The creation of Renee “Osborn” Steinhauser

Renee would be walking through the hallways backstage in LAW as she would walk up to the door of LAW’s Assistant General Manager, Angie Defoe. She would give her a door a knock before opening it and putting out her arms to tell her what’s up.

“Angie. How you doing? Listen. I just came here to ask for another chance at the LAW Lightweight Championship. I want to get at Annie again after she decided not to put the title on the line against me. She’s scared. I know that. So cmon, Angie. Hook a girl up with another number one contendership.”

Suits came and went all day when it came to the LAW Management side of the backstage area and the LAW office buildings. There was always a deal to be struck, a new arena to secure, a new show to plan, a new talent to sign. But it was seldom the case that a LAW wrestler actually came to visit. Sure, some of the top stars would see the big boss man, The GM DeFranco on occasion. But knowing how Angie Defoe sees talents, knowing how ready she is to make use of them- well, that put most men and women on the LAW roster off the idea of knocking on her door, lest they be put to use as well.

And all this and more made it that much more intriguing to Angie, it made her put her pen down and raise her eyebrow that much more when one Renee Steinhauser had the gall to not only pay her a visit but to ask for another shot at LAW Lightweight Champion Annie Clark.

"Miss....Renee..." Angie removed her glasses and placed them on her desk before rising up out of her chair. A stern tone filled the air as Defoe took one heavy step after another, her heels clicking the ground fiercely. She closed the distance and looked down at Renee, getting in the lightweight's face.

"I'm I can't do that for you. You see my dear, by my grace and by the grace of all of the higher-ups in that great company, you already got what you wanted." Angie sneered down at Renee.

"You had your chance against, Annie. And now it's time for another girl- a more deserving girl, to get their shot. So unless you want me to 'hook a girl up' with another decisive loss, or unless you want me to hand you that loss, myself, I suggest you leave my office with whatever you have left of your dignity still intact...."

Renee would be confused with Angie approaching her like all menacing like. But after hearing what Angie told her on Renee’s future plans for challenging for the LAW Lightweight Championship again, maybe it should’ve been Renee acting like the aggressor. She would get mad before she had a “relieved” face.

“Ahh. I see you’re just messing with me, huh Angie. Very good joke. Gave me a great laugh. Not giving me another title shot and possibly transferring it to that C-list Actress Anna after Annie was so fucking scared of me that she decided to not put the FUCKING title on the line. Greatest joke of all time, Angie. You’ve got to be kidding with me with this fucking brainless decision. I mean you take away a wrestler’s opportunity at the title after she fails to win in a non-title match against the champion. YOU HAVE TO BE PULLING MY FUCKING LEG FOR THAT DECISION!”

Renee was spiraling. She deserved a shot at the LAW Lightweight belt more than anyone, in her opinion. Renee was in the rights after going the distance with Annie so it would make sense that Renee fought her again for the title this time. It would only seem fair to her. But as of right now, Renee was looking to crash out right about now if this wasn’t a joke Angie is telling her.

Renee's descent into madness piqued the Assistant General Manager's interest. She raised an eyebrow as looked Steinhauser in the eyes and watched the gears turn within the little lady's mind.

"Hmph!" Defoe scoffed at the very idea that she could be saying any of this in jest. Angie opened her mouth to try and get it across that this was no joke - no laughing matter. But Renee's descent continued....

Renee's voice grew louder as she internalized Angie's and LAW Management's decision not to grant her a rematch. Where Angie exuded malice, Renee was channeling the energy of a crazed, chaotic soul on the cusp of a total meltdown!

Fancy pencil skirt and heels aside, Angie quickly looked to seize Renee by the wrist and fashion the girl into something of a Hammerlock right then and there in her office! Defoe has been a wrestler for nearly a decade in her heyday, after all. She could still move and act quite well when the situation called for it! And with Renee on the brink here, Angie would very well have to make haste! Possibly, giving away the fact that she had been training on the sidelines for an in-ring return!

"No! Not here! Not now, in my office, you puppet!" Angie hissed as she tried to bend Renee over her desk and press the side of the mad woman's face against the wood while using her free hand to press the silent alarm and alert LAW security!

Renee would then be “detained” by Angie as she was placed in a hammerlock and bent over onto her desk while she pressed the silent alarm for LAW Security. That would be the straw that broke the camel’s back as Renee then fully crashed tf out.

“DON’T FUCKING TOUCH ME! HOW DARE YOU NOT GIVE ME A TITLE SHOT I DESERVE?! I WENT THE FUCKING DISTANCE WITH THAT BITCH AND YOU’RE TELLING ME THAT’S ALL I GET? BULLSHIT!”

Renee then shoved Angie off of her before LAW security came in. They would keep the two separate as Renee, wanting to keep her job, obliged to listen to what LAW security was telling her. She was pissed. She was very much pissed. But she wasn’t stupid enough to attack someone at higher power. It was a business after all and she was mad she was being put in this backstage politics.
