Lauren managed to escape and she had a chance to act if she was fast. She bent down and went low, grabbing his legs and rolling him over. She positioned herself so she had his ankles tucked under her arms and sat down on his lower back to lock in a Boston crab! She knew it wasn't the fanciest hold but it was still solid and she locked it in making escape difficult, or so she hoped after being stuck for so long herself in his hold.

After turning the situation around, the wrestler quickly took advantage of Lev being unguarded for a few seconds to apply a classic Boston Crab; while it wasn’t the most elegant or difficult move to execute, it was very effective, especially when performed by wrestlers with great strength and mass, as was the case with Lauren. The White Bishop’s first instinct was to head for the bottom ropes, even though he knew it would be difficult given how firmly the American had him in her grip.

Lauren felt Lev pulling and dragging them to the bottom rope and this wasn't a match so while she kept the hold locked in she wasn't cranking back as hard as she could and she didn't try to walk them back closer to the center of the ring. She did apply some pressure and did resit him dragging though. She made it hard but once his hand reached the bottom rope she let go and backed off immediately letting him get back up to his feet clean.

He was lucky this wasn't a real fight because right now he'd be in a world of pain; fortunately, Lauren just kept up the pressure to hold him tight, but not hard enough to hurt him. Thanks to Lev’s tenacity, he managed to reach the bottom ropes and escape, getting back to his feet faster than the Amazon to surprise her with an ankle lock, which, just as she had done to him, wasn’t meant to hurt his opponent.

Lauren seemingly had just let go of the hold and was walking away when she was suddenly knocked over and on the mat with her opponent grabbing hold of her ankle! She wasn't sure how that had happened but the important part was that she was now stuck again and had to escape. She had one leg grabbed with her ankle twisted but her other leg was free. She began kicking at Lev as hard as she could with her free leg hoping to hit him hard enough to make the hold no longer worthwhile.

Before she knew it, the Amazon was already trapped in the white bishop’s reverse hold; although the Englishman wasn’t using his full grip strength, he held her firmly in place. Even so, Lauren refused to go along with another hold, so using her free foot, she began kicking Lev, gradually forcing him to loosen his grip. “I think we’ve already shown everything we can do with holds, miss. Or do you have something else up your sleeve?” the tall man said sarcastically.

Lauren felt him let go and took a few deep breaths. "More? There is always more. The question is if it was part of the schedule today or not." She said as she looked up at him. "For today yes that is it for in-ring work I think. The rest of my day was going to be over there with weights and the like. You can join if you like or if you were just here for the in-ring stuff then that is fine too." Lauren said.

"Well, I could do more too, but I think I’ll save that for when it’s our match," he said as he offered his hand to help the blonde woman up. She asked him if he wanted to go lift weights or if he wanted to leave. "Go on, I don’t have much to do and I should practise my lifts as well," said the elegant athlete. Although it wasn't his strong suit, the white pawn was ready to practice weightlifting with his veteran teammate

Lauren shrugged and nodded. "All right, sounds good to me then." She said making her way over to the squat rack. She began loading up plates on the sides and once it hit 225 she settled underneath ready for her first set. "This is going to be the light set, I am working my way up in weight each set but doing less reps each set." Lauren said to Lev as he watched. "I will go then you tell me what weight you want and then you can do your first set." She said to him.

She stood up, stepped off the rack a step then began doing her squats in a slow, controlled cadence making sure to watch her form for 15 reps.
