Rules: This match will be conducted under tornado tag team rules and will have no legal tags, count-outs, or disqualifications. The only way to win is pinfall, submission, or knockout. The Selection is banned from ringside and will be prohibited from interfering lest they face serious consequences.

We Are LAW was complete and utter bullshit to Kennedy as she had Sanae right where she wanted her. Despite the interference from that idol’s girlfriend, Kennedy, Freya, and Elm seemed to have things under their control and the couple wasn’t letting themselves be massacred by the trio as Sanae and Lyra were able to hold their own against the two brutes that Kennedy hired. Kennedy and Sanae were set to go one more round, but then those freaks had to get involved and attack everyone in the match. Kennedy got the win, but it wasn’t her way of winning. She didn’t get the win, those Freddy Kruger ripoffs gave her a pity win since Sanae was a much bigger nuisance to them cause of Lyra’s desires. Kennedy and Sanae were both pissed and wanted a rematch immediately to settle their own score before they moved on to dealing with The Selection themselves, but Kennedy was dragged away leaving this match up in the air.

Due to Kennedy’s influence and creative control her contract protections give her, Kennedy wasn’t going to wait to get her hands on the idol. For free, she was going to give the fans something they would be able to memorize and give a boost to weekly LAW tapings. Kennedy enlisted the help of Freya and Elm once more along with two mystery partners in order to come together for a special match she got sanctioned easily. It would be a handicap match for the ages in women’s wrestling and originally, Kennedy wasn’t just going to stack the deck against Sanae to finish her off once and for all, but a squash victory wasn’t exactly good television. That’s when Kennedy turned to her other heated rival Astrid Ostberg. Astrid hadn’t approved of Kennedy’s changes, but she was too busy with her own pursuit of getting back in the title picture to deal with her and Kennedy decided to drag her back in since their rivalry always brought them closer. Astrid would team with Sanae to make things interesting and social media blasted with approval at the prospect of this match main eventing the upcoming taping.

Kennedy made it no disqualifications meaning everything was legal and nothing was off the table. It was all set for a bloody war and Kennedy held her hand of cards tightly.

The crowd booed loudly as the entrance video of Kennedy throwing dollar bills in the air and appearing on multiple magazine covers started displaying her new celebrity image Ana gave her. Kennedy was truly the rule of the roost now and the power to make this match proved it even more. Kennedy came out in a furry black robe covering her body as she wore a black leather entrance bra with spaghetti straps on the back. She also wore black trunks with “GLAMOROUS” written on the back in bold white lettering and she wore golden wrestling boots with white Gs on the back and pristine white laces. Kennedy grabbed her robe and outstretched it showing off her hot body turning her head in a smug arch as Freya and Elm came out in their purple sleeveless jumpsuits with their belts carrying golden first letters of their names. They started walking down the ramp as Kennedy was handed a microphone by Elm and she called for the music to cut.

“I hope you fans are appreciative that I even decided to waste another minute on that feckless idol of yours. Worshipping the ground she stands on, because you think you have a chance with her. It’s really sad that simping became so popular. Maybe you can sneak a picture at her chest and share it for karma points on Reddit, because that’s going to be the most noteworthy thing about her tonight,” Kennedy insulted her opponent as her team got ringside and she went for the steel steps facing lots of boos.

“Just know….this is where we get a official outcome. No more chances. No more interferences. Anybody that wants to come out here to help. They can go find work elsewhere, because THEY WILL BE FIRED! I run the show! I run the rules! No one can touch me! This ends now!” Kennedy declared as she tossed the mic to Elm and headed inside the ring as her music continued to play on loud volume.

Sanae's match against Kennedy Lee at We Are LAW 7 had been one she wasn't looking forward to, going into it. Before the show, Kennedy had confronted her in an in-ring contract signing that presented a set of so-called Glamorous Rules the match would be conducted under - a set of rules that seemed to have specifically been designed to give Kennedy every conceivable advantage against the idol. Much as Sanae balked at the idea of taking part in a match so rigged against her, she wasn't going to back down. Kennedy had left her no other choice - if she had confronted her in front of the cameras, then Sanae wouldn't be able to back out without everyone knowing she had taken the coward's way out. No, that would be tantamount to letting Kennedy beat her! And when she had cultivated the image of a fighting idol who was going to stand up for her fans and send them home happy whether it was in a concert or in the ring, Sanae knew that to back down from a challenge like this would shame her entire career! She had to step up to the plate, no matter how hesitant she might've been.

Even then, though, the match turned out to be far more chaotic than anything Sanae bargained for! Both Kennedy and Lyra ended up bringing help into the match, with Kennedy calling on her allies in the Glamorous Coalition, and Sanae's girlfriend Lyra coming to her aid - and, in doing so, bringing the rest of the Selection into things. Sanae was glad for the help at first, but she didn't know what to think about the sinister presence that hung in the arena every time the Selection showed themselves, and she didn't know if them getting involved would be a good thing. Sure enough, in the end, the masked member of the Selection would end up striking blows to both combatants, throwing Kennedy on top of Sanae in an incident that led to the Glamorous Queen scoring a pin on a technicality. But that left both of them with unfinished business. Both of them knew that the match wasn't at all resolved if the finish had only come about due to outside interference. And it was inevitable that they'd demand a rematch to truly decide who the better woman was.

This time, though, Sanae had planned ahead when it came to her partner. She couldn't count on Lyra to save her this time, especially when Kennedy had forbid the Selection from coming anywhere near this match. Really, as much as she loved Lyra, that was a can of worms she didn't want to open anyway. But when Sanae knew that she was up against a terrifying trio of heavyweights, she saw no better option than to turn to former Heavyweight Champion Astrid Ostberg. Astrid had history with Kennedy of her own - she and Kennedy had been friends (and, briefly, something more) before the Norsewoman won her title, and shortly after Astrid's reign ended she faced Kennedy to welcome her back to LAW. But a lot had changed since them. Kennedy had grown obsessed with her own image, losing sight of the person she was in her search for fame and power. Astrid had been waiting to put her back on track - and it seemed like she had her opportunity now.

Now, as they stood shoulder to shoulder behind the curtains, Astrid and Sanae looked to one another, sharing a nod. For whatever differences they had - one was a heavyweight third-generation wrestler, and the other was a lightweight pop idol - they had both been brought together on this day for a common purpose, and that was standing up to Kennedy Lee. Neither of them wanted to come up short.

"You ready?" Astrid asked.

Sanae took in a deep breath at that, but nodded to the blonde. "I don't have a choice."

With that, now that Kennedy had made her entrance, the two of them came down the ramp to the sounds of cheers - both Sanae and Astrid were big stars in their own right; to see them now teaming up with one another was sure to draw plenty of buzz! They joined hands and lifted them to the sky, greeting all the cheers and camera flashes from the fans - but then, Astrid let go of Sanae's hand to storm closer to the ring, her hands on her hips. She looked up at Kennedy with a disapproving glare. It was this attitude she was showing now that reminded Astrid she didn't like one bit of the new face Kennedy was showing the world, and now it was time to take those opinions into her own hands.

"Oh, this match will have an official outcome, all right," Astrid declared, getting up onto the apron and climbing through the ropes. "But I don't think it'll be one you'll enjoy! Listen to yourself, Kennedy - is this the message you want to put across to the next generation of wrestlers? That they're just coasting by on their looks and fame? Some of us worked hard to get to where we are - and I think for Sanae and I, that shines through more than anything! I held my championship for years, and in every match I strove to be a woman worthy of holding it! Even now, I'm determined to keep that same spirit alive! Tonight, we'll show you how far we've come, and how much it's paid off!" She looked back to Sanae, the crowd cheering even louder.

"That's right!" Sanae chirped, stepping up closer and puffing out her chest. "Don't forget, I was a wrestler before I became an idol - I pushed myself to my limits to prove I had the staying power to make it. Even when I got the fame I needed to launch my singing career, I couldn't turn my back on all the fans that supported me the whole way through. That's not something anyone does if they don't have their full heart in it! And now, all those fans will be cheering me on! What do you have to say for yourself, huh? You don't have the fans, or the dedication we put in. All you have is your money, and you've been falling back on it to shield yourself from the consequences! But that won't save you now!" Sanae jabbed a finger toward Kennedy - and the defiance in her voice was enough to draw a few cries of "ooooh" from the crowd!

Kennedy had to roll her eyes at the crowd just blindly cheering Astrid and Sanae as usual as the two perky babyfaces made their way to the ring. It really bothered her how these bland bitches just never took the hint that they weren’t the hottest things anymore and that the crowd just straight up feels pity for them. At least that’s the mindset Kennedy went into this with. People are sheep for those in the sports and entertainment industries so there’s going to be a few hand-selected names that they are always going to cheer for. Ana taught her this and Hollywood only drove it further into her brain as she had this warped vision of professional wrestling nowadays where you needed to be at the very top to have great influence. Astrid and Sanae prattled on about the same boring stories of putting forth their best efforts and Kennedy just had to laugh into the microphone even as the crowd thought Sanae roasted her.

“That’s rich! That’s so rich! That’s probably even richer than me and that’s a step above! You really think my money is the only thing I have going for me…..really now? It’s true. I’m freaking loaded. I’m worth more than both of your careers combined. But….I have so much more going for me. I’m a producer of Ana’s hit anime idol show. I’m starring in my own spy film franchise that will have a sequel coming out in the late fall. Don’t forget to look out for the teaser trailer,” Kennedy motioned towards the audience on that last statement. “I have a fabulous clothing line set to debut this summer in France. I’m set to star in a Bullet Train sequel with Johnny Depp of all people. I’ve even returned to my roots as a voice actor and starred in a new SpongeBob movie for the kids. Watch it on Paramount+!”

Kennedy got booed heavily as she just went on bragging about her stardom in Hollywood and she covered her eyes in frustration before huffing out a few sighs. She then turned to both women with a serious face.

“Despite all of that, I give my heart to this sport. I grew up with it and I always respect it. However, you ask is this the message I want to send to the younger generation? Of course not. That’s because the younger generation don’t get this lucky. They’ll have to work their asses off and continue that pace until they don’t want to do this any longer. I got lucky with a second chance, because my shtick was getting old. No one gives a damn about the Jungle Queen anymore, but I make them talk about the Glamorous One. I’m not a tabloid star. I write advice columns, I’m a vlogger, a social media sensation, including my own Facebook fan page, 750K followers on X, 525K followers on BlueSky, 1.7m followers on Instagram, and 3.7m followers on TikTok. I’m influential. You two are just vanilla as all the rest,” Kennedy said spitefully.

“But if you want to make this personal, let’s get real. Astrid, we start with you. Don’t think I haven’t noticed you moping around after you lost the LAW Heavyweight Championship and lost to the other Astrid a couple years back. You look like a depressed gorilla. Maybe someone got a little too invested in the spotlight and is getting jealous? Hmmm? You ran the Heavyweight Division…preaching….defeating stars left and right….proving yourself….and I respect you. I’d respect it even more if you just told the truth and say you want the spotlight for yourself. And what about you, Sanae. Little miss pop idol. I mean, who’s to say you won’t follow a path similar to me? Become a part-timer and just focus on your singing career because it’ll keep you more relevant. Maybe even leave Lyra for a hotter guy or woman. I mean, you seem to be planning an escape to Alizeh anyway!” Kennedy jabbed as the crowd went “OOOOOOHHHHHH!!!!!” as major boos came at Kennedy while she just laughed in their faces.

When Astrid listened to Kennedy rattle off her achievements, all she could do was sneer. None of them, of course, had anything to do with what really should've mattered here and now - Kennedy's in-ring career as a professional wrestler. All she wanted to do was to promote her social media presence and her acting career. Worse yet, she was practically inviting the viewers to check out her projects, as though she was being paid to promote her work - as though her presence in the ring was nothing but some sort of ad! This wasn't the Kennedy Astrid had known and respected all those years ago. She had sold out - and now, she didn't care for in-ring excellence or mastery over her craft. All she cared about was her name value, and she was using wrestling - the very world that had made her into the star she now was - as little more than a platform from which to launch her media endeavors. That speech told Astrid all she needed to know. The Kennedy she had faced was gone - and now, all that was there was another corporate shill.

However, Astrid wasn't truly alarmed until Kennedy decided to throw a personal insult her way - outright accusing her of being old news, and caught up in trying to chase after the bygone glory of her championship days. At that, Astrid's eyes went wide, and the color drained away from her face. "What?!" She bit at her lip - but what stung the most wasn't that she disagreed with what Kennedy was saying. Rather, it was the fact that Kennedy had cut through to the core of Astrid's own insecurities. What she was pointing out now was something Astrid herself had asked herself if she was becoming - but she never wanted it to be true; she always wanted to convince herself that she was just blowing things out of proportion, and that she really knew things were better than that. But if Kennedy thought that about her, too...was she on to something? Had Kennedy just validated her deepest fears? "That's...not even true-!" Astrid sputtered, shaking her head - but she wished she could believe what she said.

Sanae, too, gasped in shock when Kennedy cast doubts on her loyalty to Lyra, accusing her of going after Alizeh instead. And, once again, what stung the most was Sanae's knowledge there was some truth to that. She herself had admitted she didn't spend enough time with her girlfriend, and she questioned if she was letting her down. "You...you did NOT go there-!" Sanae sputtered with more anger in her voice than she was used to - but again, her tone was wavering with a nervous stammer. And her anxieties were born from the fear that, just maybe...Kennedy might be right about her, more so than she ever wanted her to be.

Finally, Astrid realized, she had had enough. She wasn't going to stand by and let Kennedy shame her like this - she needed to stand up for herself, and for Sanae! "That's enough-!" she roared, storming forward with a swipe of her arm. "Talk, talk, talk...is that all you're here to do? These people signed up to watch wrestling, not you go on a publicity tour! As soon as we're in the ring, there's only one thing that should matter. Wrestling. And I'd say it's about time you proved you can do more than just run your mouth!"

Stepping up to Kennedy, Astrid shoved her chest and shoulders into the Glamorous Queen's own, trying to steer her backward. She wasn't going to budge against this sort of disrespect, and she was going to show her as much!

As much as Astrid and Sanae tried being images of good hearted heroes in wrestling, they had their own skeletons in the closet and they were shocked Kennedy was willing to exploit that. Kennedy crossed her arms as Astrid tried to shame Kennedy for trying to use her career to promote her movies and not retreating back to her old shell of an image. Kennedy didn’t care about being respectful in wrestling when it became clear that power and fame had its uses better. It’s why Kennedy got the chance to work part-time to soak in her new life in California. She was a businesswoman after all and securing new deals for movies and fashion.

Astrid pushed against Kennedy as Kennedy growled pushing Astrid back and off her. She whistled and pointed at the opponents for Elm and Freya to get rough with as Freya stepped forward while Elm cracked her neck. These two wanted some revenge on Sanae anyway and Astrid was extra icing on the cake. The two mystery partners hadn’t even shown up yet, but Astrid and Sanae were more than willing to start things right now! The bell rang without a second thought from the referee! Kennedy backed up and went outside as Elm and Freya went into a punching frenzy on their opponents! Astrid would handle Freya and Elm tried getting Sanae in the corner with hard lefts and rights!

It was clear to everyone now that tensions were rising higher than ever, and it was only a matter of time before blows would be thrown. The timekeeper wisely decided it was about time to ring the bell and get the match underway - no one present in the ring right now was about to wait a moment longer! Astrid's eyes were locked solidly on Kennedy, never blinking or averting her gaze as she came storming toward her rival. But Kennedy was content to stay back for now and play the ringmaster while her partners took care of the dirty work. Before Astrid could get her hands on Kennedy, Freya swerved in front of her, opening things up with a barrage of punches!

Astrid hissed under her breath in frustration as Freya came at her - clearly, her time to get even with Kennedy would have to wait. But even so, she was perfectly content to deal with anyone she needed to on her way to the woman she was really after! A few of Freya's punches landed against her side, causing her to hiss and wince, but as another fist came her way, the Norsewoman reached out to catch it - and turn to the side, looking to pull Freya off her feet and bowl her to the mat with an arm drag! If that worked, she would only tighten her grip, hauling backward on Freya's arm to put her in a wristlock in the hopes of straining her arm!

This would prove a more uphill battle for Sanae - at least Astrid was a fellow heavyweight powerhouse, able to meet Freya on her own terms, but Sanae was easily outweighed and outmatched by Elm. As she began to close in on her, Sanae winced, ducking back to swerve out of the way of the incoming barrage of fists. She dodged the punches as they came left and right, but she knew that there was only so long she could rely on evasive maneuvers. Ducking back toward the ropes, the green-haired girl would attempt to climb up onto the middle rope in the midst of the flurry of blows - and spring off of it, aiming a flying knee for Elm's jaw!

The new theme music came on as the crowd booed loud seeing Aaliyah Blackwell appear from behind the curtain followed by her client, Viper Hoshiwara. It had been quite a long time before Aaliyah made this appearance. She dispatched Misa and Yukino on her first match back in LAW and made pretty good examples of them through sexual conquest. It seems now that she and Kennedy have done business together as Aaliyah is holding a steel chair clearly revealing she’s one of the mystery partners. Maybe Viper was the second and if that’s the case, Astrid and Sanae were in more trouble than they bargained for with just Kennedy and her women.

However, a horde of fans gathered at a far corner of the arena as a black-hooded person was seen walking fast through the crowd area. Elm had been struck by the flying knee by Sanae as that stumbled the giant woman and she also tripped over Freya and Astrid falling on top of both women inadvertently breaking Astrid’s wrist lock way too early. The hooded figure jumped the guardrail as she quickly tossed her hood back getting a loud ovation of shocked fans!

IT IS WFPW WRESTLER EMILY WORKMAN! KENNEDY WENT THROUGH THE PARTNERSHIP TO GET HER BEST FRIEND INTO LAW! Kennedy snickered to herself as she came over and hugged Emily as the crowd chanted “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” in unison.

Hopefully, Sanae and Astrid would be too distracted from the other angle as Aaliyah sprinted down in her boots coming in to smash her chair over Sanae and Astrid’s backs! She had unfinished business with Astrid since she caused Thereisa’s downfall and ultimately cost her her manager job at LAW and Sanae was just another idol to break!
