It was true that the bearhug hurt, it was a painful ordeal to be put through and one that wasn't exactly new to her. She had been locked in bearhugs by Karina before...and she had locked Karina in bearhugs before! Though she had to admit that Karina was out-doing herself with this one. It seemed as if her rival was willing to put in 110% effort into crushing her and taking quite a bit of delight in it.

The arms tightened around her frame, as Karina began to bounce and causing even more pain. Then came the leaning as that big mighty squeeze forced Jeanne's body to stiffen in Karina's hold. She hissed out through gritted teeth, shaking her head a little.

"Nnngh!...G-glad you are enjoying this more than I am...!" Jeanne jokingly complained, as she would continue to struggle, her body writhing and twisting as she tried to force her way free from the bearhug, her strength being sapped each minute she remained locked in it.

Karina knew that if she held the bearhug for too long, it would be a battle between her own strength to hold her powerful opponent and friend up, but also if Jeanne could endure it and she knew Jeanne was powerful enough to dish out as much as she can take, so Karina would have to play this the smart way, which was not to use the same hold for too long.

With a huff and a smile, Karina would lean in close, glaring right into Jeanne's eyes with that playful look that sought to keep Jeanne at a disadvantage.

"Oh I am, but we have much more holds to make you feel!"

With that, and because of Jeanne's constant struggling, Karina would turn her body to the side and outright throw Jeanne away to the ropes, wanting to take the time to gather used strength and give Jeanne some time to recover!

The bearhug had been a long and painful one, if there was one thing that Jeanne could say for sure about her friend and rival, it was that Karina was powerful and stubborn. Her bearhugs were fierce, dangerous holds to be trapped in...it was part of the reason why she very much enjoyed paying Karina back for them whenever she could. Why a great deal of their rivalry had been based around trapping the other in these lengthy squeezes and forcing submissions out of the other. In this match though, that was not possible. It was a lengthy pinfall match instead.

The purple haired wrestler would let out a moan of pain as Karina gave her that final squeeze before she outright threw Jeanne away towards the ropes. The Crusader was sent stumbling and ended up with her back against the ropes. Her arms flung over the top set and used them to steady herself, making sure she didn't fall down onto her knees. She huffed out heavily, panting for air...sweat drops rolling down her face as she threw a tired glare over at Karina.

"Tch...That we do, I suppose. Though don't think for a second I'm letting you off without a bearhug of my own." Jeanne showed a friendly but pained smile on her face. She'd push off the ropes, her body protesting but she moved forward still as she raised her arms, moving forward as she would try to lunge at Karina and lock up for a grapple with her rival.
