A rivalry at the backstage

Kali was getting a tour at the L.A.W. At the end of the Tour they allowed Kali chose a locker to use. She even brought one fo her outfits to put inside fo her locker. She pretty sure it her. It empty after all.

After that she closed the locker. She couldn't helo but hewr someone coming in from behind her. Like it sounds like they are right behind her.

Maybe it a staff member or a wreslter. She thought maybe just keep to herself so she doesn't appear werid. Well maybe it becuase she has her main outfit on.she left the lockers and went more into the backstage area and she still hears the walking.

Izumi hummed softly as she walked into the LAW locker room and approached her locker. Seeing that there was some almost right next to it Izumi would hum and try to avoid direct contact, not wanting to bother the other woman since she looked like she didn't want to converse. Opening her locker and grabbing her phone and headphones from it Izumi would place them in her ears before turning some music on and walking away. Listening to music while scrolling through her feed, humming softly in thought, not realizing she was unintentionally following the path of her apparent new locker neighbor.

Kali would if been fine if she just went to her l9cker and grab a few things. Her werid and worry thoughts would all go away but however they didn't. They keep following her from behind.

Kali trys to compose herself. She doesn't want to jump to conclusions. She knows that tend to lead to bad things not all the time but sometimes it does. She doesn't knows if she made her mad or anything. Only one way to find out.

She takes a step forward and turns around facing her. " Um, excuse me. I don't mean to be sherd but are you following me on purpose." She felt embrassed saying that and she even showed it a bit.

Continuing to hum along with the beat of the song playing through her headphones Izumi would look up just in time to avoid colliding face first to someone she had been walking behind, the sudden stop causing one of her air pods to fall out. "I'm sorry?" Izumi asked in confusion, only hearing the tail end of what the woman in front of her had said and wondering what was happening.

Kali woukd sigh. She knows that she didn't fully hear her. She use to it though raising a daughter. She apparently has to retell what she said. This time her eyes are not closed.

" I guess you didn't hear me. You have been following me for some time now. Are you stalking me? Did i make you upset or something?" She seems a bit more serious now.

Raising an eyebrow at the slightly annoyed expression on the woman's face Izumi wondered why she seemed so upset, and was only more confused at what she was being accused of. "No sorry I was listening to music but no I haven't been following you! Not intentionally at least! I was heading to the guerilla position and its in this direction from the locker room." Izumi said while raising her hands up to show she meant no harm.

Kali did feel bad for jumping to conclusion. She scratched her head.

"Oh sorry. I guess i just got paranoid. Sorry. My name is Kali. What is this gorilla postion that you here going to,
?" She aks.

At least she cna make up for ot with some small talk.

Thankfully they avoided a potentially violent clash which Izumi sighed in relief about as she smiled disarmingly at Kali. "It's ok. Given how this company can be I don't blame you for being on edge haha." Izumi said light heartedly before blinking at the question Kali asked. "Oh its the area right before where we make our entrances. But there's televisions set up to watch matches and what not. Feel free to join me if you'd like!" Izumi said with a smile as she began walking once again in that direction, turning to Kali as she did so to walk and talk. "Are you new here? I'm surprised that you didn't know about the guerilla position otherwise." Izumi asked honestly, also feeling like she hadn't seen the older woman before.

" I'm new here. So everything is new to me. I was just warned how easy it was for people to start a fight. They gave me a small warning about that " She said as she is caughting up.

" I guess it wouldn't hurt to see how things are in
L.A.W. i should anyway. I need to see how bloodthirsty or brutal it is here. I overheard some storiess." She told her new wrestling acquaintance..

Izumi listened and nodded to Kali's words receptively with a nod. "Regrettably that's true. LAW can be home to a lot of drama and danger. So I don't blame you for being suspicious and worried." Izumi said with a nod towards the woman.

"Especially an older woman like yourself, for whatever reason people seem especially fond of getting into these inter-generational brawls." Izumi said with a gentle smile and shrug, not thinking about the fact that what she said could be considered rude towards Kali.
