Smothering Stars: Veyle Ombroso vs Niko Tomiji

Veyle fell onto her stomach after Niko let her go, thankfully not dragging out her finisher for very long, seemingly recognizing that the trouble the Italian was in had extended to something beyond just wrestling. A not insignificant amount of water, Veyle's tears to be precise, would drain from Niko's cleavage once she was no longer laying down on her back.

There was a lot to see in Veyle's eyes when she looked up at Niko. Hate, shame, anger, but what dominated more than anything else was fear. The match was over, Niko was done, yet Veyle's fear was still there. As she slowly tried to drag herself up to her feet, she started to mutter, "W-what will Father and Mother think? What will they d-d-d-do?"

Veyle got to her feet, balled her fist, and swung it at her own jaw. "Failure, failure!" The broken sadist cried out as she struck her already battered self. She clawed at the skin on her shoulders and arms as she continued, "Failure, defect, defect! Defective FAILURE! No! NO!!!" Veyle stumbled and fell against the ropes, unable to keep herself upright.

Niko had did it. Winning her match with such a dominant display that many in the audience that were familiar with her were shocked, but definitely impressed. While Niko herself just chuckled and smiled as she waved to the audience. At least that was until her opponent started to make a scene. Turning as she heard the woman muttering something Niko thought that maybe she was going for some kind of sneak attack or something..

But in a way it was kind of the opposite as the girl instead began to seemingly have a panic attack of sorts. Freaking out and muttering some stuff to herself as if she was possessed. Raising a eyebrow Niko admitted that while she didn't WANT to feel bad for the woman, she was a bit concerned and as Veyle began to literally beat herself that's when the pinkette's eyes went wide as dinner plates.

"Hey we should do something!" Niko yelled at the ref out of concern before moving in, trying to grab the arm that Veyle was using to beat herself to hold it back, the ref calling on more referess to come down as well as they tried to get Veyle restrained until she had some semblance of control back from her apparent mental breakdown!

Fear and head injury made for a combination that made Veyle seem almost delirious. Certainly mentally unwell as she began to beat herself. Niko meant well, but when she of all people tried reaching out to Veyle, she lashed out, "DON'T TOUCH ME!" She screamed as she yanked her arm back. Then she saw more people running towards her.

"STAY BACK! GET AWAY FROM ME!" cried Veyle as she got her body through the ropes and down to the floor on the arena. The people coming after her were coming from the opposite side of the arena, and Niko had avoided targeting Veyle's legs enough that she could still run, beaten up and tired as she was. She made a mad, desperate dash for the backstage area, and made it before anybody caught up to her.

Once the word was spread, a number of the staff were set to try to search for Veyle. But she was gone. She had escaped the building entirely before anybody who was looking for the young woman could track her down. She wasn't able to run all the way to her home, but she got far enough to hail a cab, and it was dark enough that the driver hadn't noticed the state she was in. Or maybe he just didn't care enough to ask. Either way, the world at large had seen the last of Veyle for the night. And her other self would doubtless be fielding a hell of a lot of questions she wouldn't understand when she woke up.

Niko had absolutely no idea what was going on right now. One moment Veyle was this cruel, wanna be bully that had royally ticked her off at the start of this match, to a sniveling coward that had been broken by Niko in the middle of the bout..

But now she was acting as if she was possessed! Beating herself ruthlessly while screaming at herself to the point that Niko along with the ref were trying to restrain her. Unfortunately however Niko was probably the worst person to try and do this as the girl only began to freak out more!

Thrashing about and managing to escape from the two and out the arena as if the dogs of hell were after her. Looking confused at the red who shrugged back and held Niko's hand up, allowing Niko's music to play while she celebrated with a significant amount of wind taken out for her sails, but if nothing else she had at least won, and that's what mattered in the end.
