This was not a good morning for Julie O'Reilly.
The last night had been a fun one. Unfortunately though, it had also been a little too fun one. While the Irish gingerhead had been having the time of her life at the karaoke clubs of Tokyo, she had also left her Twitter account open. And been way too active with using it, too. And worst of all - she had decided to address the fresh loserbelt champion, and not in a particularly good way.
Not that Julie would have technically regretted any of her words directed at Renee Steinhauser. No, she had meant every (incomprehensible) word. But the fact that she had committed herself into a loserbelt championship match, taking place immediately on the next day, was a pretty bad blunder from anyone in her position. She hadn't even come all that close to risking winning the questionable belt in her hands otherwise - but a few drunken tweets had changed it all. Now she was in real danger of actually getting labeled as the LAW Loser Champ.
But still, that wasn't even the worst part. An even worse part was the fact that right now, Julie was terribly hungover. Really, she was in no condition to make her way to the match location, or much more markedly, to even wrestle. She had no idea of how she would survive the next couple of hours in front of her. And how badly Renee Steinhauser might be able to take advantage of the said fact...
But even that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was that Julie had agreed to have the match in her friend Isa's apartment, who was supposedly away for the weekend. That was beyond embarrassing. And totally inappropriate. Isa would be so, so mad at her, once she found out about all this... But really, right now, there was nothing Julie could have done to revert her decisions from the night before, or to delete any of her tweets that had already gotten so much traction among the LAW fanbase.
All she could do now was to head to Isa's apartment, and pray to God that Renee Steinhauser wouldn't show up.
Julie O’Reilly – The Velvet Hood

To be fair though, this wasn't even a morning any longer. Actually, it was already afternoon. Julie had spent her sweet time catching some sleep, before the reality on her phone had inevitably dawned on her. So many notifications from Twitter... And only one direction towards which she could take things from here. And hope for the better.
Isa'a apartment was located quite deep within the LAW complex, which seemed to suit Julie just fine. The harder it was to find apartment 212, the more unlikely it might be for her to ever need to encounter Renee Steinhauser today at all. But once she was getting closer to reaching it, navigating the final pair of hallways holding the key in the pocket of her cloak, the Irish girl was getting the distinct feeling that today was going to turn out rather consequential in one way or another... And that despite her hopes, she wasn't going to get to be all by herself in Isa's apartment for long.
