This was a huge night! Lucy and Rebecca had only just formed their tag team, and suddenly they were on a PPV event. Even in their own singles careers, they were still fairly new on the roster. However, they were thrilled to be given this opportunity especially with a little fun twist. The pair were able to make use of a pair of cosplays they'd messed around with before.

"This is so tight!" Lucy was squeezed tightly into her outfit that showed off every curve and detail. "You look great! I know you care more about that than an outfit being a little tight." Rebecca's outfit was considerably more simple, but also left little to the imagination as it was essentially just a bikini. As the pair fiddled with the final touches to their cosplays, a knock at the door sent the adrenaline through their bodies. "Are you ladies ready?" The time for their first PPV entrance was here!

As the pair walked through the backstage area it was evident the nerves were setting in as they arrived at the entrance into the arena. The largest crowd they had ever been in front of was just moments away from seeing the pair as a tag team for the first time. However, once their song popped off and roared through the arena the crowd's response was electric.

"You ready?!" Rebecca would look toward Lucy. "Let's do this!" While the nerves were still there, excitement had overtaken them both as they ran out in front of the crowd. The intense roar that shook the building as the music came on grew even louder as the blonde duo appeared.

Rebecca and Lucy ran down the ramp giving high fives to the crowd before sliding into the ring looking around the arena to take in the moment. They removed their jackets before throwing them out of the ring to prep for their incoming opponents. Despite the excitement of the moment, there was still a match yet to begin.

2024, according to the Chinese zodiac, was the Year of the Dragon. And if Nashi Dragneel and Yukino Fuyumi had any say in the matter, it would be the Year of the Idol Dragons, too. The two idols turned wrestlers had only seen their careers rise higher and higher since they came to LAW, and what stood as proof enough of that would be that they had made it onto LAW's biggest PPV two years in a row! The last time they were at We Are LAW, they competed against Irish Oldschool in a match that won them the tag team championships for World of Womens' Wrestling. This time, they were ready to make lightning strike twice.

This time would be different, though - this time, the two girls would be coming to the ring in cosplay. Yukino had long enjoyed making costumes as a hobby, and now she would be able to put her talents to the test for a special entrance. Over the last few weeks, she and Nashi had been hard at work putting together a special Dragon Ball-themed entrance for their big night. And now, it was time to put that all into action. Yukino couldn't lie - having all this attention on her was an intimidating thought. But she and Nashi managed to make waves wherever they went, and she was sure this would be no exception!

"Alright, Nashi, you ready?" Yukino cheered, pulling on her jacket to complete her Android 18 cosplay. Just in time, they received the go-ahead to make their entrance - and in the ring, their music surged through the speakers!

Already, the cheers were echoing throughout the arena. And when the lights came down on the entrance ramp, Yukino and Nashi burst through the curtains! Every step they took was in perfect coordination, drawing on their experience from their idol days, and they sang along with the words as they danced back and forth around each other. When the music ended, though, Yukino looked back at Nashi with a wink, and then held her fists out in front of her as she roared with a fierce determination - as though she was going Super Saiyan! Finally, she took a step forward and thrust her hands out in front of her, punctuating each movement with another syllable: "Ka...Me...Ha...Me...HA!!"

Yes, it was nerdy, self-indulgent, and a little bit silly. But tonight, under the hype of the crowd, with the whole world watching, and with her best friend by her side? Yukino knew it would be something magical. When all was said and done, she rolled in under the ropes, facing the opposing team with a smile.

"Uh...sorry if we stole your spotlight a little there," she said. "Still, let's make this match count!"

Nashi was beyond excited for tonight as it was not only the year of the Dragon, but also the fortieth anniversary of her favorite anime of all time, Dragon Ball. What better way for a huge celebration then the Idol Dragons gearing up for a cosplay tag team match at one of the most important events in LAW history, We Are LAW! And to make matters better, last year they competed and came home with gold and while they weren't defending their titles tonight, they were going to make it a speculate for the crowd to enjoy!

Nashi and Yukino always loved dressing up as kids and even when they were Idols, they did some special outfits for their concerts including a Halloween one where Nashi was a zombie and Yukino was a mummy. It was something that meant a lot to the girls so when the opportunity arose for them to do a Tag team cosplay match at We ARE LAW, how could they not take it? Tonight they wanted to pay homage to a franchise they grew up watching together, even if Nashi was so obsessed with Dragon Ball as a kid, she did annoy Yukino into watching it with her, but the point still stands!

Nashi was doing the finishing touches on her Chi-Chi cosplayed by putting her helmet on, as a backstage worker told them it was time for them to make their entrance. "Yeah off course! Just don't forget your belt!" Nashi replied back to her friend with pure enthusiasm as well as a cheeky reminder they wanted to cement this by bringing down their Tag team championship titles to the ring as Nashi handed Yukino's belt to her as she wrapped her own tightly around her own waste as tonight, as the two were going to leave their mark in a match the fans will certainly remember!

By the time they were approaching the curtain they could feel the crowds excitement to see them return to the ring as they're music began to blast out in the arena. "AND THERE OPPONENT'S FROM TOKYO JAPAN.... WEIGHING IN AT A COMBINE WEIGHT OF 259 POUNDS.... THEY ARE THE WOWW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS..... THE IDOL DRAGONSSSSSSS!!!!"

As soon as the announcer belted out their names the duo burst out from behind the curtain to the cheer's and applause from the audience! Right as they popped out the duo began to sing along to the words of the song as they were doing a longer variation of the fusion dance from Dragon Ball until their fingertips finally touched each other! Then as the music had faded Nashi also turned and nod in approval with Yukino's wink as the duo held her fist out letting out a fierce roar as if they were going Super Saiyan right in front of the whole world! And to cap it off Nashi would also step forward and thrust her hands out, punctuating every movement with another syllable in unison with each other. "Ka...Me...Ha...Me...HA!!!!"

As you can see while Nashi and Yukino loved preforming in the ring to show off their athleticism, at the end of the day they were just a pair of dorks and who could blame them for wanting to just have fun with their best friend in one of the biggest nights of the year for them!?

With all that over the pair rolled under the ropes with Nashi posing one last time with her arms on her hips as she took off her helmet."Yeah sorry if we stole your thunder but this is a dream come true for us as well, so don't except us to go easy on ya!" She shot a grin at her opponents as she placed her helmet down to the side as well as her tag belt as Nashi waited in the corner to see who would be starting for each team.

Lucy and Rebecca waited a little nervously in the ring for their opponents to make their appearance until the announcer came over the speakers. The blonde duo's gaze was drawn to the entrance as it was engulfed in the arena's lights. Lucy and Rebecca had received a nice pop from the crowd, but it was nothing like what was about to erupt before them. As soon as Yukino and Nashi were visible the crowd noise went to another level.

The entrance was punctuated by the duo engaging in a little "Ka..me..ha..me..ha" fan service for the Dragon Ball fans pairing perfectly with their attire. This added even more fire to an already crazed crowd as Nashi and Yukino made their way down to the ring. This really was a whole different beast to compete in for both Lucy and Rebecca. The crowd, the vast space of the Tokyo dome, and the opponents coming to meet them were all on a another level. Their opponents in particular were a higher caliber than any the two blondes had faced before. This pair came with a pair of championship belts!

As their opponents neared the ring, the significance of the moment was broken by Rebecca leaning in close to Lucy's ear to even be heard. "I love Dragon Ball!" A smile came across her face loving the cosplay pair coming toward them. "Come on stay focused!"

Once all four women were in the ring, the last thing Rebecca and Lucy expected was an apology, but given the circumstances it made some sense. The difference in crowd reception made it clear who the favorites were. What's more, both Nashi and Yukino knew this perfectly well. "Don't worry about it! You two are like legends! Especially compared to us!"

Lucy and Rebecca would move forward extending hands toward their opponents in a show of sportsmanship. "We'd be disappointed if you took it easy on us! We want the best you've got!" Unable to contain herself Rebecca simply had to geek out just a little bit! "I have to say I absolutely love your cosplays!"

True to form, the members of Golden Time had come to the ring in cosplay, and no one could deny that they rocked the look. But it was the Idol Dragons who really went above and beyond in turning this into a spectacle, and the cheers the two blondes got paled in comparison to the ovation they were greeted with! Yukino blushed a little thinking about it - she almost felt a little bit guilty overshadowing her opponents this way, when she was sure they had put a lot of work into their outfits too. But she blushed even harder when Lucy showered her with praise.

"L-Legends..! I wouldn't say..." As much as it was a bit of a shock to be confronted with such honors, though...a moment later, when Yukino took a deep breath and processed it a little, a grin crossed her face, and she stood a little taller, even if the butterflies in her stomach were going out of control. Sometimes, Yukino still had a hard time realizing how far the Idol Dragons had come, starting out as a midcard act that coasted by on their name value. But if their opponents thought this highly of them, that was proof enough that they'd reached their dreams.
"...Did...did you hear that, Nashi? She thinks we're legends..."

With a grin on her face, Yukino stepped closer to accept Rebecca's hand, giving it a firm shake. "Oh, thank you! I made them myself. But you guys look great, too! But don't worry - I don't think Nashi or I have any interest in giving it any less than our best effort." She looked back at her partner with a wink, elbowing her in the side. "What do you say, Nashi - ready to make this a match worthy of the hype?~" But when the arena erupted in cheers for them, it seemed like the fans of the Idol Dragons were ready for it! Yukino could only hope that the fans sharing the ring with them would feel the same!

Getting praise for their cosplay was nothing new for the pair, after all it was one of the reasons they became famous in the Idol world. This time however it felt like because of how good they did, it made Nashi feel a bit guilty that the audience was more excited for them them then the pair of newcomers who rocked their cosplay just as much as the Idol Dragons did. At the same Nashi couldn’t believe that even their opponents would shower them with praise and alls blushed at her comment just like her snowy companion.

”Y-yeah… I heard it… do you know what that means Yukino?” Nashi asked turning her eyes her teammate before wrapping arounds her jumping for joy!”WE HIT THE BIG LEAGUES!!!!” She shouted with nothing but pure giddy and excitement in her voice as they started off rough and to be given such praise made it feel like Nashi and Yukino were making it big which filled the pinkette with so much excitement and joy that she couldn’t contain herself even in front of such a large audience. That was until a minute passed by where she opened her eyes and looked a bit embarrassed before slowly letting go Yukino and clearing her throat.”I’m sorry, it’s hard to hold it in when we’re given such praise but thank you so much!” She said giving a friendly grin to her opponents before giving both a firm handshake to show this was all in good fun.


Once they backed away she did giggle when Yukino elbowed her in the side.”That tickles Yukino, hehe.” She laughed before elbowing her back as she asked her if she was ready to deliver.”Oh absolutely! You wanna go or have me take care of this?” She offered jokingly but at the same time with a bit of a competitiveness to see who would be heading into the ring first and who will be the one to get them the victory. At the same time Nashi couldn’t deny that this was going to be a fun match regardless if Rebecca and Lucy are newcomers, all they wanted was to give the crowd a good match and with the excitement in the air they wanted to make it something to remember.

Lucy and Rebecca hadn't expected such a response from the Idol Dragons from what seemed like a simple compliment. However, as Nashi took hold of Yukino and expressed her giddy excitement for all to see it sent a smile across Golden Time's faces. "Hahaha...You two seem really close!" Although the two teams were to be opponents in the coming match, the blonde pair were happy to face such a tight knit team. Facing such opponents that also brought their A game was everything Rebecca and Lucy could ask for.

"Thanks! We had to purchase several parts for ours rather than make them, but they still turned out well!" Lucy and Rebecca weren't the handy kind for putting together their cosplays, but the two looked great nonetheless! The cosplays would add a little something extra for the crowd.

After handshakes all around, Lucy and Rebecca would begin their walk back to their corner. "You want in first then Becca?" Given the inexperience the blonde duo had in tag team matches they still hadn't really figured out the best way to approach the match, or even who was starting until now. "That works for me. We'll see how they approach things. They're pretty tight knit, so their teamwork will be impeccable."

"Start us off strong!" Lucy would flash a little smirk at Rebecca as she stepped to the other side of the ropes. "Don't forget. Whoever gets the winning pin or sub is treated to dinner." Lucy would roll her eyes at the comment. Despite the matchup, the thought of losing hadn't even entered their minds. "As if you'd let me forget!" Despite being part of their cosplay, the pair would remove the jackets that accompanied their chosen character outfits. The time for their PPV debut was fast approaching.

Yukino was used to being the more level-headed member of her tag team - she wasn't as prone to Nashi's bouts of enthusiasm, and she often found herself having to bring her back down to earth. But when Nashi jumped up in the air, cheering about how the warm reception their entrance had gotten had all but confirmed that their dreams of taking it to the top had come true...even she had to cheer right alongside her, throwing her fist in the air and going for a high-five. And even if Nashi might have been a little embarrassed to get so carried away, the fans cheered them regardless - if they were getting this wrapped up in the enthusiasm and the energy of a match, they were sure to make it a memorable one when the bell rang! "Yeah, Nashi and I have been best friends all our lives," Yukino explained. "And that's what makes us such a good team!"

Once the two had headed back to their corner, Yukino gave Nashi a pat on the shoulder. "I think I'll go first," she said. "But don't be afraid to back me up!" She took off her jacket, following her opponents' lead, and passed it to Nashi before stepping closer into the center of the ring, rolling her shoulders to work the kinks out of her joints. There, she got into a stance - and it wasn't lost on her what Rebecca had said about dinner. "Oh? It's only fair that should go for us, too," she said with a wink. "Hope you're willing to pay up!"

*DING DING DING*

With the match officially underway, Yukino wasn't going to hesitate! She stepped up to Rebecca, extending her arms to offer a lockup.

Even though Nashi had her moment of embarrassment it didn’t matter, Yukino was such a good friend she rolled with it and joined in on the fun she was having. It brought a smile to the pinkette as Yukino would continue to show their friendship by stating they’ve been friends since they were kids. ”Exactly! We practically know every move in the other’s arsenal at this point so a match between us again would be bigger than you can image!” She gave Rebecca and Lucy a cocky grin raising a proud fist in the air for the idol duo.


Once they were back in their corners and Nashi’s light taunting she continued to chuckle as Yukino patted her on the back and offered to go first.”You’d think I would sit here let you have all the fun at one of the biggest events in LAW?” She leaned forward raising and eyebrow looking serious before laughing at her partner.”Sorry I couldn’t hold it in. But yeah I won’t just sit here and do nothing that’s why we’re a team!” She let out giving her partner a pat on the back for encouragement before Yukino brought up a possible wager.”Oh is that so? Well if that’s the case you might as well tag me in so you can pay!” She grinned giving her friend a wink as she held onto Yukino’s jacket before sitting it nicely down so it wouldn’t get ruined.”Knock’em dead Yukino!” She cheered as she leaned on the ropes wrapped up in the excitement she couldn’t wait for the match to start.
