Belinda flexed her legs as she sought to increase the pressure on Ashley's waist, she was attempting to compress that core as much as she could. This wasn't an official match, but if she went into this half-heartedly then how would that help Ashley get back into the swing of things, after all they'd probably face off again in the ring someday for real, so she shouldn't hold back too much in this spar, just to give Ashley a false sense of security when getting back into the ring! She wanted Ashley fully prepared to get back into the arena!

Though it seemed as if Belinda didn't have to worry about that, as she felt Ashley start to push up and lift her hips off the mat, forcing Belinda's lower body to rise up in the process! Belinda would grumble a little, it was going to be difficult to keep this up, either she could try to cling to Ashley like a spider-monkey or she could try and pull Ashley down, that second option didn't seem like it was very likely at this point. Belinda clicked her tongue, she didn't want to release the hold, but she would have to now. Belinda would unwrap her legs and roll away from Ashley, trying to create some distance between the two of them and begin to rise up to her feet. "Clever." She offered a jokingly reluctant praise to her friend.

In hindsight Ashley would likely come to appreciate the spirit of Belinda refusing to hold back in their spar so that Ashley would be more prepared for her return to the ring, but in the moment all Ashley could really think was that this body scissor was painful as all hell! For that reason Ashley would make the hold more difficult to keep locked in until Belinda was forced to release her, giving the black-clad blonde some much needed relief as her doppelganger rolled away from her. As Belinda rose up to her feet Ashley would follow suit, one hand stroking her abs in a vain attempt to soothe the pain and the other raising a pointed finger towards Belinda "That was... nothing..." she lied, taking a moment to catch her breath.

Ashley didn't want to wait forever and let Belinda make the first move however, so she would break the pause in the action by charging at Belinda with her arm outstretched for a Clothesline! With her arm extended for the entirety of the charge it would be very obvious to Belinda what was coming and she would have plenty of time to dodge, but if she did then she would playing into Ashley's hands as she turned around to hit the ropes with her back and fling herself back at Belinda! Ashley would then extend her arm again to swing it at Belinda for another clothesline, only this one wasn't a fake!

Rolling away from Ashley, Belinda got up to her feet and released a huff as she threw her praise at her friend. Though seeing her pointing her finger at her and saying that line made the blonde chuckle softly as she threw a smile at her friend. " Oh yeah? Then show me what else you've got Ash~." Belinda spoke out, she bounced lightly on her feet as she got her blood pumping again and ready to square off with Ashley again in this spar of theirs.

Though as she was about to move in, she saw Ashley instead charge at her! Surprised, Belinda backed up a step as she saw that arm out-stretched, perhaps her friend had gotten a bit desperate to get in a move. Belinda saw the clothesline coming and would move forward and duck in under the arm with confidence that she had avoided Ashley's strike! She straightened and was about to give Ashley a little lecture but as she turned around while hearing the further stomps of Ashley she realized her mistake!

Her doppelganger had already closed in and came at her after rebounding off the ropes and the arm of Ashley caught her square in the chest! "Gwuuh!" Belinda gasped out as she was taken clean off her feet and crashed onto her back, coughing out a bit as the move had caught her by surprise.

After managing to trick her rival with a feint and get behind her Ashley would throw a real clothesline at Belinda's chest, taking her off guard and sweeping her clean off her feet! As Belinda crashed onto the mat Ashley was quick to join her as she would stand beside Belinda for a moment before raising an elbow and leaping up into the air, aiming to hit the blonde square in the gut with an elbow drop! If this hit then Ashley would quickly roll over to get behind Belinda on her hands and knees before forcing her twin to sit up, then she would attempt to grab Belinda's arms and pull them behind her back. If Ashley was able to get Belinda in this position then Ashley would raise her knee and dig it into Belinda's back while pulling even harder on her arms, putting the other busty brown eyed blonde in the gym into a Surfboard hold!

Belinda had not expected the feint and had been hit square in the chest by Ashley's clothesline! She coughed out a bit as she laid on her back and brought her arm up to cover her chest, it was an instinctive reaction, to cover and hold the hurting area. She'd need a moment to catch her breath but it was clear that her doppelganger had no intention of given her that! As Ashley dropped down, that elbow of hers dug into Belinda's sculpted abs and forced even more air out of the short haired blonde's lungs!

"Gwuffth!" She gasped out, as her body curled up and she found herself rolling to the side, with her arms wrapping around her stomach! Though it seemed as if Ashley wasn't about to let her catch any breathing room still, as she found herself being forced up to a seated spot and her arms were ripped away from her stomach and pulled behind her back! Belinda felt that knee dig into her spine and released a pained hiss as her arms were being pulled back and she was locked into that surf-board hold! "Nnngh!!"

With Ashley's clothesline and elbow drop making sure Belinda stayed on the mat Ashley would quickly position her rival upright and trap her in a Surfboard Hold, yanking her arms back and putting pressure on her shoulders. Ashley didn't intend to keep this hold up forever though, and soon after would release Belinda's arms and allow her to fall forward. She wasn't letting Belinda go just to be nice however, instead she would step forward and sit her up again, then she would attempt to capture her arms from behind before twisting them to the side and forcing her to stretch her abs out uncomfortably far to lock in a Grounded Ab Stretch! Even though Ashley had been the one to say this would be a casual spar she couldn't help but go all out against Belinda, the woman stoked her competitive nature like no one else!
