Daughters of Athena (D) vs Clyde Gastin & The Youkai Kid

"Aw, what's the matter? Falling for me already? In more ways than one it seems." Korina teased. She had noticed the way Clyde's face flushed when she had him down on the mat. It seemed as though that for all of his bravado, he was the kind of guy that got easily flustered. Admittedly, Korina found it kind of cute, though that wouldn't stop her from kicking his ass.

With her opponent back down on the mat, Korina decided to make sure he stayed down this time. She ran towards the ropes and rebounded off of them to build up speed and momentum. Then just as she approached Clyde again she leapt up before bringing her weight back down onto him with a leg drop.

“…Tch…” Clyde huffed from the mat after the backdrop, flushing as Korina teased him from above. The boy seemed riled up as she teased him ! He would show her!!

Clyde was already on his way to sitting up when Korina came running towards him and dropping her full weight down across Clyde with a leg drop!!

“GUUUHH!!” The blonde would be crushed, his hips arching off the mat as he kicked in the air before he settled with a bounce, his face obscured a bit by Korina’s thigh, his cheek rested between her leg and the mat as he breathed in and out.

“Clyde! Cmon! Tag me!” The kid would yell from his corner but way beyond way too far away .

"Wait your turn! We'll be with you soon enough!" Korina called out to the Youkai Kid who had his hand out to reach for the tag. Unfortunately for the boys though, Clyde was too far away to reach him and he wasn't in any position to try and make his way back to his corner. He had attempted to get back up only to be cut off by Korina's leg drop. And it was only going to get worse for the cowboy.

Korina got up and rolled her opponent onto her stomach. Then she hooked his legs with each of her arms and pulled them up as she sat down on his back. She bent the cowboy's back as she put him in the Boston Crab in an attempt to force an early submission.

"Had enough yet, cowboy?"

Clyde groaned as he was rolled over, having nowhere to run and nowhere to go, he was suddenly sat on by Korina who held him down as she hooked the boy's legs under her arms and stretched out his lower half with the boston crab!

"A-Aah!! Aahhhh!!" Clyde howled, feeling the pain surge from his legs to his back, he tried to reach for the ropes but was too far away!

The Kid saw his partner was in danger of being hurt early, so he tried to go through the ropes and rush Korina to try and dropkick her in the chest to break up the submission hold early!

"Are you going up so soon? Don't tell me you were all talk after all!" Korina taunted as she cranked on the pressure to the cowboy's lower back. So far, the match was off to a good start. She had taken control early in the match and was wearing down her opponent. If she was lucky, she might be able to make Clyde submit now, eliminating him and getting a major advantage for her team. From the way the cowboy was struggling and crying out in pain, it looked like Korina might just pull it off.

Apparently, Korina wasn't the only one who thought so. Clyde's tag-team partner, the Youkai Kid, saw this all go down from his corner and decided to intervene. He went through the ropes and charged towards Korina with a dropkick. Korina was too preoccupied with the submission to avoid it and got knocked over, losing her balance and involuntarily releasing her hold on the cowboy in the process.

"Ugn!"

Clyde definitely was not about to tap so early in the match but the boston crab was Locked in tight and doing a number on Clyde’s lower back as Korina wrenched him!


Thankfully, the punishment ended when Youkai Kid saved him with a dropkick to Korina!

“…Gh! Thanks kid!” Clyde said, nursing his lower back. The ref ordered Youkai to return to his corner and the kid did as told while Clyde tried to pick up Korina by the arm and then grip her inner thigh! Trying to lift her up and then dump her back down with a scoop slam in the center of the ring.

Korina sent a glare towards the Youkai Kid as she got back up to her feet. She had the cowboy right where she wanted him! But no, the Kid just had to get involved. Granted, it was basic tag-team psychology to help out your partner if they were in trouble, but still!

The feeling of Clyde’s hand on her arm brought her attention back to the cowboy. It seemed that Korina took her eyes off of the legal man for too long as the next thing she knew, she was being picked up and dropped back down to the mat with a scoop slam.

“What the?! Aahh!”

Slamming Korina down, Clyde felt relief finally taking control of the match as he slammed down the spunky blonde and stood over her after she was slammed to the mat. He breathed out, took a gaze over at her older sister on the apron before he took off for the ropes and then came back, leaping into the air and trying to come crashing down leg first across Korina's upper chest for a leg drop!

Xenia briefly met the cowboy’s gaze from the apron before turning her gaze back to her sister. She had warned Korina about underestimating their opponents and now she was paying for it. Even so, Xenia wasn’t particularly worried about her sister. Even if Clyde had managed to turn the tables for now, it wasn’t at the point where she felt the need to intervene. She had faith that Korina would pull through.

Speaking of Korina, she was currently lying on the mat kicking herself for making such a rookie mistake. She just knew that she was going to get lecture, or at least an “I told you so!”, for that later. But that was least of her concerns as Clyde followed it up with a leg drop that came down hard on her upper chest.

“Gah!”

As soon as Clyde crashed down onto Xenia with that leg drop, he got up and saw that he had given her quite a bit of hurt!

"Like that?" He teased her before trying to pull her up with a headlock and get her to her feet, from there, trying to guide her to where his partner was in their corner. If Xenia didn't stop the blonde, Clyde was going to tag the Youkai Kid and the blunette was going to join his partner beside Xenia as they book hooked her arms over their shoulders before grabbing the waistline of her outfit.

"Ready!? One... Two... Three!" Clyde counted before the duo would try and lift Xenia high and then dump poor Xenia on her back in the middle of the ring with a double vertical suplex from the two boys working together!!
