Mayhem Under the Moonlit Sky: Wolfsbane v. Violet Mayhem!!

A year. That’s how long it’s been since Wilma "Wolfsbane" Mendez's last match at LAW. She’s been hard at work perfecting her craft ever since she gained her first victory over Alex via her Chopping Block finisher, and she was ready to let the world know that the Ferocious Fighter is once again on the prowl. As she adjusted her neck muscles and tightened her fingerless gloves, Wilma quickly scratched behind her right ear with her right foreleg before getting on all fours, ready to hunt!

Wolfsbane: *Thinking* Hope you’re ready LAW, cuz it’s time to go back on the HUNT!!



As the SFX of a wolf howling filled the area with Wolfsbane's backing track, she slowly makes her way out of the locker room and towards gorilla position on all fours.

Announcer: The following contest is a Last Woman Standing CAGE MATCH!! Introducing first, from of the Windy City of Chicago, standing in at 5ft 8in, weighing in at 138lbs with a balanced record of one loss and win.. Wilma “Wolfsbane” Mendez!!

When Wilma’s name was called, she came out slowly looking at her fanbase before howling and rushing to the cage on all fours. She then pounces into the caged combat area before being given a microphone.

Wilma: HOWL ya doin' tonight LAW, I’m back and ready to raise some HOWL!!!

The crowd howls back as she nods in agreement.

Wilma: Yeah, I can tell you wanted me to return ever since my last bout.. bring me my meal!! I’m back on the hunt, and ready to play.. with my PREY!! (She licks her lips while growling softly)

When she received the call to confirm her debut, Violet had been very specific about the type of match she wanted. Anyone daring to face her had to do so under unusual match conditions. So when she was offered a Last Woman Standing match inside a Steel Cage, it sounded perfect. Who had foolishly volunteered as a sacrifice? That was secondary. It was time to make an impact.

Standing backstage, waiting for her opponent to finish their entrance, the nerves refused to fade. Then, her entrance music hit as a signal to step out.



In that moment, Violet Walker ceased to exist. Now, there was only Violet Mayhem.

She strode down the ramp slowly, testing the crowd’s reaction. Their faces were a mix of uncertainty, intrigue and unpleasantness; they didn’t know whether to cheer or boo. Smirking, she approached a front-row spectator whose mouth hung open in shock, Violet didn’t hesitate to slap him. Not hard enough to hurt, but just enough to surprise him.

—Pay attention, blink and you’ll miss the fight- shouted as hard as she could.

The boos came instantly. She raised her arms, rejoicing in the growing hatred.

-…and her opponent, standing at a height of six feet, five inches and weighing in at one hundred and eighty-two pounds, from Plymouth, England… making her debut… VIOLET MAYHEM!!!-echoed through the arena.

She climbed into the ring slowly, never breaking eye contact with Wolfsbane. Standing in the center, she licked her lips provocatively, trying to unnerve her opponent as she stated her intentions to be the alpha of the match.

Above them, the Steel Cage began to descend.

Wolfsbane: So, you must be my meal tonight.. I’m gonna enjoy making you beg for mercy carne fresca, oh believe me.. ¡HABRÁ SANGRE!

(She awaits for the bell to ring so she can begin playing with her latest prey..)

Violet stepped into the center of the ring, face to face with Wolfsbane, who wasted no time at speaking to her.

—Huh? Stop barking little dog! You came for blood, but I’m not so easy to chew up.

The referee signaled, and the bell rang, officially starting the match.

True to her style, one she had mastered long before LAW, Violet took advantage of the opening confusion to "greet" her opponent. Her target was set: landing her brutal Penalty Kick low blow, a signature start from Violet since she started on this wrestling world.

Wolfsbane grunts a bit, glaring at Violet with a wicked grin.

Wolfsbane: Heh, is that how you start a fight where you’re from?? ‘Fraid it won’t do you any good against the old jock strap! (She then rushes up towards her body and latches her legs onto her torso before peppering her with punches and finishing her assault with a DDT) How’s that for you chica?!

Violet began to rise slowly, never losing her smirk. That explosive combo had caught her off guard—but in a match like this, such brutality was to be expected. As she got to her feet, her eyes stayed locked on Wolfsbane. She was counting on her opponent getting just a bit too confident.

Then, waiting at just the right moment, Violet searched to struck with a quick, sharp move, aiming to take Wolfsbane down with the full force of a shoulder tackle.

Wolfsbane brings her forearms up to guard herself from Violet’s shoulder tackle, but the force of the blow still knocks her back and causes her to be pushed back to her side the cage.

Wolfsbane: Grr.. not bad, I actually felt that one!

Violet slowly advanced towards her opponent, waiting to see what she would do next.

Wolfsbane does the same thing, offering her to take part in a test of strength.

Slowly raising her arm, Violet began the movement, as both fighters clashed in a display of strength that made the arena vibrate and excited the spectators. The sound of their bodies colliding echoed, and the tension between them was palpable. Every one of their movements showed the determination of not letting the other one win.

—You're strong, I'll give you that.

Violet, with a challenging smile, tightened her grip even more, daring her opponent to push her own limits.
