began to fade out over the loudspeakers. She didn’t have the look of a woman getting ready for a match, she wasn’t hyped up or waving to the crowd. She simply stood there, mouth clenched, with the slightest hint of a glare directed up the ramp, as if she would rather be anywhere but in this ring.

Because that was the truth of it. She did not want to be here.

Kaylah didn't want to be in Japan, if she were to be completely honest. For the past few years, her whole reason for being in the country was to serve the Baroness, to aid her mistress in her endeavors, but that all changed a few months ago when she and a few other maids found themselves surreptitiously let go, released from the Baroness’ employ.

Being away from her mistress had been distressing enough, but it also left Kaylah with few employment options, as her time serving as the Baroness’ muscle had turned away many prospects in domestic service. That left her with one option for the time being: wrestling with LAW. Her mistress had signed her up as an active wrestler, and that contract had yet to expire.

She had hoped that management would simply forget about her and let her be until the contract expired, but no, they decided to actually get some use out of her. That's why she found herself here, in a match she didn’t want, performing for people she cared nothing about, all so she could keep a roof over her head.

Vexing, to say the least. She was resigned to it, though, and now she just found herself waiting - quite impatiently - for her opponent to come out. While she didn’t know who she was facing, she wasn’t expecting much - apparently, this was a debut match, which meant it was best to set her expectations low. She’d just crush them, make them submit, then go home to enjoy a half bath and a good book.

Ariel was calling herself the Moon's Empress but have no followers now that she joined this new league in a new country. Her goal was to dominate every women on her path but if she can have some help, it would be better!

Luckily, her opponent today was the perfect target. A maid without a mistress, the missing piece to be considered as a real threat. Despite being new in this league, Ariel managed to have a match with that maid, and she could not hide her hype by rishing her entrance.

She was already barefoot, walking to the ring a bit faster than usually and jumping in the ring to face her opponent. She truly was a maid, a big, tall and strong maid. It was not going to be an easy match, but an empress losing to a maid was unacceptable for the bluenette!

"I can see how lonely you feel, my dear."

Ariel walked around Kaylah, stroking her chest and shoulder with the tip of her fingers and smirking with envy.

"I promise you to take a good care of you, as long you worship me like I deserve to be!"

She stops in front of her opponent, winking at her and letting a hand on her bust.

Kaylah wasn’t sure what she was expecting from the match card - apparently, she was facing someone going by the title of the ‘Moon’s Empress’. An overly fancy, audacious nickname, the sort that she was accustomed to in wrestling. She wasn’t of a mind to take it the least bit seriously.

And then she saw her.

Her eyebrow rose as the woman made her way down to the ring, hair as blue as the ocean, her soft, bare feet gliding along the ramp as she approached. There was a carefree, easy nature about, a soft beauty that belonged anywhere but in the squared circle. She was a beautiful woman. Even Kaylah, hard as she was, could concede as much. Not merely pretty or cute or even sexy, as so many in LAW were. There was almost ethereal quality about her.

Kaylah did her best to shake it off as she pushed her way out of the corner, preparing for contact, but that didn't seem to be what interested Ariel. Instead, the woman deftly stepped around, inspecting her, speaking oddly prescient words, before her hand came to rest on her chest. As if claiming her.

Bold, this one.

Kaylah froze for a moment, lip quivering, unsure how to react, before she shoved Ariel’s hand away. ”I worship no one.”

Ariel fought many womens of her size and few women bigger and taller than her. It always was impressive to face someone stronger physically, but the Moon Empress was confident in herself and her skills, she trained a lot to be there.

She smiled at Kaylah when she heard her answer, slowly removing her hand from her opponent's bust to stroke her neck and her chin with her index.

"For now."

It won't be easy, she knows it, but she will not show any weakness and will triumph. She stepped back, turning her back to her opponent and whip her hair in the air to return in her side of the ring, waiting with impatience this match to start.

Mind games. Nothing more, nothing less.

Kaylah’s eyes narrowed as the woman moved away with those roving eyes, as if she were undressing her in her mind. It was unnerving; she would allow that much, but if this woman thought she could throw her off with these puerile tactics, she was about to learn a hard lesson in futility.

She huffed and began circling the ring after the bell rang, sliding on her heels and keeping a fair distance from her opponent. Though she was a fair bit bigger than her opponent, she still preferred to play cautiously until she had a good idea of who she was dealing with. Kaylah detested surprises.

The bell rang and Kaylah was already circling the ring, never escaping Ariel's eyes who was smirking at her opponent. But the biggest wrestler was still distant from Ariel, letting the Moon's empress be left wanting more.

But she understood that she have the first move and take it grantly, lunging at Kaylah as fast as possible with her light body to send a dropkick in her opponent's chest, trying a strong starter for this match!

Kaylah might not have known what to expect from this woman exactly, but she could look at the woman and make a few educated guesses, just based off her body type. Light, lithe, agile. A supple, quick body, the kind meant to dish out quick punishment, but less adept at taking it.

It was all theoretical, sure, but a strong theory, and she tested it a moment later as her opponent charged in at full speed, foregoing subtlety for a direct attack. She leaped in, closing the distance with a dropkick that landed square on Kaylah’s chest and sent her staggering back.

But she wouldn’t stay away for long. She hit the ropes, then came back, closing in on her opponent and swinging a lariat to try to take her down.
