Viper Hoshiwara vs. Miki Shinonome

Viper didn't care what Miki thought about what she was doing, and she didn't care for her advice. She had plenty of experience in rings, warehouses, streets, and all other sorts of places to tell her how to handle fighting - and she had made a vow that the only person she was going to take advice from was herself. She certainly wasn't about to take it from some preppy schoolgirl who looked like she wouldn't last two seconds in the sorts of places Viper knew like the back of her hand...even if she was, admittedly, proving far harder to keep down than Viper had anticipated. Annoyingly so, in fact.

But regardless of whether or not Miki thought she could tell Viper what to do, the green-haired girl certainly had a good enough grip on the situation right now - and she knew what was going to work for her. That certainly seemed to be the case, considering she was able to slam Miki down against the mat with enough force to drive the air out of her lungs! As the ring rumbled under the force of their landing, Miki sank back against the mat, and Viper broke away to roll onto her side, picking herself up and shaking herself out. For now, it seemed, Miki had been left dazed by the force of the landing...which meant that Viper could move in for the kill.

Miki seemed like the mobile type, and Viper knew that the best way to deal with an opponent like that was to slow them down. She would roll up to her feet, but only as long as she needed to in order to grab Miki's legs and twist them around one of her own, trapping the girl in a figure four leglock! From there, Viper would throw herself onto her back, lifting her hips to exert pressure on the hold! Hopefully, Miki would come away from it feeling sore - and that soreness could only hold her back!

Quaked reverberations throughout the ring canvas and wavering ropes were still apparent after Viper's powerbombing rebuttal to the schoolgirl's fleet-footed athleticism. Relying on one's strength's was typically a sound strategy when it came to tackling most of life's issues, except in a wrestling ring where it just meant falling into the trap of predictability. Miki learning this grievous lesson literally the hard way as she writhed against the canvas with her flowing locks swathed over her grimaced facials. She really wished this could have been taught within the more familiar and academic backgrounds of a classroom from a scholarly teacher like the rest of her lessons...but she knew this was the only way she'd take this education to heart. And remember the pain that comes with failure and not learning from one's mistakes in this world where one was all it took to end up defeated, humiliated, and worse in all likelihood.

Miki was only becoming aware of Viper's location when she noticed the yanking and weaved interlocking of their legs, the schoolgirl balking and sitting upright just in time for her slithering adversary to collapse backward with searing discomfort now tacked onto her legs. Miki gnashed her teeth and situated herself up to be propped upon the palms of her hands, the strain torqued throughout her thighs evident by the anguish on her facials as she lifted her own hips in conjunction with Viper to alleviate what little stress it did. Seconds passed with Miki toiling within the submission, until her lips curled into a panting smirk towards Viper. "...Hgh...Well, may as well get to know eachother since we're stuck here together like this. D-Don't suppose you'd wanna chat about boys, fashion...y'know, girl talk?" Miki's chatter intended to be a distraction for an attempt at swiveling over onto her stomach, and abrupt reversal of the hold!!

Only moments after Miki had been slammed into the mat, the schoolgirl was already starting to crawl away - clearly, she was tougher than she looked. But she still couldn't move fast enough to get away from Viper's clutches. The deathmatch veteran would waste no time in grabbing Miki by the legs, twisting them around her own before she fell back to contort them in a figure four! Viper's submissions were just as brutal as her more hardcore tactics, and Miki was about to learn that the hard way, if Viper had anything to say about it!

However, even when she was in the Viper's jaws, Miki still had the will in her to fight back. She managed to prop her hands against the mat, holding herself up and taking off some of the pressure that Viper could bring against her. When Viper saw her position herself, she raised an eyebrow - it spoke to her reaction time and her technical knowledge if she was able to offset the strain of the hold so easily. It was almost enough to earn her some of Viper's respect.

It was a pity, then, that she had to ruin that just a second later.

The moment Miki opened her mouth to suggest they do anything so insipid as talking about boys, Viper let out a groan. This girl should have been screaming in pain, and she thought this was a moment to make small talk? Was she even taking this seriously at all? "Do I look like I'm interested?" she hissed, shooting a piercing glare back up at Miki - but it was right then that Miki tossed her hips over to the side, upending the two of them and landing Viper in the grip of a leglock of her own!

Viper's teeth gnashed as a shockwave of pain shot through her legs from where Miki stretched and contorted them. She knew she had to get out of here - and she would grab for the canvas, her nails digging into the mat as she tried to haul herself toward the ropes in the aims of getting a rope break. The whole time, she thought to herself about how absurd this was. Miki should have been the one scrambling to save herself, not her! And yet, it seemed that the schoolgirl knew more than she let on...

Signs of Miki's experience within sordid wrestling rings and underground tournaments may have been showcased in her immediate reaction meant to alleviate the burden of the Figure Four,but make no mistake that the schoolgirl was only several more seconds away from offering her adversary the shrill screams she expected. Viper's interwoven clutches demonstrated an expertise in submissions that Miki was only just now becoming irksomely familiar with thanks to the strenuous hyper-extension of her knee in the hold as she sat on her backside with snarled teeth. For some unexpected reason though, stifling her anguished hollering became a top priority for the schoolgirl. Miki now wanting to prove a certain point to Viper that might take an entire match of tortured misery to establish, but one she seemed determine to succeed in establishing no matter any means necessary. Although her blabbering was primarily meant to be a distraction, Miki couldn't deny being curious as to whether Viper would have actually wanted to chat about the same topics she gossips about with her fellow classmates.

Thankfully, while Miki's attempt at schoolgirl chatter with her cantankerous foe went up in smoke, Viper's bitter rebuttal meant that the deathmatch wrestler most likely wasn't paying attention to her foe's attempt at them swiveling around and reversal of their fortunes. "Gah...phew..." Miki breathing a sigh of relief once situated on her extended arms bracing herself against the canvas, the taxing agony of the submission now alleviated upon her legs and situated entirely on Viper's instead. Sweat droplets splattered against the canvas when she started noticing herself being towed towards the ropes by a scavenging Viper. "Heh...Take it you're not interested in having some girl talk now either, huh?" Miki smirked over her shoulder with a bucking of her hips that wiggled her backside and gave the reversed submission a good cranking until Viper's crawl of shame culminated with her reaching the ropes. The schoolgirl mercifully ceasing the leglock and untangling themselves at the referee's insistence, afterward separating herself a few feet from her slithering foe and aiming to recoup with panting breaths on one knee.

Viper was almost ashamed to admit she'd fallen for such a stupid trick, but for better or worse, Miki had succeeded at throwing her off her game with her prattling, and that gave her just enough time to throw her weight over to the side, rolling the green-haired girl onto her back and putting the pressure of the figure four around her legs instead! At once, her teeth clenched in a grimace as her body stiffened from the pain, and a muffled hiss escaped her throat. Viper was quickly learning one thing Miki had going for herself - she didn't shut up. And that could prove just as useful as any other tool in a wrestler's toolbox. Even someone as stoic and unfeeling as Viper Hoshiwara had to admit it, listening to Miki go on about nothing was doing plenty to motivate her to fight back, if only to silence her! She wasn't about to admit she had been beaten by anything this moronic!

"Shut...up...already!" Viper snarled, grabbing the canvas to drag herself closer and closer to the ropes. At last, she managed to grab hold of them, and the referee signaled for a rope break. She panted for breath, rubbing at an achy sensation going through her spine as Miki broke away from her. But when she looked up at her foe, her eyes were fixed on her in a deathly glare. Miki wasn't going to get away with mocking Viper that easily - and she'd show her as much! Just then, the deathmatch veteran rolled to her feet, moments before she swung a lightning-fast kick straight toward Miki's face, hoping to catch her before she knew what hit her!

Miki figured it was safe to assume that Viper wasn't accustomed to typical girltalk, where squealing banter IRL and gossiping chatter was practically commonplace in her own social circles. She's actually lost track of the number of groupchats she's a part of considering all of her after-school clubs and responsibilities, so making conversation with strangers came quite natural to her. Except in this particular instance, where it was simultaneously a method of distracting herself from the strained agony coursing throughout her legs and a way of distracting her venomous adversary into allowing her a chance for a counterattack. But hey, if it just so happens to have Viper ease up on this prickly demeanor of hers, well than she'd consider it a pleasant surprise. For now though it looked like she only succeeded in 2/3 of these outcomes given Viper's scathing rebuttal within the submission.

"Tch, guess I'd be ornery too If I was losin' to a little girl, right?!" Miki retorted with a snarling grimace over her shoulder as she was being ushered towards the ropes on the palms of her hands, a scathing recall of Viper's own words at the beginning of the match as their interlocked legs quaked and sweat droplets spattered against the canvas until Viper snatched upon her tethered sanctuary. The schoolgirl relinquishing the submission immediately since, quite frankly, she needed time to recuperate herself. Miki panted deeply one one knee and calmed herself down in the process, approaching Viper with the intentions of offering her a helping hand back to her feet. "...*Phew*...Alright, whaddya say we start fresh-" Except the slicing roundhouse kick thwacked Miki cleanly, the rattled schoolgirl taking one quivering step before falling into a star bedazzled slump on her knees against the middle rope...
