Of Powerhouses & Maidens: Annie Clark Vs. Penny Polendina

Annie knew she finally had Penny going backwards, and she had her on the ropes. Penny was vulnerable, and she needed to capitalize on this with a huge move.

Annie would approach Penny, before grabbing her by the shoulders and attempting to force her back up to her feet. She would then attempt to lift Penny straight up like a normal suplex.

Before attempting to drop Penny right on her head with a Brainbuster.

Penny was still feelind dazed after falling after getting hit with a clothesline. Forced to get up by Annie, she is taken up away from the corner to the middle of the ring. Both were up until Annie showed a bit of her strength by lifting Penny in a vertical suplex position for a brainbuster.

Penny reacts at time before getting dropped and strikes at her head a few times by using her right knee, forcing Annie to let her go of the grab. Later, she lands with both feet and grabs her waist to reverse with a Snap Suplex!

Annie was just about ready to drop Penny straight onto her head with a Brainbuster, but it looked like Penny was looking to counter her.

“AGH!” Annie said as she was kneed right in the head, forcing her to let go of the hold and drop Penny.

And then she was quickly slammed onto her back with a snap suplex, wincing in pain.

Penny gets up after the Snap Suplex counter and turns around to pull Annie by holding both of her legs. The Maiden was aware that was early to finish the match, but she wanted to try and give much pain to the Powerhouse as possible.

As soon as she grabbed both of Annie's legs, the crowds started to cheer with much excitement while she looked around, and then she attempts crossing both of her legs around her thigh and step aside of her body, to try going for the Sharpshooter.

Annie was still taken out after the Snap Suplex, she was definitely not ready for Penny’s own showcasing of strength, as she was on her back and in a lot of pain.

Then Annie felt her legs being grabbed, and she attempted to struggle, but not enough a she was turned on to her stomach and put in a Sharpshooter.

“AAAAH!” Annie cried out in pain, as her back felt like it was on fire. She knew she needed to get out and fast.

Annie used her elbows and attempted to crawl towards the ropes, hoping the ropes could be used for a rope break.

Penny turned Annie upside down with both legs crossed around her thigh and clutches as if she was siiting to apply the sharpshooter, bringing some pain to her legs, back and spine to see if she could escape of this. The Maiden was giving the pain necessary to make her tap... or that's what she thought while doing the submission maneuver.

She was applying the hold until she felt that Annie was using her elbows to crawl towards the ropes, and when she was closer, Penny stops doing the Sharpshooter and gets off of her to turn around and try to pull her of both legs, back to the middle of the ring for a second attempt of the same submission move.

Annie felt as though she was just a fingertip away from reaching the ropes, and close to breaking the sharpshooter that Penny had her locked in. “OH NO!” Annie yelped as she was pulled to the center of the ring.

Annie knew that reaching for the ropes again was not an option, so it was time to use her leg strength to try to get Penny off.

Annie would attempt to swing her legs backwards, attempting to push Penny right off her and break the hold.

Penny smiles a little viciously after taking Annie of both legs again for a second sharpshooter, aiming for it but the attempt gets stopped by Annie who pushed her away. Penny gets pushed and staggers backwards, at the point of crashing her back against a turnbuckles set and groan in pain, going down on her knees with one arm hanging on the second rope.

Annie’s strength was not only in her arms and core, but also in her legs as she managed to push Penny away, sending her flying into the corner.

Because she had a lot of time, Annie managed to slowly get herself up to her feet before approaching the kneeling Penny. She would then attempt to wrap her arms around Penny’s waist.

And she would attempt to throw Penny over her head with a Belly to Belly Overhead Suplex.

Penny slowly stands up, almost at the same as Annie was doing, still feeling the pain on her back after being sent against the corner. When getting up, she let out some grunts and looks up at Annie.

Still not able to stand up on her own without the use of ropes, gets caught by Annie with both arms wrapped around the waist, gets lifted and slammed against the ring with the belly to belly suplex, letting out a loud groan and clutching her back, holding that body part in a sitting position.
