Catherine Celestial vs Katsumi Oshiro - No Disqualification

"Is that right?," asks Katsumi, keeping the grip securely tightened around Catherine's midsection. The grapple is meant only to be a pause, a transitional moment in the match. But it's also a little convenient in learning more about her opponent - not through talk, but through tactile contact. She could visibly tell the other girl is tough and dense with muscle, but it's a whole other thing to gauge it directly with her own arms.

They tighten around her waist, the forearms pressing firmly into Catherine's core, subtly testing the durability of those abdominal muscles. To see what she has to work with. This presses the girl's chest tight behind Catherine's upper-back, her own bare midsection flush against the other girl's lower back, her hips against her rear.

The elbow fires back, and Katsumi's head tilts away! But that's a temporary fix as it lines her up for the other elbow, catching her on the cheekbone. "Ah!"

Her arms release the other girl's waist, and she backs up in a stagger.

Catherine after successfully knocking Katusmi back. After that, seeing her stagger, Catherine went to give her a punch in the center of her stomach for revenge. She then grabbed. She brought Katsumi close and then went to go give her 3 knee strikes to her center.back?



This is payback from before. She wanted revfore flr her always going after that spot that she wants to see how Katusmi handles itshe isfsuccessful,ssful she would make her go up against the ropes. Will Katusmi use this to strike back.

A woman of very few words, this Catherine. That's less fun! Granted, Katsumi is more focused on coming out on top in this matchup - even moreso than other matches. But that impish, plucky side of her still craves something to sink her teeth into, something to tease, taunt, and banter with. Alas, Catherine doesn't seem the type! All business!

It's just as well. A fist slamming into the center of Katsumi's stomach leaves little room for witty repart'e.

"UNGFH!"

The Punk Princess is doubled over instantly, arms wrapping her midsection. Then she recoils as the knees begin hammering into her back, each one forcing her to arch with every individual impact. In the end, she's staggering forward, one hand favoring her back. This lets Catherine easily grab onto her and guide her back into the ropes.

She went to some big chops to her chest. She chanted the number of each hit. She only did 3. She knew Katusmi couldn't really counter this.



She made each one stronger than the last. She wants to see how she deals with it. If she doesn't do well, she can get away with a high-flying move. So she goes to Irish-whip her to a corner. We'll attempt to do that. She doesn't think she can fight back.

The chops land across Katsumi's generously exposed upper-chest area, forcing her body to buckle against the ropes. After the third lashing, the Punk Princess slouches forward, eyes squeezed shut against the sting. But she isn't afforded much recuperation after the slashing impacts - her arm is seized, and with a yanking whirl, she's sent hurtling off towards the far turnbuckle!

Katsumi pivots at the last second, letting her back collide with the post instead of her chest. "Unh!" Her arms whip back over the top ropes at either side, stabilizing herself. With her mind racing, those vivid green eyes sharpen onto Catherine. Despite the pain that's been heaped upon her in the last few moments, she's trying to focus on what's coming - to find an opening. Her fingers curl around the ropes in anticipation, letting herself linger in the corner as tantalizing bait.

Catherine saw this as a way to keep up the pressure. She wanted to make a high-flying move on Katsumi. That's why she did it. Now it's time to close the deal on that.



Catherine goes to run at Katherine shortly after she tosses her. She's going to ring the bell with her run. She will go in and try to hide her from a strong kitchen sink. Which is a knee strike to her chest.



Only if that worked, she would then toss her to the ground. Then go to the top rope. She would jump up in the air, looking away from Katsumi to perform a top rope moonsault.

It's difficult to tell if time is moving slower or faster. Adrenaline is a crazy thing, especially when paired with the endorphin rush of fresh pain. Hyper-fixated, instincts screaming at the walls of her mind, Katsumi watches the charge. Arms raise? No. A jump? Not quite. A knee! The instincts win out, and Katsumi's left hand grips onto the rope to pull. The punkette spins out of the corner to clear Catherine's trajectory just a hair before the impact of the knee with her chest.

Quickly, Katsumi repositions herself behind Catherine with the full expectation that she'll turn around to face her. And the moment she does, the Punk Princess has a special delivery locked and loaded. The right knee is poised high and angled low, as if ready to fire a roundhouse into the other woman's ribs. But when the kick snaps off, the path is higher - much higher - whipping her boot in a crescent aimed to collide hard with the side of her head in her signature question mark kick, The Heartbreaker.

The momentum of the kick resolves in a half-spin, ending with Katsumi facing out at the audience. Her hands lift and come together to make a heart shape, lips moue'd sweetly.

Catherine saw Katsumi evade her last second. "What!?"She fully went behind her. When she turned around she saw her going in for a kick.

It looks like the stomach again. Probably going to format again. She trys to raise her hands to block it. However, she changed it and hit her head instead and made her spin. She falls down and lays down.

That was...unexpected.

Playing to an audience of completely unfamiliar faces in a completely unfamiliar neck of the world is exhilarating. The feedback from the crowd, the applause for the artistic display of combative athleticism, and the wry, cutesie little gesture to cap it off seemed to go over well; far better than the home audience. But the home audience is jaded. The home audience knows her to be rotten. These people... there's a chance for them to see her as something else.

Shooting a quick look back to her opponent, she sees she's fallen to the mat facedown. Likely a bit of a heap, given how close they were bunched to the corner. But that was fine. A kick like that could justifiably send someone down the lightless walk. And though it's not as electrical an ending as one of her proper finishers, claiming victory over Catherine here and now could be a statement. Would be a statement.

Reaching low, she grabs the other woman by the boots to quickly haul her away from the corner by several feet before turning loose. She drops to her knees beside her, the kneepads conveniently absorbing the impact with ease. With one hand on Catherine's hip and the other on her shoulder, she rolls her over onto her back to present her fit and firm, feminine body to the lights.

Katsumi lowers herself across Catherine's body. Her toned stomach settles against Catherine's rippled abdominals. Her left arm hooks beneath Catherine's right thigh, pulling the captive limb into the air and widely to the side. Katsumi hikes her own left leg into the gap beneath her hips, thigh brushing against her trunks. She braces her right forearm against the mat to balance and arches her back, pushing her midsection tighter into her opponent's stomach.

As cameras flash, Katsumi whips her hair back over her left shoulder to flash a sly, confident smile.

The referee drops beside the pair near Catherine's head, ready to count the pin. The arm swings high, then barrels down again, palm hitting canvas.

"ONE!"

Catherine was surprised by that kick. She never really saw anyone in person do it, or maybe she saw it one time. Eh, probably not. That doesn't matter anyway. She has to focus.

Katsumi is taking her time, though. She feels her drawing her away. Well, she can't blame her. If she were going to pin her, that would be an easy rope break. She feels her mocking her.

Eventually she gathers that she is going for a pin. Well, that's fine. The more recovery time, the better. She wonders if she (Catherine) is actually down and out.

And kicked out by Catherine. She waited until 2 to give her some recovery time. Let Katsumi go for the pin of 2. Katsumi isn't going to do anything. Catherine is going to stand up.
