Mando's grip would end up loosening a bit, causing her to flung to the ropes, but she knew what was coming and knew how to avoid it, with her grabbing the ropes so she didn't rebound, and preparing herself getting ready to dodge whatever her opponent had planned

Bengal scowled with frustration as her opponent braced herself against the ropes, foiling her plans. On the other hand, Mandi's new position left her potentially vulnerable to being knocked out of the ring! Bengal rushed forward recklessly, one arm thrust out, aiming a clothesline at the back of the other woman's neck. She was hoping the impact would knock Mandi over the top rope, dunking her into the pool. In her wild eagerness, it didn't occur to the Tiger that her opponent might have plans of her own...

Mandi would see Bengal rushing at her and immediately ducked down, attempting to trip her up so that she rushed head first into the water herself, if she didn't trip in then she would immediately attempt to super kick her into the water so that she could end this off

Bengal saw her opponent duck down to avoid her clothesline, but she couldn't let all the momentum she'd built up go to waste - or allow herself to be carried into the water. She changed up her strategy at the last second, springing to the side and clasping onto the top rope. With her body horizontal in midair, suspended from the rope, she twisted herself around and kicked Mandi in the face with a perfectly executed 619!

Unfortunately Mandi wasn't fast enough to dodge the 619 as she got kicked in the face by her opponent, causing her to end up falling on her back m, rubbing her head as she slowly attempted to pick herself up hoping that her opponent didn't attempt to capitalize on her currently very vulnerable state

Bengal connected with her kick, releasing the rope and springing nimbly back to her feet. She dusted her hands off theatrically as she glared down at Mandi. The Dark Phoenix was lying stunned on her back in the center of the ring, as if she'd just fallen from the skylights.

"I hope you've got your water wings, birdie," the Tiger quipped, "Because you're about to go for a swim!" Camera flashes sparked through the stands, reflecting off the surface of the pool. Bengal bent down and attempted to seize her opponent by the ankles. If she was able to get a good grip, she could transition into a Giant Swing - but only if Mandi didn't counter first. It was a risk the Tiger was willing to take.

Mandi would end up being grabbed by her opponent and swung around by her ankle, before Bengal attempted to throw her out of the ring, fortunately Mandi managed to grab onto the ropes and kept herself from taking a dip, dragging herself into the water as she slowly got up, recovering a bit as she prepared for what her opponent was planning next

Just as it seemed like she was about to splash down into the pool, Mandi shot out a hand and grabbed onto the topmost rope. Gritting her teeth with effort, she pulled herself back into the ring, as the crowd cheered. Bengal grimaced with disappointment, pursing her black-painted lips. She'd been so close to a victory, only to have it snatched away at the last moment. If her opponent's arm had only been a little slower...

But she couldn't waste time thinking about that now. The good news was, Mandi's new position near the ropes left her exposed to further attacks. The Tiger dashed forward and grabbed her opponent's wrist, trying to wrap her arm around the middle rope and trap her in place on the apron. If she was successful, she'd follow up with a barrage of palm strikes to the Dark Phoenix's chest!

Mandi would immediately see what her opponent was planning and attempted to counter by way of delivering a chop with her free arm, before attempting to jump off the ring ropes spring board style, in an attempt to give her opponent a powerful airborne ddt

Bengal's ploy to trap Mandi failed, leaving the Tiger open to a swift chop across the chest. She staggered backward, knocked off balance. Distracted by the pain, she didn't see her opponent springing off the ropes into an aerial DDT!

Mandi's slender but powerful arm wrapped around Bengal's neck in midair, and the Tiger felt her feet being pulled out from under her. Her world spun sickeningly, before the top of her head was slammed against the canvas, racking her neck. Groaning, she rolled over onto her hands and knees, trying to crawl away from the edge of the ring.
