Absent Due To Co-Co

Hey everyone,

I just got tested positive with COVID today. We had to do a mandatory test on Friday, because there was an outbreak in the building I work in and this weekend was really horrible for me. I have a runny nose, a coughing fit, a little bit of fatigue, and a little bit of a fever. This started yesterday and I got my test results today. I know I take frequent breaks usually of my own choice, but this time, it’s going to mandatory. 2-3 weeks is how long I’ll be gone and hopefully, this stuff recedes in that time frame. That is at least the estimate duration the doctor gave me when I went to see them.

So, it’s been almost a week with COVID. Tuesday-Thursday whooped my ass and you can probably entail the stuff I went through. Felt better Friday, but still horrible cough and nauseous feeling. Saturday was a bit better and was the first sign of this sickness reducing some. Now, I think it’s settled into a cold and that will be awhile before it fully subsides. I can feel like I can start getting normal again so I’m going to try and do some replies to get my mind off it. I’m not pushing myself hard and this isn’t even a full return. Mostly just a return to get something fun done.

Better rest! That fever alone gives you a headache just thinking about it. And if you relapse, I'm going to bathe in shit!
