were in a romantic relationship with each other, something that both girls neither confirm nor deny. Still, no one could deny how close they were.

Currently, the two of them were in the locker room, changing into their outfits. Megumi had already worn her signature strapless red leotard. The outfit had underwent several changes before, but the outfit was something that people would associate with Megumi.

"Alright, all done," Megumi said after giving her outfit one last adjustment. "So, Chigusa... ready to-" she stopped when she saw her partner, Chigusa, wearing a rather sexy wrestling outfit. Granted, they had seen each other naked before, but seeing Chigusa in such a revealing outfit still caught Megumi off-guard. "Umm..."

"What do you think, Megumi?" Chigusa asked, showing off her voluptuous body to her partner. Like Megumi's, the outfit that she currently wore resembled the one that she had during the first time she wrestled in Wrestle Angels. Though it was a lot more revealing, showing off a lot of skin, it was also pretty practical. "Pretty cool, huh?"

"Well, I'm used to see you wearing your idol outfit, so... I guess it kind of caught me off-guard," Megumi admitted. "It brings back memories, though. I remember you being embarrassed while wearing a leotard, hehe..." she giggled, causing her best friend to blush.

"T-that was long time ago!" Chigusa stammered. "W-well, putting that aside, let's get going now! I'm sure people are looking forward to see us!"

"Ah, yes... let's get going, then," Megumi nodded. Walking side-by-side, the Valkyrie Troupe made their entrance, and the crowd cheered as the duo made their appearance alongside each other. The fans had been looking forward to see the two of them teaming up ever since the two of them had joined LAW. And the bombastic music that accompanied them certainly helped the mood as they walked down the ramp, heading over to the ring.



So, the two of them finally reached the ring, and they entered at the same time before they walked around to rouse the crowd some more. Soon after that, they would get the microphones from the ringside crew so that they could say something to the crowd as well as to their potential challengers for tonight.

"So..." Megumi started, bringing her microphone to her lips. "I guess you already see this one coming, right?" She grinned, and the crowd let out a loud yes, responding to her question. "Yeah, I've been waiting for this too, thank you. You guys sure love shipping me with Chigusa, don't you?" That earned them some laughs from the crowd as they acknowledged about their rumored romantic relationship without actually confirming it.

The two of them continued addressing about their partnership prior to them joining LAW, telling them how much they were grateful for the supports that their fans had heaped onto them.

"Now that we've teamed up, it's only right for us to see if there are any other teams that want to face us in the ring..." Chigusa said through the microphone. "I'm sure there are many teams out there who want to test their mettle against us, so..." She looked at the direction of the entrance. "Those who want to test their luck, feel free to come out and see for yourself!"

The crowd had gone crazy from their declaration, and both Megumi and Chigusa looked at each other, smiling and nodding as they would wait for their first opponents in their first tag team match.

Waiting backstage, Ducky and Swan patiently sat in the locker room of the LAW arena, the pair of them having made their way to the LAW arena for a bit of interaction with the fans, neither having a match tonight. The two had spent a good deal of time interacting with the fans and simply spectating their friends and fellow wrestlers, watching the matches tonight with the intent to be nothing more than spectators.

...At least, that was the intention. But as Megumi and Chigusa would make their way out to the ring, it would seem that things were going to take a unexpected turn for the duo in the back.

Listening to the two of them, Swan's eyebrow raised as the pair soon announced that they were a newly formed tag team, and her and Ducky shared a quick look, the pair of them knowing that they had new competition to look out for. But soon, Megumi and Chigusa would go one step beyond announcing they were a tag team, throwing down an open challenge to any and all tag teams in the back!

"...Ducky?"

"Yes Swan?"

"Are you thinking what I am?"

"I think I am." Ducky said with a sly smile, suddenly grabbing her mask as the two stood up, brushing themselves off, before both making a dash to the ring! Both women ran as fast as they could to make sure they weren't beaten there, and with a quick moment to collect themselves at the entrance way, before bursting through, right out on top of the ramp!

The crowd's attention was soon drawn to the masked pair as they suddenly appeared at the top of the ramp, the crowd cheering quite loudly as the popular tag team appeared at the top of the ramp! And with a quick gesture, Swan and Ducky would get the crew to deliver two mics to them, which they would use as they began to walk down the ramp, making their way down to the ring!

"Check it out Ducky! These two remind me a lot of you and me a few months ago!"

"A cute, debuting tag team?"

"Well, I was going for two lovers who are desperate to hide their relationship from the fans, but that too!" Swan said, for Ducky to sigh and rub the bridge of her nose with her index finger and thumb. But despite the ooh's and aah's this caused from the crowd, the blonde rebounded quickly, ignoring her friend's joke before turning things back on Megumi and Chigusa.

"ANYWAY, we're out here because we heard your challenge!"

"And we plan on whipping those cute little asses of yours in the ring! So I hope you're ready!" Swan said, as the two finally got to the ring, hopping up on the apron, both waiting for Megumi and Chigusa to reply!

It didn't take long for their open challenge to be accepted as a pair of cute girls showed up, and they seemed to be wearing masks. Both Chigusa and Megumi looked at the pair making their way down the ramp and heading over to the ring. Megumi cracked a smile and Chigusa giggled when they heard both of them joke about the implied romantic relationship between them, but soon after listening to them, Megumi confidently stepped forward as she looked at both Ducky and Swan.

"Well, I hope you two know what you're getting into..." Megumi said as she spoke to both the opposing girls. "I can tell that two of you are strong, but do you think you can take the two of us head on?" Standing tall before both girls, she smiled confidently, having deep faith in their own wrestling prowess.

"Let's give everyone a best show, okay?" Chigusa said, smiling brightly at both Ducky and Swan. "And, umm... forgive me if this question seems inappropriate, but can you tell us your names? We need to know who we are facing in this match," she said, wanting to know where these girls were.

Making their way down to the ring, Ducky and Swan both wore big smiles as they greeted their soon to be opponents, both of them quite eager to accept the challenge that had been thrown down before them. And as the climbed onto the ring apron, the crowd was cheering quite loudly, with the two masked girl's needing to wait just a second to respond, letting the crowd settle down for just a moment.

First of all, I'm Black Swan, and this is Ducky Williams! And we... are the Wings of Wrestling!" Swan said, to a loud pop from the crowd, the LAW audience clearly quite big fans of the two.

"And as for if we think we can beat you? Well, what do you think, Swan?"

Well, we didn't tell you to prepare for us to whip your cute little asses for no reason! We plan on beating you here in the ring, just so everyone knows that the Wings of Wrestling are a force to be reckoned with!" Swan cried out, Ducky and Swan more than ready for a match with the new team, eager to tie up with them and show that they were intent on running things around here!

Both Megumi and Chigusa listened as the other team introduced themselves. "Wings of Wrestling, huh? Alright, we'll remember that..." Megumi said as she grinned at both Ducky and Swan. "So, I guess we can start now. Are you two ready for this?"

Both the former Wrestle Angels put their microphones down near the edge of the ring, which were then taken out by the ringside crew. Megumi hopped on the balls of her feet and Chigusa did a little stretching up, preparing themselves for their upcoming match against the other team. The crowd cheered, showing their supports for both teams.

"You'd better remember it! Especially after we're gonna be here beating it into you for the next half hour!" Swan said with a grin, grabbing the top rope and leaping over it. Ducky was a bit more reserved, slipping into the ring between the top and bottom rope as she approached them as well, smiling at the two as her partner talked.

"What she's trying to say, is that we're more than ready to begin, if you can."

"Yeah, what she said! So ring the bell, when you're ready!" Swan said with a smile, the two masked girls ready for Chigusa and Megumi, all four women looking quite ready to go!
