Makie vs Catherine -NO DQ

Catherine tries to prevent Makie from escaping; she tries to squeeze and ensnare her, but she eventually gets out and gets free.



Catherine takes a breather and stares at Makie. This is so she doesn't take advantage of her. Catherine thought of a move that she hadn't done in a long time.



Catherine goes under Makie's legs in an attempt to lift her up. She holds her legs so she doesn't run. Then she is going to try to land a backdrop to land Makie down on the mattress hard

Makie breathes hard as she rolls free from Catherine's grip, trying now to put some space between her and the silver haired girl. As she rolls onto her back, she sees Catherine coming at her, dropping low to grab for her legs. Thinking quickly, Makie shoots her legs up over Catherine's arms, hoping to snap them around Catherine's head in a scissor before she can grab them, hoping to then grab Catherine's wrists to further trap her in place.

If she fails, however, then she won't be able to stop Catherine from lifting her head over heels and slamming her hard into the mat!

Catherine got caught in this weird hold. Yes, she got stuck, but this hold is weird to her. She is gently biting her, trying to remember this hold.

Oh wait, maybe she can power out of this. She goes to try and get up by lifting her feet up. If she were lucky enough to do it, she would fall backwards to slam Makie.

However, if Jamie just lets go, she is just going to go in the ground again. Meaning she can do whatever she wants. Welp, she's going to go for it and take that risk.

Makie's breath steadied a bit as she managed to snare her legs around Catherine's silver haired head, grabbing onto her wrists to trap her arms in the bargain. She clenched her teeth and squeezed her thighs together, compressing Catherine's head as she tried to wear the taller girl down.

Slowly but surely, though, Catherine began to show off her own power as she started to stand up. Makie held her breath as Catherine lifted her up off the mat. She knew what was coming next, having been on the receiving end of this hold often before. Catherine was going to lift her up and slam her. Not, she decided, if she acted first.

Releasing Catherine's wrists, Makie leaned forward, pressing her weight against Catherine as she lifted her. Then she arched back, trying to use her scissors to flip Catherine over onto her back in a modified hurricrana!

"Oh no," Catherine thought. She felt her movements. She omes what the outcome is going to be. We've been on this road before. She never did know how to counter this kind of hurricane.



It works, and she lands on the mat. She lies face first on the mat. She goes to turn around and do a jump kick-up. If she got up without getting attacked.



She would quickly attempt a roundhouse kick aimed at Makie. She's going to need to do more to stop Catherine. Well, she probably knows that. It is near the start of the match after all.
