Well that was a waste. Kodama didn't get anything useful to strategize with from what Hana said, while she in turn gave precious seconds off the clock she had to attack. Maybe you could say that Hana's advice was to go for attacks that took less time from start to impact, but that wasn't exactly revelatory information. Not to mention Kodama had thought her attack was quick. At least for the surprise factor that came with it.

Kodama wasn't going to let Hana get away, so she closed the distance that the Keijo pro tried to create. Trying to think of a unique way to strike while leading with her ass, Kodama would go for something deceptively direct. She would sprint at Hana, then turn as if she was going to go for a basic, standard Hip Thrust. Hard enough that Hana wouldn't want to block, but dodge instead. But the thrust wouldn't come. Kodama would effectively run backwards into the space where Hana was, then try to react to how her mentor dodged and strike for real in response.

Hana would see Kodama coming to her with an obvious attack, way too obvious compared to what the shortstack had been throwing out recently. She would dodge to the left as she tried to create distance again, while on high alert for anything else that Kodama might try to do from there.

Just as Kodama had planned, Hana thought her feint was a real attack. In fact, Hana bought it so completely that she started taunting Kodama over the perceived failure. But when the purplette dodged to the left, Kodama was not recovering from committing to and then whiffing on a massive attack. Instead, the shortstack was loading up her hips to follow Hana's dodge and smash into her stomach.

Assuming Hana didn't pull any professional trickery that let her escape Kodama's trap, after she buried her ass into her mentor's belly, Kodama would go for it all. The stomach blow should have left Hana doubled over, which the shortstack would use to go for the big knockout swing aimed at Hana's jaw.

Thankfully for Hana, she had been expecting Kodama to pull some sort of trickery, and was already on guard for that. As Kodama swung her ass towards her belly, she would quickly move her body out of the way from the powerful strikes, barely managing to avoid both due to the...sheer size of what was being launched at her!

"Whew! Hah...maybe we can work on your speed after this!"

"AUGH!" Kodama growled, hopping around after missing again as her frustration started to surface. She really felt like she had been earning hits on Hana. Doing all the right things to get ass to body. Yet she was denied and denied again at every turn. All Kodama really had to show for the time Hana had been defending herself was when she caught the purplette out in the air.

Kodama had one more idea. She'd run headlong at Hana, turning to send her hips at her mentor as she reached her, fully expecting it to be dodged. Wanting it to be dodged. Because the real point of Kodama turning was to put her back to the ropes to rebound off of, and then launch the real attack at Hana even faster with the ropes' momentum. "Here's speed for ya!" she cried as she tried to crash her ass into Hana's body.
