State Of The Amazon (For SRG)

Alaina was in casual wear today at the arena but scheduled for anything. She was in a pair of jeans and a tank top as she waited for her interview. It wasn't going to be anything big or crazy but she few a few questions would be about her future, something she herself was growing more unsure about.

She saw the interviewer coming and waved. As he walked up and the formalities were complete the first questions rolled in.

"Alaina are you going to be in the next PPV? We Are LAW is the show of the year but you are not yet on the card."

Alaina smiled and nodded. "You know, after losing the title I have scaled back a slight bit. If they have openings and a match for me I am happy to step in but if they have other things in mind then that is fine too." Alaina said.

"Are you going to retire again soon? Is that why you are scaling back?"

"Not necessarily because of that but my kids are older and growing up without me. That has weighed on me." Alaina said.

Bernadette was in a rather bright mood this evening. Even if Annabelle and Candice were playing hooky today, the leader of the fearsome trio wasn't complaining by any means as for as she was concerned outside of Alaina and Tina getting a win over them in a handicap tag match, everything seemed bright for the up-and-coming heel. Bernadette was currently putting on her gear as tonight she had a special announcement she was going to make. After crushing it in the Queen's Decree, tonight she was going to cut a promo, more so an open challenge if you will to someone of her choosing to be her opponent in the upcoming, We Are LAW 8. "Hmmmm who should I challenge?" The Bomb questioned herself as a multitude of dream opponents appeared in her head. "Dana Ashford?" Was the first Bernadette asked herself as after all she was her favorite wrestler to ever grace the squared circle. "Probably best saved for later as a final test of my up-and-coming greatness." Bernadette chuckled herself as right before she could think of other opponents, the TV in her locker room turned on. "Wait what!?" A growling Bernadette asked mad that her train of thought was cut off as her eyes were now glued to the TV."This better be..." Bernadette continued leaning against the TV before stopping herself halfway through her sentence as her it was revealed the interviewer is speaking to none other than Alaina Sander-Haines."I thought she retired at this point..." Bernadette scoffed turning her head to the side remembering her teams unfortunate defeat by the hands of her and Tina Armstrong. "You know, after losing the title I have scaled back a slight bit. If they have openings and a match for me, I am happy to step in but if they have other things in mind then that is fine too." Those words for Alaina cut through to Bernadette as now she knew just who to face off against for We Are LAW 8."Oh Alaina... How you should've kept your big mouth shut." Bernadette beamed with a mischievous grin as she swiftly pivoted her heels around to begin existing the locker room to make her announcement.

Bernadette walked across the backstage of LAW trying to find where Alaina's interview was being held trying to keep the element of surprise. After a few minutes of checking each hallway, the Bomb poked her head out and finally saw what she was looking for, Alaina and the interviewer still chatting amongst themselves. After pulling her head back the bomb tried her best to keep her laughs to herself. "Perfect... I know just what to do..." Bernadette said to herself as she began to slowly walk around until she got right behind Alaina."Miss me?" Bernadette let out with a delightfully sinister giggle as without warning she went to put her arms around Alaina's neck aiming to perform a swinging neck breaker straight to the floor of the locker room!

Alaina was focused on the interview and answering the questions, she had no idea what was about to happen. As she was speaking she was grabbed and sent crashing down to the ground completely unexpectedly! She groaned and laid there on her side, cradling her head in her arms as she was in pain trying to figure out what had just happened...

Bernadette was successful in her attack as right when she grabbed Alaina, the interviewer gasped in shock taking a step back with the camera focused on the action as Bernadette slammed Alaina head down onto the floor without mercy! BANG! A loud thud was let out as Bernadette connected Alaina's head with the floor leaving the former champ stunned as Bernadette rolled right off and got up without breaking a sweat. "And she calls herself "The Amazon." Bernadette spoke mockingly starring straight into the camera dusting herself off before taking a glance down Alaina. "I'll be waiting in the ring if you can still walk." The bomb added in a stern tone of voice before walking off to the gorilla with her boots being the only noise heard throughout the hallway as the camera then shifted to the cradling Amazon as the interview soon to black.

Bernadette wasn't done tonight she knew full well the interview would be played live to the audience in the arena tonight and knew she had to capitalize on that one way or another. Now the tall brunette stood in the gorilla tapping her foot with her arms crossed underneath her chest starring at the backstage worker in front of the curtain until he gave the green light. "Took you long enough." The bomb spoke bluntly as she walked forward letting her hair fall down to the side.

Not long her music would blast through the speakers of the arena as now all of the fan's eyes focused on the top ramp, with some already pissed off at what Bernadette had just done to the aging legend. Bernadette would unapologetically burst through the gorilla as she gripped both sides of the curtain forcefully yanking them apart as she ran out to the top of the entrance before taking a few steps back slowly bending forward before pulling her body back to preform a loud stomp on the top ramp as if a bomb just blew up! Instantly smirking as she heard the chorus of boos coming her way, Bernadette rode it like a badge of honor as she strutted down to the ring giving snide chuckles back at the crowd waving her hand back at him as some of them were louder than others. Once Bernadette got into the ring, she stood leaning against the ropes of the ropes looking to the poor ring assistant in here tonight, without saying a word the worried petite girl gave Bernadette a mic raising it to her lips. "Huh..." Bernadette gasped as she leaned her head forward."HELLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOO LAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW" Bernadette belted at the top of her lungs yelling into the microphone much to the annoyance of the audience having to cover up their ears as a result, meanwhile to Bernadette she merely chuckle before she leaned her head back. "Good, now I know this thing works." The bomb chuckled much to the annoyance of the crowd. "Now onto why I'm here, I'm willing to bet you weren't excepting Alaina's interview to me interrupted by me did you not?" Bernadette placed her hand on her chest starring back to the audience speaking in a peppy voice replaying those moments in her head as she let out a snide smirk to the audience who began to boo at her. "HEY! SHUT IT OR ELSE I'LL BLOW YOU'RE EARDRUMS OFF!!!" Bernadette leaned her body over the ropes yelling back with a threat she was more than happy to oblige by causing the audience to stop. "Good that's better now where I was?" Bernadette placed her hand on her chin pretending to forget where she was in her rambling. "Oh right maybe I should explain myself. Ya see it's no secret Alaina and her tag partner have had encounters with me and my friends. So much so that we had a wager. If my team won, Alaina for the rest of her time as LAW Heavyweight Champion would have us carry her title around. If we lost, we would not mess with her until after she lost her belt and unfortunately, The Thundergirls won..." Bernadette pause biting her lips having to relive that moment before slowly starring back up. "But now that Alaina lost her title..... that means the feud is back on.... So I had to make sure Alaina didn't forget." Bernadette continues in a rather chilling tone of voice as if she was trying to restrain her hatred for the legend. "I had too because she said she no opponent for We Are LAW 8. So, Alaina if you can walk after I paved you into the concrete floor come on out! BECAUSE I AM CHALLENGING YOU TO WE ARE LAW 8!!!!!!!!!" As Bernadette continue to speak her soft chilly voice became louder and louder before shouting at the top of her lungs in anger challenging Alaina to, We Are LAW 8 much to the gasps of the audience. With that Bernadette stepped back with a confident smirk wrapped around her face as she placed her hand firmly on her hips waiting to see if that old lady could still stand up after what she did to her.

Alaina was down and cradling her head in her arms, listening to Bernadette's tirade as she now had the attention of everyone after the attack. Alaina hobbled up and began walking in a daze towards the arena. She had to shut this woman up. She was not in the mood to have to listen to her ramble and grand stand in the ring.

Deep down Alaina was going to sit out the PPV but after this she wasn't sure she could let this go unanswered. Alaina groaned and rolled to her stomach and tried to push herself up to her feet. "You could never win without fighting dirty huh?" Alaina muttered to herself as she kept walking and stumbling out into the arena. She hobbled down towards the ring, ready to confront Bernadette.

Bernadette knew how to push people's buttons, to make them so enrage they don't think straight and ending up having to pay the price later on in their career and this would be no exception. The bomb looked towards the gorilla grinning ear to ear hoping she didn't beat Alaina too badly. Thankfully Alaina manage to answer her challenge and walk out despite not fully recovering from her attack. Bernadette tried to keep her laughter in at the sight of the former champion in this position but just couldn't after Alaina decided to open her mouth. "Oh is that so?" Bernadette tapped her chin feigning ignorance as Alaina stepped into the ring before shoving her chest and shoulders into Alaina's own before taking a step back. "Last I recall at Turning Point I slammed Tina the first middleweight champion of LAW into oblivion fair and square but that's not what we're here to discuss today." Bernadette continued on in a smug tone before giving Alaina the hand to try and end the conversation quickly.

"We're here because well... You lost some weight..." Bernadette added on taking a pause to eye Alaina down top to bottom pointing towards her stomach as now Alaina didn't have that shiny belt around her waist. "If I remember our deal was after you dropped the title, you and Tina are free for me and my girls to fight remember?" Bernadette walked around wrapping her finger around a couple locks of her hair twirling reminding Alaina of the rules they agreed to in a mocking tone of voice before stopping right in front of her. "So it seems I'm allowed to challenge you but.... let's make things interesting...." Bernadette continued getting all up in Alaina's face before raising a finger and wagging it playfully. "If I win.... you must retire from wrestling...." And there it was the clincher Bernadette was looking for as now the crowd gasped with fear at the idea of Alaina being forced into retirement all the while Bernadette looked with a mischievous grin wanting to see if the former champion would take the bait.

The amazon was at the ring and heard Bernadette. This woman was something else all right. She loved to talk about herself and then of course she was going to try to make her case for a match. With Alaina all you need to do is ask for a match, how Bernadette hadn't figured this out was beyond her.

Alaina glared at Bernadette as she spoke. "You want a match? Fine. I will retire if you beat me no problem. I am not worried because I know I won't be losing. When I beat you though? How about you let me play barber and give you a hair cut? I think you'd look great going bald." Alaina said. "I will face you in whatever match type you like. Pick it. That way when I am standing tall and you are laid out about to lose your hair you have no excuses and have to deal with the fact that we stepped in the ring together and I am the one standing tall at the end yet again."

Alaina stood with her arms crossed as she waited for Bernadette to answer. She was now very eager to get in the ring with her and take her down again.

Bernadette couldn't help but smile as the crowd was now eating everything she said up to the highest degree as in a matter of seconds she turned what would've been a simple match at We Are LAW to a match where everything was now on the line for the beloved Amazon. The bomb was grinning ear to ear as Alaina foolishly decided to accept her terms and agree to take on Bernadette in a match with her.... until Alaina decided to make her own terms to the match... "Wait.. wha?" Bernadette' muttered out in shock as her eyes went wide with surprise at the idea of going bald before having to clear her throat to try and regain her composure. Now the tables were turned and all eyes were on Bernadette to answer the terms made by Alaina. The bomb did a quick gaze of the audience seeing them begin to cheer on this idea made her sick to her stomach as she clenched her teeth before looking back up at her. "Alright fine if I lose you decide how short I go but for rules.... Last Woman Standing anything goes.... Heck I'll be fair and say not even our teammates can show up!" Bernadette shouted with ferocity into the mic barking back at Alaina like a mad dog.

Now the stage was set for what was sure to be a great match at We Are LAW as Bernadette began to strut past Alaina giving a slight bump her shoulder before stopping right behind her. "Before I go...." Bernadette said coldly letting it sink in through the silent ring before turning around cutting through the air in the ring as she went to send a knee strike to the back of Alaina! Had Bernadette been successful Bernadette would aim to wrap her arms around Alaina's neck aiming to send her crashing back down with a reverse DDT into the canvas!
