Meeting your idols (for Bare)

"Huan, I don't like it one bit." Kate said as she was pushed through the space she had no way to manoeuvre in with a thick blindfold that her oh so brilliant teacher made her wear. "Like, really, I know you are not one to start some third eye bulshit on me, so what's the point? And, wait, we're not headed for the normal training area..." She stated more than asked as she recognised they went on for a bit too long than it would take to reach the mats "Stairs" Huan warned, slowing down to let her student actually get up them instead of triping both over her own legs and the actual structure. When she reached the top, she would give the girl a slap on the back and a push forward, slamming the doors of the cage behind her, letting her removing of the blindfold be left for their guest for that day as she left the room and made sure they'd not be disturbed for a while...

Zira hummed softly in anticipation as she heard the steps of her opponent descending down the hall before finally being greeted with the sight of the blind folded Kate Zawislak. Zira's brief sabbatical from LAW was almost ready but she needed one last really good training spar to really make sure she was warmed and tuned up for the competition ahead. That was why when Huan suggested this match against her student who was apparently a big freaking fan of hers... Well hehe, Zira was never one to disappoint her fans.

"Why hello there Kate. Hope you're ready for the fight of your life." Zira said with a smug smile on her face while walking towards the young woman and reaching out to pull the blindfold up and over the girl's head to show her form to her. Feeling especially smug about this since she already had an idea of the girl's reaction to her presence, and if what Huan told her about her skills was true, she knew that this battle would indeed be just that. A fight for both of their lives that would be just what Zira needed.

Kate heard the voice and immidiatly let out a nervous chuckle, trying to convince herself that the voice only sounded similar to that of a woman she knew it from. Only to have that idea shatter as soon as the blindfold was off, revealing none other than Zira Cabalero. Kate's expression was immediately frozen somewhere in between shock, confusion and excitement.

Huan was Kate's first real sport idol, by the time Zira rolled around to the scene however, Kate was a bit more grown up and started... paying more attention to certain things, she obviously looked up to Zira as a fighter and hoped to see her two idols clash at some point but it was Zira that left the bigger impact on Kate in other aspects than just fighting and now that she stood before her, Kate felt weirdly exposed.

"I... uh... Hi..." She stammered out, still in shock, Huan would first, actually introduce them, second, leave just after shoveing Kate in the room and second... What was gonna be the subject of today's training? Oh... OHHHH

Chuckling softly at Kate's expected reaction Zira would blow a kiss towards the purple haired girl before nodding to her. "A pleasure." Zira said, licking her lips in the process before pounding her fists together and taking a stance. "Before we get to the... meat and potatoes of this... I need a good warm up, hope you're as good as Huan always says you are." Zira said while bending her knees and lifting her fists in preparation.

The mixture of emotions Kate felt when she realised who she was facing did not leave her for a single moment, oh no, it only grew more explosive as the blown kiss and every little gesture Zira made felt nigh on designed to tempt Kate. There couldn't be that many people who actually got to do anything with their celebrity crushes, and she was now facing her's who seemed ready to devour her whole. She wasn't even sure if she could qualify what she felt as arousal, but SOMETHING was certainly happening.

Luckily for Kate, it seemed like today was a day particularly intent on fulfilling her wishes, as it seemed Zira wanted to work up her appetite and they'd go at it the old-fashioned way. "I hope I can deliver. could certainly use some adrenaline about now." She said, realising the second part was actually said out loud, which she did not mean to do... she was getting some serious flashbacks to her first days in law with how nervous she was right now.

All the same, she got into her stance, getting lower on her legs, hands up with her lead stretched a bit further out than most stances did. Not wanting to blurb out something stupid again, she'd give Zira a nod that she was ready and as soon as she got the same signal back she'd dart in, sending a jab at Zira's head, right hook aimed at her midsection before taking a sidestep with a spinning backfist in quick succession. She was certainly not making an impression with words, but she was determined to make one with her fists!

Zira smirked a bit more wildly as she heard Kate's response about needing a shot of adrenaline. "Hehe... Now that's what I've been wanting to hear!" Zira said enthusiastically, giving the woman 'come at me' gesture with her hand to prompt Kate to come at her full force, eager to see just what Kate was capable of. Bringing her fists up and bending her knees in a more open stance, fists at her chest in preparation, inviting Kate to come at her.

As she did so Kate would open with a quick combination, one jab aimed at her head, the other at her chest and finished with a spinning back fist. "Whoa hoa!" Zira said in excitement, leaning back to avoid the initial jab and twisting to dodge the hook and as the spinning back fist came Zira would duck low under to let the arm of Kate whiff past her head.

Then to take advantage of Kate's spin Zira would launch a fist forward into Kate's back, right where her kidney was, then assuming Kate turned around after Zira would stand back up while throwing her knee forward to drive a impact into the woman's before trying to finish with a elbow strike aimed at Kate's cheek!

Kate liked to use that combo to open fights, people knew she was doing that, but despite that, it was almost never actually dodged or countered, not for the lack of trying, of course. This time, however, she was not even surprised that it did not land, and she knew what she'd do if she defended against that, immediately skipping to the side to avoid the punch as she turned to face Zira.

Just trying to brute force it was not gonna work, not against an opponent like that, she had to play into what Zira herself had in store and it presented itself as a knee was launched towards her stomach, Kate would see it and go low, turning to avoid most of the impact, still thankful she had such a strong core as she could tell, even a grazing shot would have folded most others in half. The elbow flew just above the tip os her head while she went to grab Zira's leg, pulling at it while she shoved her shoulder into her abs in an attempt at a single leg takedown she'd finish by hopefully getting into mount! She didn't even notice how her expression changed, from confused and flustered, now she was smiling, fighting always just felt right for her.

Safe to say that Zira and Kate were having a quite fun opening exchange in this match. Both throwing some solid combinations at each other, but neither connecting much of anything. That was fine though, to be expected even given the caliber of each woman.

Though that being said, the thing that Zira took the most note of was the look on Kate's face. Smiling brightly, no sign of confusion or embarrassment from before. It was everything that Zira wanted and more and it caused her own already wide smile to get even wider with anticipation and excitement.

"Yeah! That's the way!" Zira yelled out just before Kate would grab her leg and push into her stomach, taking her down to the mat! Not phased at all by this move though Zira would lift her legs and snap them shut around Kate's waist, squeezing her while pushing Kate back to deny her a full mount!

After a moment of the squeezing though Zira would reach up, trying to grab the back of Kate's neck before twisting her hips and pulling with her legs while also tugging on Kate's neck to try and knock the woman over before pushing herself up to try and take the mounted position and, if uninterrupted start using it to send jabs into Kate's face!

Kata managed to take Zira down but the women never failed to live up to Kate's expectations as she quickly trapped Kate in her guard and before she could get to passing it or trying to lay down punches she found herself laying down on the mat, first punch from the other woman already on it's way to her head. She bearly had enough time to register it was happening, only managing to brace before impact "Tha... Haha" She let out a groan and a slight chuckle.

But, despite her excitement, she could not afford to let her focus slip; more punches were on their way and she did not intend to let those hit. Anticipating one of them, she'd move her hand out of the way, grabbing the arm before Zira could pull it back and bucking with her hips, using the trapped arm as leverage to pull Zira lower down and herself higher to then wrap her arms around the woman's neck in an ezakiel choke, her face now just inches from Zira's.

Now that was interesting. As Zira began to rain down blows on Kate from above Kate actually began to laugh a little. It was something that made Zira's smile even wider if that was possible. 'This girl is really perfect!' Zira thought to herself and before she could even get another thought in she'd suddenly find Kate's arms pulling her down and wrapping tight around her neck for a ezekiel choke!

"Ghhhk! Hehe..." Zira gurgled out in pain before smirking and chuckling a bit, looking at Kate with an excited gaze. Bringing her hands down on Kate's thighs hard enough to make a sharp slap like sound and grabbing hold Zira would stand up, lifting Kate with her before turning and jumping up while turning downward, intent on taking the fastest and most brutal way to escaping by slamming the woman's back into the mat to try and make her let go!
