Phoebe took a small break from matches after her loss against Aella. She needed to recharge mentally after how the match had ended. Even though she regained her fanbase's support, she herself got a lot of doubts about being in the industry after the loss.
That's not to say that Phoebe completely ignored wrestling during 2024. She still wrestled around America with LAW-affiliated indie companies, as well as kept herself in shape. Though this was her return to Japan after a while, there was no ring rust on Phoebe tonight... Entrance Theme
Entrance Attire (no Jacket)
Phoebe would arrive on her bike to cheers from the crowd, without her signature jacket. She had her in-ring entrance one taken by Aella Midori after their match. She had a spare, sure...but it didn't feel right to use her everyday one for a regular in-ring entrance. Despite her troubles with the veteran, she was smiling under her mask as she drove the bike down the ramp to her theme song, stopping it near the commentary desk before hopping off of it, jumping up onto the ring apron...and from there, using the rope to launch herself into the ring, rolling through to land in the middle of it in a heroic pose, with her mask off in one hand already! Phoebe kept a stoic expression on her face...but the cheers from the fans calmed her down. Vanity might've been a bit of a sin on her part. She simply didn't feel right in the ring without cheers.
For now, the former Detective would go to her respective corner, getting in final stretches before the match...

Carol was backstage preparing for her upcoming matchup, the feral heel had made quite a name for herself on LAW in just a few matches including two high profile ones. Carol had recently found out that she had some old friends who had recently gotten signed to LAW and was on her phone, messaging in a group chat with them. Carol smiled mischievously at her phone before stashing it behind some boxes, not seeming to care if it was secure as long as it was hidden.
The wolf themed heel rolled her shoulders as she walked to the curtain, she had a surprise planned for the LAW universe, a surprise that only four people including herself knew about. Carol reached the curtain area and rolled her neck, getting nice and loose as she waited for her music to start. Entrance Gear/Cloak
Hearing her music start Carol, smiled and stepped through the curtain, walking to the center of the stage and stropping before raising her head and letting out a loud wolflike howl before focusing on the ring, and her opponent inside of it. The heel walked down the ramp ignoring most of the fans, focused only on her soon to be prey, Carol's predatory gaze never leaving the woman the entire way down to the ring. Entrance Music

Carol stopped at ringside taking off her cloak and letting it fall to the floor before she took a step forward and and hopped up onto the ring apron before swiftly stepping between the ropes and going to her corner. Carol was quick to climb up to the second turnbuckle, throwing her head back and letting out a second howl, although shorter than the first one. Hopping down the heel turned and faced Phoebe, licking her lips as she studied the woman briefly crouching down before rising back up, making sure he legs were nice and loose as she waited for the bell.

Carol made her way to the ring, all the while Phoebe did her stretches before the bout. Carol definitely lived up to the "feral" moniker with her howls...and keeping her violent gaze on the American...not that Phoebe felt a shred of intimidation towards her foe.
If there was one thing that Phoebe did like about Carol, however, is that she let her body language do the talking. With her entrance, Carol had showcased what she was about...and with Phoebe having nothing to say to her foe either, the two women were ready to battle the moment the bell would ring:
DING DING DING!
With the fight starting, Phoebe would carefully close the distance between the two women. Carol had size on her side, so letting her lead the match was a mistake...but so was letting her strike first. As such Phoebe would attempt to attack her rival first, trying to swipe at her leg with a low kick!
Carol readied her body and her mind for the match, giving the crowd a few glances, looking for four women in particular before refocusing on Phoebe as the bell rang. As Phoebe approached cautiously, Carol rushed forward only to be met with a hard kick to her leg. NNNNNNGHHH!" Carol hissed but remained on her feet, deciding to make the kick look more painful than it was Carol hobbled away a few steps while bending her elbow waiting for Phoebe to approach her before turning and attempting to nail Phoebe in the head with a cheap yet hard elbow stike before straightening up, only wiggling her leg for a minute to get rid of the slight stinging that still lingered from her opponent's kick.

As Phoebe's kick connected, Phoebe was surprised as Carol reacted much louder than she expected, actually stepping back away from Phoebe. Carol's reaction caused Phoebe to grow bolder, stepping closer towards her wolf themed foe, planning to go for her next attack to try and strike at Carol once more...
Only for Carol to suddenly come alive, and strike at the ex-cop with a hard elbow strike at Phoebe's head!
"GRAAGH!!!"
Phoebe would double back, hissing in pain at the hard strike, berating herself in her mind at allowing Carol to trick her like that. Very quickly, Phoebe doubled back, covering her face with her arms to avoid potential counter attack from Carol...
Carol couldn't help but smirk and snicker after her elbow strike set her opponent back, the only other thing that could have made that moment more satisfying is if she had hit Phoebe twice as hard. As Phoebe covered her face with her arms Carol stalked her like a predator, licking her lips as she strayed the the side before changing directions, subtly closing the distance between them before suddenly darting forward and jumping towards her opponent, aiming to take the woman down onto the mat.
If successful, Carol would quickly move to start raining punches and elbows towards her opponent's face, wanting to leave Phoebe stunned and helpless hoping to break the former cop's defenses early in the match!
