Mikan Tachibana Vs. Rebecca Blue

It had been a little while since Mikan had gotten back into the ring proper, too long for her liking. The Japanese girl had a desire to keep her skills polished and well trained, therefore she had requested to be put in a match as soon as possible. So far her record was actually pretty decent, especially for a former Idol turned wrestler. Her first match against Eris Greyrat might have ended in a draw but after that she had managed to pick up a couple of wins against some "rivals". They had never been rivals within the ring, but people who Mikan and others would have seen as her rivals in the world of modeling and being an idol. Now though, she was slated to face off against and she was looking forward to keep facing off against someone she wasn't too familiar with. Rebecca Blue. As long as she was able to put up a good match then Mikan would be getting what she wanted out of it. Win or lose....though Mikan of course didn't intend to lose!

The Idol's music began to play out of the speakers, her very own track as she stepped out onto the ramp. The crowd released a chorus of cheers and shouts for the Orange haired beauty as she began to jog down towards the ring. Her looks and overall charisma had captured a fair bit of the crowd's heart from the looks of it. As she made her way to the ring, she would duck in and roll into the ring under the bottom ropes before kipping up onto her feet. Mikan would wave to the crowd as she walked around the ring and greeted the fans!

After her music began to die down, Mikan would turn and walk to her corner where she would begin to do some light stretching. Bending forward and lowering her hands down to touch her toes, rising up to a full stand and then raising her arms up high to stretch out. Of course this little stretching routine got plenty of camera snapshots from the crowd!

Back to the ring once again, and another standard match no less! In stark contrast to her tag team partner, Rebecca loved returning to the ring for competition. An even playing field with a specific rule set fit her MMA training background much better than some of the more, some might say, unique match premises that often garnered more attention. However, as her music began to play across the arena nothing else mattered aside from putting on a good performance and giving her all for the fans in attendance!

As the blonde had come to almost expect, she received a warm welcome from the audience once she appeared at the entrance to the ramp. She'd skip her way down giving some high fives to the crowd as she got closer eyeing her opponent already in the ring the entire way. "Another absolute stunner!" Rebecca couldn't help but acknowledge the beauty of her opponent as she neared the ring! LAW certainly had its fair share or beautiful competitors!

Sliding under the ropes and popping back to her feet, Rebecca would give a few waves to the crowd as the cheers began to fall off. As had become customary for her Rebecca would approach her opponent and extend a hand. "Hi! Rebecca! I'm looking forward to a good match!" This was usually a good indication of the type of person she would be facing, and Rebecca was getting some good vibes from Mikan standing across from her!

Mikan's eyes turned to the ramp as she saw her opponent begin to make her way to the ring, she tilted her head a bit. She was certainly a looker, perhaps a model? Well no, in LAW most of the women so far had been absolute beauties....though so far Mikan had mostly run into former models and idols, like herself. With the exception being her debut opponent of Eris Greyrat. Though perhaps this woman was the same? Couldn't hurt to ask.

As Rebecca entered the ring and finished up her entrance, Mikan saw how the blonde had begun to approach her and the orange haired babe would meet her. Mikan saw the extended hand and would accept it, shaking Rebecca's hand as the beautiful blonde introduced herself. "Mikan. You're American right? Probably don't know who I am then, haha. Well, pleasure to meet you." Mikan spoke out with a small nervous chuckle, as she would pull her hand back after the handshake was done. " Same here, let's have a good match. Though, before we begin....you don't happen to be a model? Your style and figure totally scream model." Mikan spoke out, voicing her thoughts out-loud on the manner which she had been wondering about.

"Pleasure to meet you! American through and through!" Rebecca gave a smile to Mikan happy to meet her opponent in a friendly exchange to start things off! "I'm sorry to say I can't say that I do." Rebecca rubbed the back of her head in a little bit of embarrassment. There were so many people in LAW that came from more famous backgrounds, so naturally she wasn't fully aware of everyone. However, that didn't make the blonde feel a little bad for not being able to respond in a more flattering way.

Rebecca couldn't help but smile at the inquiry. Rebecca was more than aware of her looks as she'd been fawned over her entire life simply because of them. However, she'd never taken the leap of modeling. "No actually I've never done modeling before. I was trying to become an actress for a while in LA, but clearly that didn't turn out too well." Rebecca was always happy to hear a compliment on her looks regardless though. She put a lot of effort into looking her best everyday, so at least the efforts didn't go unnoticed!

"I could ask the same of you though! You're an absolute stunner yourself!" Rebecca would flash another smile at her opponent. There was no shortage of beautiful women at LAW and Mikan was a testament to that! However, she had a leg up on a lot of the other women in that she seemed as pleasant as she was gorgeous!

Mikan would smile at her opponent for the evening, she seemed to reciprocate when it came to the friendly greeting, so perhaps they'd be able to have a bit more of a friendly bout as a whole. It would be quite a stark contrast to most of Mikan's earlier matches here in LAW. Though she had been wrong on her question about Rebecca's former profession, she wasn't too far off.

" Actress huh? Wouldn't have been a bad choice. Though if things had gone that way then I wouldn't have found myself in the ring with you tonight. So perhaps everything worked out for the best?" Mikan said with a cheeky smile and a light wink of her eye. As she herself was complimented on her looks, the former super idol would let out a slight chuckle.

"That's kind of you. Yeah, former Idol so I suppose that counts as a former model as well. We do a lot of model work and such." Mikan answered before she would place her hands on her hips. " Well, since we've had such a pleasant pre-match talk. How about we get to the wrestling? May the best woman win." Mikan would back up a few steps to give some room between the two beauties as she would nod her head to the referee, signaling that she was ready. The referee would look to Rebecca and if she looked ready then they'd call for the bell and the start of this contest!

"Yeah I guess a bit of a silver lining! I'm glad to have an opponent across from me for once that isn't trying to get up in my face right away." Rebecca had certainly been encountering her fair share of heels, so getting someone with Mikan's personality was certainly a welcome change of pace.

Rebecca certainly could've continued talking with Mikan further, but despite the friendly chat the two women were there for one specific reason. However, Rebecca was looking forward to seeing what Mikan had in store! The blonde liked nothing more than to get into a fight with someone of decent skill, but the fact Mikan seemed like a decent human that was just icing on the cake. "I'm looking forward to it!" Rebecca would flash a wink toward her opponent.

Rebecca would mirror Mikan's movements and retreat back a few steps allowing the ref to ready the pair. After a few moments the ref would give the signal and the bell would ring pure through the ring. Rebecca would begin as she had begun to prefer and approach Mikan slowly looking for the traditional collar and elbow. She was certain Mikan was going to provide a good fight, so no point to rush into things!

Mikan couldn't help but release a small laugh in response to Rebecca's comment, she would brush some hair behind her own shoulder. " Haha! It's refreshing to say the least, but let me know if you'd want me all up in your face like a typical heel. You know, to make it more like the typical match." Mikan joked as she would then begin to back up a few steps.

The Super Idol would raise her arms up and get ready to square off with Rebecca, and as the referee called for the bell and the start of the match, Mikan would move forward, approaching Rebecca as the blonde did to her. Inching their way forward, Mikan would go for that Collar and Elbow tie up that Rebcca was offering. The Super Idol would try to push into Rebecca trying to force the blonde backwards!

With the noise of the bell starting to fade away in the vast space, Rebecca and Mikan approached each other slowly. The blonde always like a traditional start, and it was nice when the opponent actually took up the offer. Rebecca always felt it gave a good gauge of the opponents strength, but also gave the chance to get it some nice shots.

As the pair finally locked up, they'd hold the lock for a few seconds. Mikan overall was kind of unsuspecting to look at her, in some ways very similar to Rebecca. However, Rebecca could feel the strength that was so well hidden by Mikan's beautiful appearance! Rebecca would begin to try and march her way forward, but this was quickly stifled as Mikan did the same. Rebecca would stop her push trying to hold her ground, but Mikan would continue to move her feet pressing the blonde backward. Knowing she was certainly nearing the corner, Rebecca would try and reverse the momentum throwing her favorite knee up the middle hoping to disrupt Mikan's forward momentum.

The two young beauties moved in closer to each other after the bell rang, inching forward as they soon locked up into a fairly standard opening to the match, a classic collar and elbow tie up. Both women had rather unsuspecting builds, but locking up Mikan got to feel just that Rebecca much like her had put a fair bit of work in! They jostled and pushed against one another, fighting for control....

For the first few seconds the contest seemed almost dead even, as the beautiful women tried to over-power one another! Mikan was surprised as Rebecca pushed her back a couple of steps, she released a strained groan before she was able to put a stop to Rebecca's advance. She thrust her body forward, practically ramming her chest into Rebecca's as she pushed the blonde backwards!

She felt how Rebecca struggled to put a stop to her pushing, but Mikan was digging in...pushing Rebecca backwards, slowly forcing her backwards to the corner! Though before she could do that, Mikan felt that knee shoot up into her midsection! "Guuh!" the orange haired girl gasped out as she hadn't expected that blow, doubling over slightly in front of Rebecca.

Rebecca's knee ran up the middle without fail contacting Mikan square in her stomach! Rebecca loved throwing knees in a clinch like this and it had worked perfectly again creating an opening the blonde could make use of. As the woman doubled over slightly in front of her, Rebecca had her choice of what to do provided Mikan didn't make an effort to avoid it.

Seeing as she was backed close to the corner, Rebecca wanted to try and move things into the more open space of the ring. The blonde would try to move next to Mikan and turn her around while hooking her arm around her head. Rebecca would then begin running forward hoping to execute a running bulldog on Mikan to start the match off well and truly strong! Just from their brief clinch it was clear that Mikan trained her body well, and Rebecca didn't want to get caught on the receiving end of too much offense!
