Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
“Oh, did that hurt? Well there’s more where that came from!” Risako taunted her opponent who was currently slumped over the steel steps after her collision. She walked over to the former boxer to press the attack. Risako pulled Liz up, wrapped her arms around her waist, and lifted him up for a German Suplex.

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
Liz's head was spinning, her body ached, and right now? All that she knew was she had to get back up and get back in the fight...!
"Guh..."
But it wasn't quite that easy. Liz groaned as she brought her hands to the top step of the steel stairs, her muscles burning as she moved. Slowly, she started to push herself up... Only to find herself lifting up with much greater ease than expected.
"Wha... W-wait-!" And then she realized why she had moved so easily: Namely, someone was lifting her up at the same time. And setting her up for a Germany Suplex. "Not on the concrete floor, not on the concrete flooooooo-OOF!" She yowled out with pain, shaking and shuddering as she practically went spread eagle on impact!

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
Risako didn’t blame Liz for not wanting to get suplexed on the concrete floor. Getting suplexed is bad enough but such an hard surface would make it even more devastating. Yes, there was padding around the ring but it little to soften the impact. It was really only there to prevent lacerations. Nonetheless, Risako ignored her opponent’s pleas and went through with the German Suplex, lifting her up and sending her back down with a painful-sounding thud.
With her opponent sprawled out on the floor, momentum had shifted towards Risako’s favor at least for the moment. As the referee continued to count, Risako knew that she had to careful not to get counted out. She still had some time though so she would use it to keep taking advantage of the outside by grabbing the arm she had put in the armbar earlier and slamming it into the ground.

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
KRAK!
"Ugggghhhhhh..."
Liz's groan provided a low bass line to the percussion of her body clapping against the concrete as Risako's suplex landed true. The abrasive pintsize coughed out, trying to grip her wounded form and roll away from her opponent, the idea of a match a hazy thought and the referee's count nothing but a distant sound after that landing. But try as she might, Risako had other ideas.
"What are y-OOW!" Her question died in her throat, drowned out by a pained cry as Risako gripped her already injured arm and slammed it down into the hard ground. Liz's reaction was immediate, the little loudmouth thrashing and flailing, limbs flying as pain shot through her body and the only place she wanted to go was away from her foe!

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
The former boxer was as loud as ever, though now the jaw-jacking had given way to screams of pain. Risako wasn’t the kind of person to enjoy other people’s suffering, but she did enjoy knocking her arrogant opponent down a peg. She liked to believe that Liz was reevaluating her position as Risako slowly wore her down.
At this point, the referee’s count had gotten to five, meaning they were halfway to a count-out. Risako decided that it was better to get back in the ring sooner rather than later. So she pulled her opponent up and rolled her underneath the bottom rope to put her back in the ring before following suit. Risako would then pull Liz into a seated position before launching a kick to her chest.

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
"Kssssh... L-let go of me, Trackmeet...!"
If Risako was hoping that perhaps her impact against the concrete floor or the smashing of her arm had in any way tempered her terrible attitude, or perhaps knocked some manners into that thick skull, The Alchemist was sadly mistaken. Even as she was rolled in to the ring, the Limitless Loser grabbed at Risako's arms, struggling and fighting to break free all while retaining her usual prickly demeanour.
"Ghr... Just you wait... I'm gonna pay you baaAAAAAAACK!" Just as she was uttering her threats, pulled into a seated position before her foe, her words evaporated into a loud cough as Risako's kick made contact, sending Liz tumbling back, sprawling out onto the ground huffing and panting...
And yet, even beaten around as she was, the former boxer did her best to roll over, sweat dripping from her face as she fought to push herself back up, hissing out as she glared over at her foe.

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
“Maybe I’d believe that if you ever stopped yapping and actually did something about it!” It seemed that the abuse Risako had inflicted on the brash boxer had done nothing to stymie her jaw-jacking. It barely phased Risako though. At this point, it seemed that Liz was all bark and no bite. Maybe she’d finally shut up once she lost the match, or maybe she wouldn’t and she’d throw a tantrum instead. Guess they’d find out soon enough.
But Risako was getting ahead of herself. She still needed to actually win the match first. To that end, Risako dragged her opponent to the nearest corner and attempted to throw the former boxer shoulder first into the steel ring post.

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
"fffFFFUCK-" Liz hissed out, laying on her back as the lights bore down upon her, the heat from them only adding to the sweat that she'd worked up over the course of their fight. Her teeth were grit as she started to push herself up with her good arm, her weaker one lifting up to try and shield her eyes-
So of course, when Risako grabbed at her, that was the one that she gripped.
"YYAAAAUGH!" Liz shrieked out, a jolt of pain like an electric shock working its way down the length of her injured arm, making the muscles of her body seize up for a moment before she was thrown at the corner, impacting with a KER-ASH!. She leaned there for a moment, chest heaving as she breathed heavily... Though as she leaned against it, she subtly braced herself in, one leg tensed up as she prepared for a desperate kick to throw at any attempts Risako might make at charging her, hoping that maybe one good blow might give her a bit of breathing room.

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
Flesh and bone collided with steel as Risako drove her adversary’s shoulder into the ring post. The resulting impact drew a pang of sympathy from the alchemist before she quickly squashed it. The attack surely did much to further weaken the arm of the former boxer, hampering its offensive capabilities and softening it up for the submission hold she planned to end the match with.
It wouldn’t be long before Risako went in for the kill but for now she would keep up the pressure. She moved towards the corner to punish her opponent some more, but when she got close she ended up getting caught by a kick that she didn’t see coming until it was too late.
“Ack!” Risako clutched her stomach where the kick connected. She wasn’t sure if Liz had planed it or if it was a move made out of desperation, but either way it had sent her stumbling back a few steps.

Re: Something's Gotta Give: Risako Spellmeyer vs Lisbeth Parker
To be honest?
Liz had been aiming for Risako's face.
But as much as she hadn't been aiming for her opponent's stomach, a kick was a kick, and the fact that it left her opponent clutching at her injured stomach was all the better for the Limitless Loser. She took a moment to breathe, huffing as she leaned most of her weight on the turnbuckle, and then... Then it was time to push herself back up.
"GggaaaaahhffffuuuuuUUUUCK!" Liz's hissing screech sounded out as she pushed herself back up to her feet. She took another moment, clutching at her injured arm, before twisting to face the brunette with a scowl burned across her expression. Leaping forwards, she reared her other hand back, going for an open handed slap across her foe's chest!
"I've seen you jump, but let's see how you bounce!" She snapped, hoping to make Risako's whole chest sting!
