Clara Gaster vs Nerissa Labong III — Fight Pit Match

Clara was conflicted. She felt herself doing what her least favourite people in LAW have been doing to rile her up against them, thinking that this would make her an easy target…

”But…this is the opposite, isn’t it?”, Clara would tell herself. She knew just the words that rile Nerissa up, that drive her against Clara, that would motivate her to fight against the Brit, to prove herself. This wouldn’t hurt either of them…right?

As she saw Nerissa collapse to her knees after her hard knee strike, Clara’s gaze formed into that of a disappointed, arrogant, evil woman, as her mouth opened to tell Nerissa the following:

”I guess I overestimated you. Big time. After the match with my sister, after making it clear that you hate how much I look down on you, I give you myself on a silver platter, in a wrestling match with rules as close to MMA as possible…and you don’t even fight back?”

Clara was just saying everything that came to her mind, thinking every single way she could rile her rival up, even with the knowledge that this might be a bad idea in the long run.

But for the final word on the matter, she would drive her boot into Nerissa’s face, sandwiching her head between the cage and her foot:

”If all you’re good for was a hentai match, you shouldn’t have wasted my time…”, she would say, trying to make her tone as serious as possible, even if she didn’t mean it…

On her knees, coughing violently, Nerissa desperately tried to figure out what she should do. Being a whipping doll had never been her style, but every time she tried to force herself to fight back against the brunette, her mind seemed to block any attempts. Not used to experiencing any contradictions, the Native American woman found herself in a situation where both action and inaction led to equally bad results. It literally tore her apart from the inside. It was unbearable.

But it was even more unbearable to listen to Clara's words. With each new word, the Echidna's heart squeezed harder. Did what happened between them really mean nothing to the British woman? The Echidna just couldn't believe it, but everything that was happening was mercilessly pushing her to do it.

The pain of Clara's words was even greater than the physical pain. And this pain reached its climax at the moment when the British woman said that Nerissa was capable of nothing but a hentai match. For a few seconds, her heart seemed to stop. She couldn't breathe. And she couldn't take it anymore.

“Stop...” her voice sounded slightly shaky.

At the same moment that Clara swung her leg to kick the Echidna in the face, the Native American woman threw both hands up. Her opponent's foot slammed into her palms. The force of the kick was so great that Nerissa hit her own face with her own hands, causing her head to crash into the wall of the cage. However, even despite this, Clara's foot remained in her hands.

“Saying all this!”

Using Clara's leg as a lever, she intended to forcefully push her opponent. No, it wasn't an attack, Nerissa was in the wrong position right now, so she just wanted to push the brunette back to create space between them. And if she had succeeded, she would have grabbed the metal mesh and got to her feet.

The very idea that she had to fight if she didn't want to made Nerissa feel terrible. But apparently she just has no other choice. She knew perfectly well that the pain in her soul would not go away, it would be with her until the end of the match and most likely even after. Which means Nerissa can only swallow this pain and try to endure it. With a deep breath, she raised her half-bent palms and took her fighting stance. In any case, it is unlikely that any movement of Clara will be able to hurt her even more than the words she heard.

“Stop saying all this!”

Clara’s leg was caught as it crashed into Nerissa’s arms, the Echidna trapping it in her arms as she pushed Clara back. As she heard Nerissa’s demand, Clara felt like she wanted to crawl out of her skin. This was rude, this was mean, this was…not her. Even as the Shadow Lord, her words never got this rude, this painful, this personal towards her rivals…

But Clara felt like she needed this…in a way she was helping Nerissa, driving her to fight harder against her. Even though Clara wanted to stop insulting the Echidna, and try and match her speed, slow down the pace for the match…she knew that neither of them would be satisfied by the match in this case.

And despite Nerissa’s sadness at the words, she was beginning to fight back, the words clearly working to drive her rival.

The moment she thought that, her mouth took over once more:

”Why should I? You wanted to fight me all this time, and now that both of us are in the ring tonight, you are proving to me…to everyone, that you were all talk all this time?!”

As a representation of her response, Clara would attempt to swing her leg for Nerissa’s side!

Even after she clenched her fists and took her fighting stance, it was difficult for her to force herself to move. At that moment, her main enemy was herself and her feelings, which the Native American woman could not figure out. It would hardly be fair to say that her life was divided into before and after because of their second match, but for Nerissa it changed a lot, thanks to the woman who was now standing in front of her she felt something that she had never felt before.

But reality is a harsh bitch with a perverted sense of humor. Despite the fact that Clara was a strong-willed and purposeful woman, most would probably say that of the two of them Nerissa was the one who never had doubts. Now everything was turned upside down and while the Native American woman was torn from the inside out due to conflicting feelings, her rival was more confident than ever and craved a fight.

The Echidna hoped that even without words the brunette would understand what was happening and why. However, instead, Clara just spat out another round of ridicule at Nerissa. Not so long ago, such words would have enraged her, but now she just wished that none of this had happened. She could have tapped on the mat right now and ended the match, but she understood that after that her career would go straight to hell, most likely without any way to restore it.

She thought she was ready to face Clara again in a real fight, but she was wrong. And now she could only try to swallow all the pain that was in her heart, both because of her feelings and because of the words of the British woman. Come what may.

“Fuck everything...” Nerissa muttered to herself as Clara resumed her onslaught.

With great difficulty, but the Echidna forced herself to take a diagonal step forward and to the left, simultaneously making a pendulum movement with her torso in order to both evade the brunette's kick and find herself in Clara's blind spot. The realization of what she had to do made her heart scream once again. But if that's what Clara wanted her to do, then she has to deal with it.

If she had successfully dodged her opponent's kick, Nerissa would have taken a deep breath both to clear her head at least slightly and to saturate her blood with oxygen. She intended to place her right foot slightly to the left of her left foot, starting to spin. Using this torque, she intended to throw her left leg up to hit Clara in the head with a spinning heel kick.

”I have to…I have to…I have to…”, Clara told herself, forcing to keep up the villainous demenour towards Nerissa, in spite of how much she hated to treat her rival like this, despite seeing how uncomfortable Nerissa was with having this match in general. Clara herself was going to hate what Nerissa would have to say to the Brit after the match…if she was going to talk to Clara at all after this.

Still, Clara’s idea worked. She heard Nerissa mutter something that sounded like the f word under her breath, before she dodged her kick, practically sliding to the side of Clara, out of her sight, making the Brit lose time from the missed kick, and having to turn to face Nerissa…right into the heel of the Echidna’s foot!

Clara wanted a fight with Nerissa. And she got it. Alongside a vision full of stars as she was floored by the Echidna’s attack! As a result, she would be too dazed to react to her foe’s strike, or indeed, the fact that match finally got started the way she wanted…

It looked like a very bad or even a malicious joke. Surely in any other situation, Nerissa would have felt a surge of pleasure at the moment when her heel crashed into her opponent's head. However, this time, when the sound of bones colliding passed through her ears, she felt as if she had hit herself. And although her opponent collapsed on the mat, and the audience let out an enthusiastic shout, the Native American woman did not feel any joy about it.

Forcing herself to move was by no means easy. Try to force a vegan to eat meat. Nerissa felt about the same way at that moment. But Clara made it clear to her that she only needed one thing. And unfortunately, the Echidna did not have the opportunity to give it to her if she just stood still.

Feeling incredibly disgusted with herself, the brown-haired woman rushed forward, running past the Shadow Lord. Pushing off the mat with force, she intended to jump directly onto the wall of the cage, catching on the mesh. With a deep breath, she intended to push off from the wall, making another jump, thereby soaring into the air in order to then put her elbow to the side and drop it directly on Clara's chest with a diving elbow drop.

As Clara laid on her back, head spinning, and small lights flickering in her vision, quick thoughts and worries would pass through her head:

"She'll hate you..."

"End the match"

"Why are you doing this?"

As Clara shook off the cobwebs from her mind, she got rid off these thoughts as well. She needed this and she believe Nerissa needed this. As wrong as it felt, making herself the villain tonight was the only way to get Nerissa to fight all out now, the only way the two of them would fight in a way both women were going to leave satisfied by the end of the day...

As she was lost in thought, she realized that she missed a blur passing over her...and right as Clara realized what was happening, Nerissa came into view, falling on top of her elbow-first!

"GUOOOOH!!!", Clara let out, as Nerissa's elbow drove into her chest, frcoing the Brit to expel the air out of her lungs...and with the last breath possible, would mutter out, continuing to play the villain:

"Is...this...all...?!

There would hardly be many who understood at least to some extent what was going on in Nerissa's soul at that moment. Probably only those three women who are currently sitting in the front row and watching the match. She always said that she lived freely, that there was nothing she couldn't handle and that she would never stop until she got to the top of the pro wrestling world. These words were never empty, Nerissa believed in them. She had never felt any warmth towards those she was fighting on the way to her dream before.

It used to be easier.

Before LAW.

Before Clara.

When her elbow crashed into the British woman's chest, the Echidna thought for a moment that this was her chance to climb to the top of the cage and... no... because of the overabundance of emotions, she forgot that this was not a cage match and that she would not be able to finish it just by escaping from this space. She took a sitting position.

“Shit...”

The advantage was on her side, but she didn't know how to use it. Not so long ago, her principles were as direct as possible. Use any moves that will bring your opponent as much pain and damage as possible. And now she couldn't help herself. Now she was trying to figure out how she could finish the match without hurting Clara. If it was even possible…

When she hesitated for a few seconds, Clara spoke again. Nerissa had once been stabbed in a bar, and now she felt about the same way. She threw both hands down and grabbed Clara by the collar, lifting her slightly above the mat. Nerissa's eyes were directed at her rival's eyes. Some things are very hard to believe, so they may seem unreal. But at that moment, Nerissa looked like she was ready to start crying.

“I'm already fighting you!" She squeezed out of herself. “So stop... please!”

Still holding Clara by the collar, she intended to pull her opponent to the side, thereby forcing her to roll over on her stomach. Without stopping, the Echidna was going to wrap her left arm around the brunette's neck and fix the hold with her free hand. Rolling to the side, she wanted to lie on her back, at the same time clinging to the brunette's back and closing her legs around the waist of the Shadow Lord. Both in order to silence Clara and in order to end the match in the most gentle way, she intended to strain both her arms and legs to strangle Clara with a rear naked choke hold.

Clara’s words were spiced with a good deal of toxicity. Something about this situation drove her to behave like this, like a villain to spite her rival. She did not want to hurt Nerissa like this, she understood that the two formed a connection after their second match, and that Clara rushed this match without consulting the Echidna about this. She understood all of that, so why was she reacting to the situation this aggressively?

Then, as Nerissa heard Clara’s breathless taunting, her rival grabbed her by the collar in response, looking dead straight into Clara’s eyes…

Never before had she seen a person who did not want to be in the ring…not since she made her full-time debut 8 years ago, being squashed by women bigger than her, and more skilled, week after week…

”Oh…”

It finally clicked.

Clara felt incredibly bad for Nerissa.

But she also felt angrier at her than at a hated enemy, especially after her pleading to stop villifying her.

Before Clara could respond, however, Nerissa would roll her on her stomach, her arms snaking around her neck, while her legs wrapped around her mid-section!

”Oh no—-GHHHKK!!!”

Nerissa tried to choke Clara out with Rear Naked Choke! As Clara struggled for breath, she grit her teeth, carrying the two of them towards the edge of the cage, digging her fingers into the metal mesh to drag herself back up to her feet.

She wanted to tell a lot to Nerissa…but with limited air supply, she could only manage 3 words as she dragged herself back to a vertical base:

”I…”

“…won’t…

...stop.”

“Go to sleep, go to sleep, go to sleep...” Nerissa mentally addressed her rival.

Of course, she wasn't the strongest woman in the federation, but for a lightweight she had impressive muscle mass that allowed her to compete with both middleweights and some heavyweights. Therefore, the Echidna used every gram of her muscles to squeeze both Clara's neck and her waist. It seemed to her that this was her best chance to finish the match quickly and without causing much damage to Clara. But unfortunately, she had somewhat forgotten how strong, stubborn and single-minded her opponent was.

The Shadow Lord did not try to force Nerissa to release her, instead she began to crawl to the wall of the cage and after a few moments she managed to cling to the metal mesh. Moreover, the British woman began to actively crawl up, thereby gradually taking an upright position, even though Nerissa was actively trying to prevent her.

When Clara croaked two words, Echidna gritted her teeth. The brunette's words didn't anger her, they just hurt her. And she didn't understand why the Shadow Lord couldn't finally stop doing that. As Clara wanted, Nerissa began to fight. The pain she started to feel when she got here didn't go away, but she swallowed it and decided to give Clara what she wanted. But she wasn't sure she could swallow any more if Clara really won't stop…

As soon as the brunette took a more or less vertical position, Nerissa immediately relaxed her legs and landed with her feet on the mat. Knowing Clara, she was sure that she would not be able to strangle her in time, so instead of taking the risk, the Native American woman decided to change tactics. She intended to remove her hands from her opponent's neck, but instead quickly wrap them around Clara's arms, at the same time joining her palms on the back of the brunette's head and thereby closing her in a full Nelson hold.

Thus, she wanted not only to limit Clara's ability to move, but also to force her to let go of the metal mesh, because in that case, nothing would prevent Nerissa from leaning back to send Clara's body straight to the mat with the help of a release dragon suplex.
