Hello! Here's my first post asking for references for characters so if I mess up please be patient with me! As I said in my introduction post I have been lurking the site for some months so I had time to do some research before I decided to join! I wanted to ask about these 2 characters I would like to start with, here's my case:

First one is Elphelt Valentine from Guilty Gear. In the reference catalogue she appears claimed by an user called Nova, but they have been inactive since February 2024. Does inactivity qualify the character as avaliable again? I don't want to steal a character from anybody but it doesn't look like they're coming back...

Second one is Shego from Kim Possible. This was harder to research but in the end I found out (I'm pretty thorough when I want lol) that she was claimed by an user called Galahad that last February announced their leaving from LAW, making their character references a first to come first served thing. Did somebody claim her?

I think shego is taken by animehentaifighter but i could be mistaken.

Yeah, it's been over a year without user activity, so Elphelt is free. Another user had Shego, but they left, so she's free too.
