Coming off the heels of a successful debut, Risako wanted to keep the momentum going and that meant getting back in the ring and racking up more wins. She wouldn't have to wait long to get started as less than twenty-four hours after her debut Risako received a call from L.A.W. management informing her that her next match had already been booked. This next match though would be a significant departure from her previous match. Not only would she be up against a female opponent this time, but this match would need to be won specifically by submission.
What struck Risako as odd though was that her opponent was stated to come from a boxing background and had little experience in wrestling. Granted, Risako herself didn't have much experience in wrestling either. But her MMA background would undoubtedly make her the heavy favorite in a submission match. She didn't know what was going through the head of whoever booked this match. Maybe her opponent pissed off someone in management or maybe they were just having a laugh. Whatever the reason, Risako had a job to do and she was going to win.
Risako confidently strode down to the ring as her music echoed throughout the arena. She went up the steel steps in the corner and struck a brief pose against the ropes drawing cheers from the crowd. She then stepped through the ropes and did some last-minute stretches as she awaited her opponent.
