Middleweight Championship Match: Tracy "Circus Cat" Canon vs Tina "Tigress" Armstrong(c) - Coming of Age

The masked girl was thrown for a loop. Tracy was knocked down but she was far from out. As she tried to pull herself up from the canvas, Tina had already risen and moved towards her. The Tigress stood over Tracy and pulled her fist back. Tina would nail Tracy with a hard right hand across the jaw!

Tracy would groan in pain and stagger towards the ropes behind her. She'd look like she were in a daze. Tina could certainly dish it out as well as she could take it. But Tracy had more to give. She had more to prove as the challenger, tonight. When Tina stepped forward to pursue her, Tracy would retaliate!

"How can you champ when you've got no real flair, Tina? A champion needs charisma!" Tracy would say with gusto as she grabbed hold of the top rope and jumped up to try and springboard off the middle rope! Tracy would jump backwards and torque her body to try and catch Tina with another Springboard Corkscrew Crossbody! Though she was still dazed, the red head had a rough idea of where Tina was behind her. As she took to the air, the audience would cheer her acrobatics and help drive home the point that Tracy had what it takes to be LAW Middleweight Champion!

Tina grit her teeth as Tracy stumbled back. "Flair? I have skill so I don't need to pretty it up with anything else!" She said as she rushed in, soon to be in shock as Tracy sprang back up to her feet! Tina watched as she was sailing through he air at her! Tina had to back up with she just said otherwise she would look like a total idiot.

Tina had a split second of extra time as Tracy opted to get flashy and the tigress was going to do her best to make her pay. Tina planted her feet and tried to ready herself, attempting to catch Tracy and spin, turning her body splash into a powerslam counter instead!

Tracy had put her own ideals against her foe's and soared through the air with another flashy move. She got two to three full rotations in before making contact with the champ to try and hit her Corkscrew Crossbody! But Tina proved to be stable and strong enough to catch her and take away all that momentum by plucking her out of the air and reversing the move with a Powerslam variation!

Tracy would lay there beneath the champ groaning in pain. The ladder was still in the ring. Blood still trickled from Tina's forehead. The stakes were only being raised as these two athletes continued putting it all on the line for the LAW Middleweight Championship!

Tina got up, staggering to the ladder as she closed it and pushed it over. The made her way back to Tracy and knew she had to establish herself. She had to destroy Tracy so she couldn't try her tricks or jumps to get ahead. Tina bent down to haul Tracy up, lifting her across her chest and facing away from the ladder. "You are good... but I am better!" Tina said as she bent forward, trying to spring back and send Tracy flying with a fallaway slam! Tina was trying to aim her at the ladder, making the landing more impactful, more painful than it would be already! That would be the start of her trying to really take it to Tracy provided Tracy didn't have more tricks up her sleeve....

Tracy's flashy moves had always earned her favor with the LAW audience. No one could deny that her signature offense took considerable skill. Her high risk moves often ensued in proportionately high rewards. And Tina saw to it that this move would end in catastrophe! Despite being bloodied and battered, Armstrong stood her ground! She spread her arms and caught the luchadora. Tina planted her feet and halted Tracy's momentum. Tracy let out an early yelp in anticipation of what would come next. She knew that whatever plan the champ had in store, it would spell bad news. And sure enough, those expectations would be met when she was flung backward and across the ring with a Fallaway Slam!

"GAH!" Tracy exclaimed as she landed with an impact! Her back instantly arched. A loud thud was heard throughout the arena as her spine made contact with the cold steel of the ladder! Tina had the wherewithal to throw her in the direction of the discarded ladder across the ring! In one fell swoop, Tracy had gone from red hot to face-down with a possible back injury! The redhead rolled onto her side and placed her hand on the small of her back! A pained grimace formed on Canon's face as the anguish overwhelmed her and forced her to roll under the bottom rope and out of the ring!

Tina saw Tracy roll out of the ring and she knew that she had to do more to really keep Tracy down. If she had to do it outside the ring so be it. Nothing was stopping Tina from regaining the title. Not Tracy. Not even Kat could stop her now. Nothing could! The tigress gave chase, dropping down and rolling underneath the ropes next to Tracy. "Sorry love, but you aren't taking MY title." Tina said as she grabbed Tracy up, hooking both arms and stepping back a few steps.

Tina was spinning around to try to use a few undertook moves a bit more. The first step was delivering a double undertook suplex to hammer Tracy's back on the unforgiving ground outside! It also would take them in the direction of the entry ramp. if this hit, Tina already knew what to do next. She doubted she would be the only one bleeding from the head with a crushing headache if all went according to her plan.

Tracy had retreated from the ring. She knew she'd need a second. That slam onto the ladder was fierce. The pain from it burned into her back like branding on cattle. But if she was going to become the next Middleweight Champion, it would have to be a pain that she'd have to overcome, if only Tina would have given her that chance! The champion gave chase to her challenger. Tracy was on her hands and knees outside the ring. She'd look up to find Armstrong talking down to her.

"Shut up, Tina!" Tracy said in an exasperated tone. She already had enough concerns without Tina giving her a hard time. But her opponent kept coming. Tina would secure Tracy with a Double Underhook. She wasted little time lifting The Circus Cat into a Double Underhook Suplex! Once again Tracy was thrown a pretty decent distance, and once again she was thrown onto a cold, unforgiving surface! The busty luchadora laid there on her back. Her chest rose and deflated with each deep breath, her eyes in a daze as she looked up at the stadium lights. Tracy was looking worse for wear, but the bloodied Tina Armstrong must have been feeling extreme fatigue and pain as well.

The audience would hype up both middleweights as they continued putting it all on the line for that championship belt!

Tina shook her head and glared at Tracy. "You shut up! You have always run your mouth about me being an upstart punk with no ring game and about Alaina being a washed up old lady!" Tina said, her emotions getting the best of her in her current worn out state. She had a chance to really take the fight to Tracy, to establish herself as the top wrestling woman in the middleweight class... or even in LAW itself!

Tina grabbed Tracy, hooking both arms and lifting up again, but this time she came straight down, trying to smash Tracy's face off the steel ramp by way of a jumping double undertook DDT! The height, the steel below... it all would make for a nasty impact that no woman would easily get up from! Tina hoped it would leave her dazed enough to try to do something else meant to keep her down for a long time!

Tracy was looking out of it for the most part. She laid at Tina's feet while her foe spouted off a cry of emotional outrage. To the fans looking on, it didn't look like Canon was all there. And Tina was poised to take full advantage. The champion pulled Tracy up to her feet and got the fairer-skinned wrestler in a Double Underhook.

But just then, Tracy would come to life! She'd plan her feet and tuck her head between Armstrong's thighs! The Circus Cat would summon her strength and show that she was more than just a walking set of flashy moves. She'd attempt to stand up straight and lift Tina overhead to throw her onto steel ramp with a Back Bodydrop! If the move was successful, Tracy would stumble to the barricade near the fans and find her footing. She'd still seem dazed and worse for wear, but the luchadora would now be the one standing whilst the champ was floored.

"Don't throw your insecurities at me. Yeah, you're a punk. And yeah, Alaina's old. But I never called you guys unskilled or washed up. It's like I said before, Tina. You're unbecoming of a champion. And that's why.....that...is mine." Tracy would say while looking above the ring to the belt, still hung up above.

Tina's eyes went wide with shock and her head shook in disbelief as Tracy flipped her over, leading to a hard landing on the metal for Tina! She howled in pain and kicked as she ached her back, slowly making it to her side glaring up at Tracy. "Ngh... y-you...." Tina muttered as she struggled back up to her feet, slapping the metal ramp as she attempted to stagger her way back up.

"You can't beat me!" Tina cried out, stepping up and trying to land a flurry of punches to Tracy. Abdomen, chest, face, skull.... wherever Tina could make contact she would try to hammer Tracy and wear her down that way! Tina was drawing upon her adrenaline reserves, trying to overwhelm Tracy with sheer intensity of the likes that the circus cat hadn't seen before! Tina was getting desperate and she wanted more than anything to prove to everyone.... especially Tracy... that she did deserve to be a champion!
