Hanabi was born to a family of keijo players, and had been trained from young to become a future prize queen. To train her physicality, her family had enrolled her into numerous sports, such as swimming, softball and gymnastics, all in hopes that she would become a strong keijo player. With her talent and the training she underwent, Hanabi became a powerful keijo player, known for her quick, precise and powerful strikes.
Shortly after graduating from Setouchi academy's elite class, she was invited to join L.A.W, who were starting a new keijo circuit that was rapidly gaining fame and attention, getting many players from around the world to join and participate. They also hosted many wrestling matches, which caught her eye, as she saw it as a way to train against different individuals with various fighting styles. So she accepted the invitation with a few of her friends and rivals, making her way to LAW to start a new chapter of her story.
