First character is Augusta from Wuthering Waves. I have noticed Mavuika from Genshin around. They look pretty similar, but are differenc characters I guess?

Honey Bee is an OC of someone on the board - someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe those are generally off limits forever.

Honie B. Bea is the created OC of dddybee and he has said that he’s taking a hiatus from LAW which might be a full retirement. That’s his character forever and can’t be used unless he allowed someone to adopt her. As for the others, as far as I know, they should be free.
