Training Montage with Salem and Yunyun

[Galactic Thing]

Another big swig later, Salem looked much more refreshed. "Of course! How good of a potential mentor can I be if I don't refuel ya?"

Snickering, she'd come back over and sit down cross legged. The mats were still empty, leaving just the two of them to practice and train. It was perfect, Salem thought, less chance of jerks interrupting her teaching Yunyun. "So, you ready to learn some proper moves? I figured your...moveset was rather small given the match."

Yunyun too was looking much more refreshed. She walked over to the bag and slipped it back into Salem's bag. "I appreciate it a lot, honestly" Yunyun said, smiling at Salem and feeling very grateful. She did a little bit of limbering up once again, before standing in the middle of the ring.

Yunyun sits down across from Salem, also crossing her legs and looking into her eyes. "And by small you mean, basically non existant. I know basically nothing about this sport." She said, looking embarrassed, but this time not because of her outfit, but of her lack of intelligence.

"Well in that case that just means we have more to work with!" Salem quickly Saud right back, internally screaming at herself for not completely dominating in their debut match. Was she THAT nervous back then?!

Focusing back, she got closer to Yunyun, getting behind her but still on her knees. "Well first thing is first, I'll show you how to apply a solid chokehold! It's universal, really handy and easy to apply!" She snuck her arm around Yunyun's neck, holding that arm's hand with her other.

Salem didn't apply pressure though, instead she explained, "It's important to hold your hand to crank if you're unsure you'll be able to hold on with just one, ok?"

Yunyun watched as Salem showed her the basics of a chokehold. Thankfully no pressure was applied, so she was fine, but she had to remember how to do it for matches in the future. She noted it all down in her internal memory, before nodding to Salem.

"Alright, got it" Yunyun said agreeably

One Yunyun seemed to get it down, Salem turned herself around in an offering manner. "Then give your best shot!" she declared proudly, eager to see Yunyun in action.

"Hook around my neck, clasp your hands, and press in just enough to apply pressure." She explained as her back face Yunyun, "Give me a few seconds of your best chokehold, test your knowledge my pupil!"

Yunyun nodded and swung herself around so that sge was in the same position as Salem was. She then took a second to recount the steps that Salem just showed her, before attempting the chokehold for herself. The technique was far from perfect, and the hold would have been somewhat eaay to break free from, but it seemed like Yunyun had gotten the position on the nose.

Giving Yunyun her fair shot with the chokehold, Salem sat there and took it for a few seconds, but then broke free early but getting her hands into and under hers and pushing her off. "Gotta be careful with your grip girl! Nice and tight, make sure there's zero room for me to sneak in there."

Salem continued to give a few additional pointers, setting up the choke on herself using Yunyun's arms like a puppet. Eventually, she'd spin around looking back at her, "Hope that wasn't too much, but I want to get this right if I'm going to teach you. Did you want to do anymore?" She didn't want to push the clearly inexperienced girl, but was also more than pumped to keep going with teaching her moves.

"I can keep going, yes" Yunyun said after Salem helped her with the chokehold, still getting to grips with some of the basic moves. She pulled her arms back to her side, takung all the notes she had into her mind, before waiting for more instructions from her teacher.

Smiling, Salem was so giddy she could hardly contain the squealing noises threatening to slip through her lips. It was just like home, and she took a moment to remember having that room full of new gals to train for the first time.

Coming back to reality, she motioned for Yunyun to lay down, and Salem stood above her. Grabbing one of her legs, she began to almost twirl around it with her own.

"This is a classic finger four lock. More complicated, a bit harder to set up..." Salem finishes locking up her trainee, before slowly dropping to her butt to ease her into the pressure.

"But highly effective!" she'd finish, letting Yunyun look with minimal pain before letting go.

Yunyun watched as Salem began to lock her into a figure four, starting to feel thevpain build in her body. Thankfully it was bareable and Yunyun put her thumb up to show she was OK. She was soon let go, and Yunyun arose to her feet. Her leg burned a little, but she could stand it.

"Alright then, should I give it a shot?" Yunyun asked, wanting to try it for hersekf for experience.
