To The Bitter End: Kyo Akamatsu vs Mary Clarison

Kyo was struggling to breathe now as Mary's arms wrapped tightly around his throat. Despite her lighter frame, Mary was able to deliver a lot of crushing power with her sleeper. At least he was able to prevent her from locking in a scissor; now he just needed to loosen her sleeper. His elbow only half-worked; he felt Mary's grip slacken, but she still held on. It looked like he would have to escape the hard way.

Gritting his teeth, he tried to shift his leg and bring his knee up to block Mary's scissor. If he managed that, then he would use both his arms to grab for Mary's wrist, pouring a lot of strength into breaking her scissor hold. If he managed to break Mary's grip, then Kyo, breathing hard, would twist sharply, trying to roll Mary onto her front while bending her arm behind her back in a modified wristlock!

Mary knew she was in a real struggle with Kyo, constantly fighting with her stronger male opponent, just trying to get her Rear Naked Choke finisher locked in and finish the match once and for all, but Kyo just kept fighting back, causing Mary’s grip to loosen.

Mary kept pushing for it, even with her grip loosening, she still tried to lock it in, over for Kyo to do something the Quiet Beast did not expect.

“AAAH!” Mary yelped as she was turned right onto her front, with Kyo having taken control of her wrist, and now bending it in a wristlock.

Mary initially panicked, but knew there was a way to get out of this, as she attempted to use her free arm to push herself towards the ropes.

Kyo gasped for breath now as he was finally free from Mary's rear naked choke hold. Any longer, he knew, and he might have been forced to tap or pass out. As it was, he had now managed to turn the tables, leaning against Mary's back and twisting her arm painfully in a wristlock in a smoothe counter that even a few audience members clapped at.

Mary didn't sit idly, though, as she started to crawl towards the ropes. Fine, Kyo thought. If Mary was going to try to make a rope break, then he was obligated to make that as difficult for her as possible.

Leaning down against Mary's back so that his chest kept her arm trapped, Kyo would slide one arm across Mary's forehead and another across her chin, aiming to wrench her head back painfully in a modified crossface submission! With leaning against Mary a little more heavy, it would no doubt make her crawl to the ropes more difficult and force her to expend more energy...

Mary could see the ropes getting closer to her, it felt like she was closing the distance in-between herself and the savior for her getting out of this extremely painful submission hold from Kyo.

Until Kyo decided to shift around, applying one of his arms on Mary’s face, as she felt her head being pulled back with a Crossface and Kyo having more weight on her.

“AAAAAH!” Mary lightly screamed as she still had her free arm, and used that to slowly crawl towards the ropes, she needed to keep going or else she would most certainly tap out or faint.

The crowd was hollering now as Kyo managed to lock in the crossface, wrenching her head back painfully. He shifted his lower body, trying to clamp his legs around Mary's arm as well, to keep it nicely trapped. With his weight pressing down against the small of Mary's back, the pain she was in had to be pretty intense.

And yet, despite crying out in pain, Mary didn't tap out. Instead, she began to crawl, slowly and painfully, towards the ropes.

Kyo held his breath as he leaned back, trying to put more pressure on Mary's back and neck as he torqued the hold. Around them, the crowd was starting to root for the "Quiet Beast," chants of "MA-RY! MA-RY! MA-RY!" echoing across the arena. And Kyo had to admit, given how tenacious Mary was, if he was in the crowds right now, he would be joining them.

Finally, Mary managed to grab the bottom rope, and Kyo released her and rolled off, much to the applause of the audience. "Well done," Kyo breathed, complimenting Mary for her endurance...even as he grabbed a hold of her arm. Without giving her too much time to recover, Kyo would try to clamp an arm around her head and grab the edge of her leotard, aiming to drop back and hammer her already sore back with a quick but effective suplex!

Mary barely managed to make the ropes, she managed to just barely grab the ropes that saved her from a tie. The Bluenette had to give herself props, she probably would had not been able to reach the ropes and would had just tapped out when she started,

Mary took a couple of deep breaths after the crossface, but would only have a short while to rest, as Kyo managed to pick her right up.

Before dropping her right on her back once again with a suplex. “AAAAH!” Mary whimpered in pain, as she put her hands to her back, it was in so much pain.

"LET'S GO MA-RY!" The crowd was shouting now as Mary tried to prop herself back up; the crowd at this point had more or less decided that Mary would be the one they were backing. "LET'S GO MA-RY!" Kyo had to admit, he would be joining in the chant for Mary if he hadn't been facing her right now; as it stood, he needed to maintain his offence if he wanted to win this round.

Kneeling next to Mary, he would grab for her arm in one hand, and her knee with the other, before pressing a knee against her back and leaning backwards, aiming to stretch the bluenette against his knee in a bow and arrow hold! At this point of the match, Kyo had been working up a sweat, and perspiration glistened on his chest and arms as he tried to lock another hold in on Mary.

Mary was still in pain, and that pain had only increased with the suplex she had taken. She needed to find a way to reverse the situation, but even with the entire crowd cheering her on, that seemed to be impossible at the moment.

Especially as Kyo came over to wrench her arm and put the blue haired women in a Bow & Arrow hold. “AAAH!” Mary screamed, her back bursting in pain, and it was a ton of agony, her back had been getting worked throughout the match.

But luckily for her, she knew her way out of most submissions, and she knew she could do one thing.

Try to shift her weight so that way she can slip out of the Bow & Arrow Hold and free herself.

Mary's slender body was being arched back to her limits as she was stretched across Kyo's knees, elevated upwards to the ceiling as Kyo pulled down on her chin and knee. Kyo held his breath, maintaining his hold even as she English girl flailed and screamed overhead. Around them, the crowd was going wild now, urging Mary to escape from this debilitating hold...if only she could.

"Give up, Mary!" Kyo shouted. He could keep this hold as long as he needed, and Mary would not be escaping any time soon. Not easily.

Except, apparently, "not easily" was still in the realm of possibility. The bluenette began to shift left and right, her face twisting with effort as she did so. The crowd began to clap with each movement of hers, and Kyo felt his grip slowly but surely slipping.

And then, finally, Mary managed to slip free from Kyo's grip and roll over...falling down right across him.

Alarm bells rang in Kyo's head, and he twisted under Mary, trying to roll free before she could go for a submission attempt....

Mary’s shifts of her weight managed to pull her through the Bow and Arrow submission hold, eventually causing her to become free, as she came flopping down on Kyo.

Even with her back feeling extremely strained right now, Mary knew there was a clear opportunity to go for something, and fast as she could tell Kyo wanted to get out of this situation as soon as possible.

As Kyo attempted to roll, Mary attempted to quickly grab at Kyo’s arm, and if she was able to catch her opponents arm, would attempt to bend it back in an armbar attempt.

It was going to be a bit rough, but it was her best chance at getting a submission attempt.
