The Hurricane and the Serpent: Danica Donelle vs Makie Akamatsu

Makie had been reacting more on instinct than anything else when she had dodged and countered Danica's clumsy attack, in part because she was still dizzy herself from that headbutt. But it had worked beautifilly; her axe kick had nailed Danica had in the back of head, leaving her now lying facedown on the mat. The crowd was cheering now, excited that Makie was making a comeback against the white-haired bully.

Makie staggered back a bit, smiling. "LET'S GO!" she shouted to the crowd, before running forwards, grabbing her legs and leaping to cannonball her whole body down against Danica's back! If her running leap landed, then she would follow up by rolling over to grab for one of Danica's legs, trying to set her up for her submission finisher, the Dragon Slayer!

Still seeing stars from the headbutt alone Danica was barely able to make a wild attack that didn't even connect, which naturally meant that she was in a bad position to be taken advantage of as Makie then connected with a follow up axe kick that left the silver haired beauty on the man. "Ngh..." Danica groaned out, trying to pick herself up, unaware of the danger she was in as Makie then dropped down with a cannonball on her spine! "AGH!" Danica roared out in pain, her entire back feeling like it was lit up in pain from the blow. Falling back down she could vaguely feel her leg being grabbed but was unaware of the imminent danger she was in as Makie set up for a major move!

Taking a hold of Danica's boot and tucking it under one arm, Makie allowed herself a smile as she signalled out to the crowd, causing them to cheer her on. And then, she suddenly dropped down onto her butt, her legs wrapping around Danica's as she leaned back against the mat, using her grip around the bigger girl's ankle to hyperextended her leg as she locked in her signature legbar finisher, the Giant Slayer!

"Nnngh...come on....tap bitch!" she growled. "Tap unless you want to be walking with a cane for a while!" After taking the battering that she had from Danica, she was mad, and above all, she was determined to win despite the odds!

Danica grunted and growled in frustration as Makie locked into her leg bar submission and began cranking on the pressure! "Gah!" Danica cried out in pain, her leg feeling like it was about to be popped out of place. Still despite this pain Danica would clench her fist while punching the mats before digging her hands in and lifting herself up before inching back, then again, and then again Danica would begin making a furious scramble backwards to try and reach the ropes!

Makie clung onto Danica's leg with practically her entire body, throwing everything into bending her foe's leg the wrong way. The bigger girl was crying out in pain now, even as she dragged the two of them closer and closer to the ropes. Makie clenched her teeth as she tried to maintain the hold. Come on, tap out...

And then, suddenly, the ref tapped her on the shoulder and told her to break the hold. Danica had managed to grab the lower most rope.

Unwinding herself from around Danica's leg, Makie slapped the mat in frustration. She had been so close! Danica was proving to be a really tough opponent so far-- tough enough to withstand her Giant Slayer. It looked like Makie would have to work harder for this win.

While Danica was still clinging to the bottom rope, Makie would climb all the way to the top rope, balancing on it. She would start clapping, to get the audience going as well, before flipping backwards, trying to come down on Danica's exposed back with a double knee drop!

Danica panted and huffed as she crawled and dragged herself across the mat towards the ropes before finally managing to grab them and secure a break for herself to finally end the pain of the hold!

"Huh...." Danica huffed out in relief as Makie let go and got to her feet while Danica began to push herself up, using the ropes to aid her in doing so. As she did so thought she heard the sound of clapping echo out and the following sound of the fans going wild in response.

It didn't take a genius to figure out what was probably about to happen with her opponent and a quick glance over her shoulder confirmed that Makie was on the top and had just jumped into the air towards her!

Sucking a deep breath in and tightening her fists Danica would wait a moment before turning, putting her weight on her good let before trying to jump into the air on it, extending her arm as she did so to try and connect with a lariat right to the middle of Makie's chest to try and knock her out of the air with a lariat!

In the seconds before Makie leapt backwards, her heart was thudding in her chest. She was doing it; it was happening. After so much many hard fought losses in LAW, she was finally on the verge of winning! And winning against a taller, heavier opponent, no less. She was pumped up, and the crowd was cheering her on, feeding her energy.

She flipped backwards off the top rope...

...and, while in midair, upside down, saw Danica on her feet again, rushing at her with an arm extended in a lariat.

"How the..."

Danica's arm cannoned into her chest, causing her whole body to rotate rapidly in midair. Spinning uncontrollably, she landed on her back with a sickening thud. The crowd collectively winced at the brutal impact, and Makie, for her part, was now lying on her back, gasping hard for breath.

Why? She had been so close...

"Phew..." Sighing in relief that her lariat had successfully connected with Makie's body midair Danica would pick herself back up and look down at Makie with a light glare on her face... although there was a twinge of something akin to respect as well. Bending down and grabbing hold of Makie's hair Danica would look to force her smaller opponent to her feet before letting go. Taking a step back Danica would then step forward and spin on her good leg, rotating Makie's way while extending her arm once more, intending to deliver her Cavity Crush signature move, otherwise known as a discuss lariat!

"Aaah...haaaah..." Makie moaned as she lay on the mat, one arm cradling her chest. It hurt: the combination of Danica's sheer hitting power and her own reckless velocity meant that her chest felt like it had nearly been caved in. It almost hurt to breathe, and it was all Makie could do to force one eye open and try, however weakly, to get one boot against the mat to try to roll herself over and get to her hands and knees.

Unfortunately, she hadn't even initiated that roll when her hair was suddenly yanked. She gasped in pain as she was pulled shakily to her feet...as was met by Danica's forearm as the white-haired woman nailed her with a second, brutal lariat! The blow knocked Makie off of her feet, and actually sent her spinning in the air as she was launched head over heels.

And then she crashed facedown on the mat, where she lay unmoving. "Gggggnnkkk..." she wheezed, the faint movement of her head her only sign of life at this pont.

[Bare]

Danica succeeded in connecting her signature move on Makie, blowing the smaller wrestler off her feet a second time and actually turning her through the air in the process. Smirking at this Danica wasn't quite done. Reaching down she grab hold of Makie once more, hauling her to her feet again and pushing her head between her thighs, grabbing her arms as she did so before lifting up and dropping down, aiming to spike Makie headfirst into the mat with her butterfly ddt finisher move, the bloody dawn!

If the move connected then Danica would make sure that Makie was flat on her back before taking a seat on Makie's face, grabbing her leg as she did so and pulling it back for a tight pinfall hold on her!
