Duel of the Proteges: Ivy Aster vs Niko Tomiji

Ivy had utterly crushed Niko. The Lightweight's body had gone into such a state that she couldn't even scream in response to the brutality she had received. It seemed like she was barely even capable of tapping out. But Niko had still maintained enough control of her body that she surrendered the first round as soon as Ivy had locked in her Grasping Void.

"God above, Ivy!" Tiki cried out, shifting her mic back so that the women in the ring would be able to hear it. "What was that?! Did you catch her using your sister as a practice dummy? I've never seen you treat anybody like that in the ring, much less a wrestler who is your friend." The veteran knew her eldest protege was an incredible force on offense, but she had never seen Ivy use her skills like that.

"No, nothing of the sort," Ivy replied. "I have no desire to injure Niko, or otherwise cause her lasting harm. Were this a single fall match, I'd have ended this much more simply. But I have to think about setting up winning positions for future rounds as well."

"You better finish what you've started, Ivy," Tiki warned. "We both know that Niko is not a woman who will forget about this if she turns the tide of the match." Speaking of the younger student, Tiki shifted to address her. "Niko? Are you okay? Please get up if you can," she said, concern evident. "Are you able to continue Niko? Do you wish to keep going?"

Niko was half awake, laying on the mat in a heap after submitting the first round in what may have been the most one sided beat down of her career. Which was saying something given some of the matches she had been in. Even as Tiki's voice began ringing out, admonishing and questioning Ivy for her tactics it barely caused a stir in Niko. It was only when Tiki directly asked her if she could get up did Niko twitch.

While it took a moment, the ref even looking ready to call the bout here Niko would shift and pick herself up, one of her pigtails having become loose from the brutal barrage of slams, causing the girl to reach up and pull what was left of the band free while her other hand rose up and pulled the pig tail loose as well, allowing her hair to flow completely free for the first time she'd been in LAW, all while her back was turned to both her mentor and fellow protege.

Turning and looking over her shoulder for a moment before turning around fully Niko would bend her knees and and look at Ivy with the most determined look possible. "I'm going to continue... and I'm going to win..." Niko said barely loud enough for her opponent and Tiki to hear, looking perhaps the most serious she ever had in LAW to date.

Tiki had seen Niko pissed off before. Hell, she had been on the receiving end of a pissed off Niko, what felt like a lifetime ago at this point. But Tiki had never seen her student look pissed like she did now. It was a different kind of anger. The kind of fury that came when anger was mixed with determination and willpower. If her body was in a capable state to respond to those emotions. . .

"Very well. The match shall continue," said Tiki. "The two of you get back to your corners, and we'll resume shortly." But before returning to the commentator's table, the veteran had a word for the current leader of this match, and target of Niko's emotions, "Ivy, you are responsible for anything she does to you."

Ivy had never seen Niko like this before, the same as Tiki. But she did not appear to be as concerned as her mentor was. She had just delivered a dominated defeat to Niko, after all. How much could she possibly do? Now much could Niko still have in her to be able to win not just one but two rounds with? Ivy had no plans to take the rest of the match lightly, of course, but she felt no reason to not be confident. She returned to her corner, and awaited the bell for round 2.

Giving her assurance to her mentor to continue the match Niko would turn away from her mentor and focus on things and one thing only. Her opponent. Hands clenched into fists Niko almost looked like a totally different person with how serious she was coming off as, as well as her hair being down rather than her normal pig tails.

That's why the moment Tiki made it back to the commentator's desk and sat down Niko would bounce on her heels lightly before putting her fists up just as the bell rang, starting the match and prompting the pinkette to charge forward full speed towards her opponent! Leaping up as she neared to go for a massive shot gun dropkick right out of the gate to try and force Ivy back into the corner!

Ivy figured that Niko was going to fight at one of two extremes. Either her locked in state would push her to fight with a fortress-like defense, waiting and waiting to pinpoint the perfect spot to counter. Or the pinkette would try to unleash the most aggressive offensive she could physically muster, trying to overwhelm Ivy's attempts to defend or counter.

The bell rang, and it was immediately proven to be the later of Ivy's two expectations. Niko was blitzing in spite of the damage her lower body had taken last round, but unfortunately for her, Ivy was ready for that. The Brit stayed back in her corner, and when Niko got close, she jumped back onto the middle rope and hopped off. Enough to go over the Lightweight's Dropkick, but not enough to fly past her entirely.

Ivy aimed to land on Niko, but there were too many variables for her to take the risk of leading with her knees. So Ivy instead went for an off the ropes Senton. She hit paydirt, landing her butt right onto Niko's face as she crashed into the mat. Deciding to try and finish the match here, Ivy would turn around, pivoting her ass 180 degrees on Niko's face, hold the pinkette's arms down with her legs, and then reach forward to try to grab Niko by the thighs and pull her legs up to trap under her arms in an attempt to put her away with a Facesit Pin.

Determination was pulsing throughout Niko's every fibrous being in the wake of the brutal offensive that Ivy had unleashed on her before. Refusing to be so easily swept by the larger woman! Unfortunately however her strategy of going for a full force offensive wouldn't quite workout as Ivy leapt over her and crashed onto her face with a make shift senton, sitting on her face as a result.

Granted though with how soft Ivy's but was and the relatively low velocity with which the woman came down on her the damage wasn't too bad all things considered. Or at least it was the furthest thing she had to worry about as she felt Ivy's butt rotate on her face, her arms being pinned down for what she knew would be a pin!

'Not happening Niko thought just as she felt Ivy's fingers on her legs at which point Niko would lift them up past Ivy's hands, attempting to wrap her feet around Ivy's head before using her considerably more powerful lower half to pull Ivy forward and reverse their positions before releasing her legs and grabbing onto Ivy's own as Niko sat down on Ivy's face for a roll up pin of her own!

Ivy did not get her pin on Niko. The pinkette fought out before the Brit could even get a count started. Ivy was honestly surprised that her opponent still had that much fight left in her. Niko's determination was apparent, of course, but the fighting condition of her body should be a different matter entirely. Yet here she is, wrapping her legs around Ivy in an attempted reversal.

Not that Ivy would allow Niko such a reversal, mind you. Similar to what the Lightweight had done to her pin attempt, Ivy broke out of Niko's attempt before it was really even locked in. Both women separated and tumbled to the mat. They were still in the corner Ivy had started the round in, meaning they were right next to the ropes. Something the larger wrestler knew she had to be cognizant of. She couldn't be giving Niko easy escape routes when she was trying to put the pinkette away.

Ivy would move to grab Niko and stand back up with her as soon as they had landed. The Brit would have her back to the corner ring post, and be propping Niko's ass on top of her chest. Then Ivy would jump up to slam Niko down into the mat with a Sit-out Reverse Powerbomb, smashing the Lightweight's chest and face into the floor instead of her back.

With Niko flat on her stomach and Ivy sitting right behind her, the purplette would try to go for a match ending submission. Folding Niko's legs over her butt and crossing one over the other, Ivy would sit on the top leg to push it down while hooking one of her legs under Niko's bottom leg to pull it up, locking her into a Double Toed Leglock.

But Ivy's hold was not yet done. Next she would lean forward, grab Niko by the chin, and pull her head back to add on a Camel Clutch to her hold. A move that pulled the pinkette back far enough to lift her breasts of the ground and leave them jiggling whenever the busty fighter tried to wriggle or squirm. Niko's hands were free to crawl, but Ivy had left her facing the opposite corner of the one they were in, so if the Lightweight wanted a rope break, she would have to crawl all the way across the ring, dragging Ivy with her until she could snag a rope.

Ivy was hoping that the sense of distance needed to travel despite being so close to two sets of ropes would help cause a feeling of hopelessness and despair to set in on Niko and break her will that was currently keeping her in this match. But even if Niko did persevere through and crawl all the way to the other side of the ring, Ivy had a contingency that she was certain would crush the spirit of the spunky sex symbol. Once Niko got just outside of range to grab the ropes, Ivy would let go of her head to instead grab the pinkette by her arms and pull those back, denying Niko the break mere moments before she would've gotten it.

Despite getting caught in a pin attempt by Ivy once again Niko was not about to give up and before the count could even start she would buck her hips up while hooking her legs under Ivy's to pull the woman down into a pinfall attempt of her own! Naturally however the pin attempt wouldn't exactly be successful for Niko's part as just like her almost immediately after Ivy would escape, only with a more proper kick out. One that left both girl's in a heap that for Niko especially left her unable to properly respond as Ivy grabbed her hips and lifted her up before dropping her down face first onto the mat!

"Ngh!" Niko cried out as a result, left stunned and allowing her fellow protege to bend her legs over one another before getting pushed down with her chin being grabbed for a tight submission hold! "Aghhhh!" Niko cried out, looking forward and digging her fingers into the mat, locking in on the ropes and without hesitation began to drag herself forward with feverish intensity, doing everything and anything in her power to drag herself and her foe across the ring to the ropes regardless of how far away they were!

Thankfully despite the utter agony of the hold the majority of Niko's weight being lifted up actually kind helped her here since she didn't have to physically drag herself, but more so pull herself along the mat, even if that also included the body weight of her opponent. Even so she was already so close to the ropes... Until Ivy dropped down to try and grab at her arms, only Niko actually expected this.

After all the entire first round was spent with Niko nearly escaping only for Ivy to stop her to try and keep the holds in longer. At this point Niko expected it and that was why the moment she felt Ivy's fingers brushing past her arms Niko immediately twisted around and jerked while pushing her palms against the mat and lifting her hips up, trying to push Ivy away from her while twisting out of her grasp to get free of the woman's clutches!

Ivy would gladly give Niko her credit where it was due. The Lightweight really did drag the two of them all the way to the opposite corner of the ring, crying out in obvious pain, yet with determination that was even clearer to see. Ivy could tell that Niko would not lose the second round via submission. She was ready to let Ivy break her before she gave in, not that the Brit would go so far. She'd be more than satisfied with a pin or knockout.

As Niko got close to the ropes, Ivy began to execute her plan. She dropped Niko's head, but the busty pinkette had to have been waiting for that, as she was instantly ready to use the increased mobility granted to her to push against Ivy with strength she didn't think the smaller woman possessed. Ivy quickly felt her balance atop Niko becoming dangerously unstable.

Even after getting thrown off, Ivy would keep an arm and leg draped over Niko to stay on top of her in some way as a means to maintain control. The purplette simply would not let up, grabbing Niko in order to lift her up and carry the pigtailed wrestler to the ropes. Climbing them with Niko in tow, Ivy would slam Niko down from atop the corner post, hitting her with the Sweeping Avalanche.

Niko would not submit. That much was becoming painfully clear for all to see as despite how hellish the hold she was currently locked in was she wasn't giving up. Dragging herself along the mat until she neared the ropes, to freedom! But Ivy wasn't so easy, but at this point Niko knew her tricks, and as the woman tried to stop her escape, Niko only used it to hasten her freedom! Struggling enough to get free of Ivy all together!

Mostly at least. Niko was still being held onto by Ivy but it at least wasn't painful. Not yet at least as soon Niko was picked up and taken to the corner, ascending it in what Niko knew could be a match ending move that she couldn't let happen no matter what. Feeling them near the top rope Niko sprung into action, sending punch after punch after punch into Ivy's side, even digging her fingers directly into the woman's ribs if that's what it took to stop her ascent and stun her!

If successful.. Niko would try and pull the woman over her shoulders so that Ivy's head was pointed towards the mat... If successful then Niko would take a deep breath before leaping backwards, attempting to counter Ivy's top rope move with one of her own by turning this into an avalanche air raid crash to drive Ivy's head square into the canvas!
