Elevation ft Alizeh and Kimiko (for Sigma)

Location: LAW Gym

Alizeh took a deep breath before dropping down onto the mats of the LAW Gym, extending her legs out before leaning towards one and grabbing her toes, stretching out her legs, arms and spine at once as part of her warm up. It hadn't been long since she took on Kimiko Bando in the girl's debut match and already she had another match under her belt already, quite impressive for how new she was and she had taken Alizeh up on her offer to train together. Granted she had a great trainer in Akari already but it never hurt to get knowledge from multiple sources and Alizeh saw sparks of greatness in Kimiko which is why she offered in the first place towards the girl. So now all she was doing was waiting for the girl to arrive, warming up as she did so with a soft smile on her face.

Kimiko stepped out of the gym locker room clad in a grey two-piece outfit. It wasn't long since her debut against Alizeh Midori with Kimiko only having one other match within that time and after that. She was here because she decided to take Alizeh up on an offer for some training since Akari had been busy lately. Wandering around the gym Kimiko saw a familiar green-haired woman sitting on the mats. "Ms. Midori?" Kimiko said as she approached her before giving her a small polite bow. Kimiko would then sit on the mat with the Alizeh. Watching her stretch Kimiko did the same, essentially copying Alizeh by leaning forward and grabbing her foot. Not with any ill or mischievous intent but she just wanted to fit in and thought this was the best way to do so

Kimiko and the general outfit idea

Alizeh looked up and smiled at Kimiko as she saw the young lioness approaching her. "Hey Kimiko! You know you don't have to call me miss right? Alizeh is fine." The green haired girl said with a smile while leaning up, about to stand before seeing that Kimiko had dropped down and started the same stretch as her which made her smile a bit more as an idea crossed her mind. "Hup!" Alizeh said as she suddenly put her palms on the mat and lifted up slightly only to extend her other leg out while leveling her other one with it, performing a perfect split while leaning forward and arching her back as if she was a cat, both hands in front of her while looking expectantly at Kimiko with a light smirk, clearly challenging the girl to copy her.

As Kimiko copied Alizeh's stretch the woman's words about not needing to be formal sank in a bit hoping it didn't upset her in some way. "Okay Mis- I mean Alizeh... sorry" Kimiko said trying to move past her accidental slip up quickly as she studied Alizeh as she changed her stretch to something more difficult. Seeing the woman's smile and overall expression Kimiko realized Alizeh wanted her to keep copying her, okay then. Kimiko was pretty flexible herself so she would do her best. Planting her hands on the mat in front of her Kimiko extended her leg before doing the same with the other, with a small wince of pain Kimiko pulled off the split before arching her back copying the green haired woman but clearly took a little more effort to do so.

Chuckling a bit at Kimiko's apology she'd shake her head sardonically but look up with a smile to show she was being light hearted and not upset. "No need to apologize. I'm just not that much older than you so its weird to hear Ms, besides you seem like the type that needs to loosen up, so consider that part of our training." Alizeh said airily with a wink and light chuckle at the end.

Still she saw that Kimiko managed to pull off the split and lean fairly well but it was clearly not easy. So Alizeh would take it up a notch. Planting her hands firmly under her Alizeh would lean down till her chin was resting on her hands, raising her hips up as she did so, essentially reversing her bridge while placing her rear up high while her legs remained spread out to split levels for a pose that went viral not long ago known as the Jack-o pose!

Kimiko remained mostly quiet as Alizeh spoke until the end part. "What do you mean by loosen up? Do I look stiff right now?" Kimiko asked before Alizeh suddenly shifted poses. Leaning down Kimiko rested her head against her hands. Struggling a bit at first Kimiko managed to get her butt up in the air easily. Realizing her butt was likely easily in a displayable position Kimiko blushed with embarrassment hoping nobody was watching. Kimiko had no clue what this viral pose was called she just thought it was a tad embarrassing and out of her comfort zone. Which to be fair a lot was out of her comfort zone, being from such a rural area only met Kimiko's experience with lots of stuff was highly limited let alone these sorts of sexy stretches.

Alizeh smiled a bit at Kimiko's response. 'There it is.' Alizeh thought to herself finding the kink in Kimiko's perfect student armor, and something for her to focus on for this training session. "Well not physically stiff...." Alizeh said before looking straight up to try and meet Kimiko's eyes.

"But mentally absolutely." Alizeh said with a nod before lifting herself up and dropping her hips to land back in a sitting position, pulling her legs into a criss cross position while motioning for Kimiko to do the same.

"You haven't been in LAW for too long but I don't think its far out there to say you know about some of the... compromising positions we can be in yeah? Its important to be confident and focused for when you get put in those positions.. voluntarily or not. Otherwise you can be at a huge disadvantage." Alizeh explained to the girl while waiting to see how she took it.

Hearing Alizeh's remarks Kimiko was a bit confused yet intrigued. She had never heard of being mentally stiff and she was interested in hearing more of what Alizeh meant. Seeing the green haired woman motioning for her to sit Kimiko pushed herself up, briefly standing before dropping back down onto the mat butt first before crossing her legs, sitting like the woman in front of her. Alizeh was right in what she was saying, Kimiko had barely been wrestling that long, she had never really found herself in a compromising position so far unless the green haired woman was talking about submissions.

"What do you mean by a compromising position?" Kimiko asked. "I've only been in a few matches so far. Did you mean like when you reverse the figure four in our match?" Kimiko added seemingly oblivious to the more embarrassing things Alizeh was alluding to.

Hearing Kimiko's response to her question Alizeh couldn't help but chuckle. "Yeahhh no. You kinda just proved my point." Alizeh said as she took a moment to think about how to best phrase things. "See... I more so mean... embarrassing position. Like having your legs spread out by force, or having a stink face down to you, things like that where the crowd may laugh orrr take some delight at your position." Alizeh explained before quickly continuing. "The intent behind them is less the physical damage and more mental, their designed to embarrass and fluster you, which is why its important to be mentally flexible and tough in order to deal with them. Does that make sense?" Alizeh explained while waiting to see how Kimiko digested the information she was giving.

Kimiko momentarily and dramatically pouted hearing Alizeh chuckled and said her assumption was incorrect, Kimiko quickly went back to behaving herself perfectly though as the green haired woman explained exactly what she meant. It was kind of shocking and confusing for Kimiko to hear. She hadn't yet been introduced to the lewd side of wrestling and to be perfectly honest part of her feared it and never wanted to come close to it! Kimiko staired at the mat between them, unsure what to think. The young Japanese woman had never even kissed someone let alone the sort of things Alizeh was talking about but she was thankful for the heads up.

Raising her head back up Kimiko made eye contact with the green haired woman once more. "Well... what did you want to work on" Kimiko asked with some nervousness in her voice.
