A Red and Green Rematch: Makie Akamatsu vs Peggy McIntyre

Sucking in air hungrily, Makie rolled to the side, somewhat unable to believe that that had worked. Somehow, she had managed to get free of Peggy's brutal scissors and sent the other girl rolling away. She grimaced, past her pants for breath; she needed to turn this match around, especially after the way Peggy had been brutalizing her just now.

Painfully, she crawled after Peggy, and then leapt forward, cupping her hands together to drive and axe-handle blow into Peggy's midsection or back-- whichever she was facing at the time. If that landed, then she would follow up by grabbing for one of Peggy's legs and, wrapping her own legs around it, would lean back, twisting at Peggy's ankle as she tried to catch her in her signature modified legbar submission, the Giant Killer!

Peggy was on her back when the double axe handle came crashing down on top of her! "ugh!" Peggy groaned as she kicked her legs only for one to be grabbed! Peggy frantically began to struggle but it was no use, Makie locked in the hold! Peggy's leg was trapped and she was unable to escape!

"AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" Peggy shouted as she kicked her free leg, flailed her arms and thrashed her body about! She was in a lot of pain quickly, knowing she had to escape. She tried to kick at and punch at Makie to free herself but it was no use! She screamed in agony again and began to crawl to the ropes, her eyes starting to well up as her ankle felt like it was going to snap!

Makie was breathing hard as she twisted at Peggy's leg, wrenching her foe's boot the wrong way. Her own legs were locked tightly around Peggy's knee, preventing her from pulling her leg free, and she angled her own body so that if Peggy tried kicking at her, she would have a hard time doing so. Her entire body right now was focused on bending Peggy's leg as much out of shape as possible.

"Rrrgh...give...up!" she snarled, conscious of the fact that Peggy's flailing hand was now only a few inches away from the bottom rope...

Peggy howled loudly, her scream echoing throughout the arena. Her desperate flailing got the bottom rope saving her but her body was a mess. She had taken the fight to Makie for a time but largely Peggy had been getting destroyed by the smaller Japanese woman. She gasped for breath and shook her head trying to pull herself up as she seemed to only have one good leg at the moment. She cursed to herself, shaking her head and wondering how this could be happening...

Even though Makie was putting everything into this leg lock, Peggy still managed to grab the bottom rope. Soon enough, the ref was telling her to break; with an exasperated sigh, Makie slapped at the mat in frustration and stood back up, stepping in behind Peggy as the other woman struggled to stand up.

Grabbing Peggy by the arm, Makie would drive a knee into her midsection before turning to whip her across the ring; as Peggy came bouncing back, Makie would rush at her and leap forward, aiming to scissor her legs around her foe's head and bring her down to the mat with a hurricanrana!

Peggy groaned as she was pulled up and sent running and hobbled as her one leg was seemingly effected by being stuck in that hold for so long. She bounced back and was an easy target for Makie as Peggy flipped over and crashed to the mat! She groaned and kicked the mat in pain, her leg bouncing along with the shaking ring ropes as she rolled to her side. She couldn't seem to get going. She looked like a chump and she knew it. She was angry, embarrassed and humiliated as Makie was making easy work of her.

The crowd yelled as Makie's drop kick hit home, sending Peggy crashing onto her back. The moment she hit the mat as well, Makie rolled, crawling over towards Peggy, moving to lie across her heaving chest and hook back one of her legs, going for a pinfall.

In an instant, the ref started the countdown. "ONE..."

"TWO!"

"TH-"

Peggy screamed and thrust out of the pin before flopping down on her side and laying there. She shook her head and moaned, weakly flopping onto her stomach then continuing to roll to try to get distance between herself and Makie. "Ugh... come on... come on..." Peggy muttered to herself. She was getting beat down mercilessly. She wanted to fight back. She had to fight back. But was it too little too late? Was she really just some undercard gatekeeper for the middle of the pack?

The audience clapped as Peggy managed a last-ditch kickout. Dropping back onto her knees, Makie stared in disbelief. How freaking tough was this Irish girl? Her leg had to be killing her right now, but she still managed to kick out of that pinfall, even though it had been close. It was obvious that Peggy wanted this win as badly as Makie did; for the first time Makie wondered how much damage she would have to inflict on Peggy to get there.

Crawling after Peggy, Makie would try to sit on the other girl's back, before wrapping her hands under her chin and wrenching back, trying to punish her Irish foe with a camel clutch. "Come...on....tap...out!" she growled as she wrenched back on her redheaded foe.

Peggy felt Makie jump on top and lock in another hold! She was unable to stop it and she howled in agony as she nearly collapsed down to the mat! "AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!" Peggy screamed as she was hurting badly. Her leg was still not right. it probably wouldn't be right until the end of the match. Now? She was stuck again flailing as she tried deserpately to free her arms. From there she would try to power Makie's grip off of her in a desperate bid to escape but right now Peggy was really on the back foot and seemingly looking beat already as she struggled, giving it her all to escape.
