Contract signing for Renegade vs Snow

Everyone would be cheering as LAW staff and ring hands were setting up a table, some chairs, and where everything will go basically. A contract signing for Renee and Anna’s match was about to take place and with everything that has happened these past weeks and days, it pretty much all came down to what the two superstars will be signing. The contract would be laying smack down the middle of the table as the hands and mic crew were getting into position. Camera’s were rolling as the overseer of the 7th annual We Are LAW pay-per-view was standing in the middle of it. Mics would also be placed on both chairs of where the two will be sitting and every ring hand was hoping it wasn’t gonna fall down to the stereotype of what happens at every single contract signing in professional wrestling.

"Hmm, looks like this is really happening then." Anna exclaims, excitement filling her voice. "Well, it's time to show them what's in store for them" She smiles confidently, stretching her arms and flexing her muscles. "Renee may be tough, but so am I."

Kaori on the other hand had just pushed the press out of the way, letting Anna get through without a problem. Although her sponsors seemed displeased, the actress's representative kept her composure. "Let's first make sure that the rules of this meeting don't end up hurting your image, when you had that accident on set that left you dented for months, everything was in complete chaos. I won't even mention anything else, because you should already be more than aware that your safety is a priority... You have to take care of yourself. You have to take care of yourself Anna" Replied Kaori as the cameras recorded and the atmosphere vibrated, she could only feel worse for making the situation worse, she felt like a failure.

Anna didn't really care about the rules, she was more than determined to play on any ground. Wherever it was, she was willing to tear Renee apart on any stage, regardless of her physical integrity. We Are LAW 7 would be her first PPV, though she hoped it would be under better circumstances,

Her eyes fix on the contract in front of her, scanning its contents quickly before looking up to meet Renee's gaze. With a determined expression, she leans forward slightly, ready to sign. As the supervisor began to speak, Anna leaned back in her chair, casually crossing her arms over her chest. Her mind raced with anticipation for her upcoming match, and she couldn't help but feel a twinge of excitement mixed with nervous energy. But there was no room for doubt, she knew she had trained hard for this moment and nothing would stop her from giving it her all.

Renee’s music would play and she came out with just a simple fancy attire. She wasn’t gonna be all stylish and shit but this was an important contract signing so might as well be a little bit formal. She would walk down the ramp and climb up the steel steps before entering the ring. She then looked at all the lawyers and Kaori behind Snow and would taunt all of them by doing a sucking motion as she pointed at Snow. Once Renee riled all of them up, she laughed before sitting down in the chair and putting her feet up on the table in the matter of not taking the contract signing seriously.

Organizer: “So we are here today to initiate the contract signing for the ladder match between Renee and “Renegade Steinhauser” and Anna “Snow” Sigrid for the chance to be the number one contender for the LAW Lightweight Championship. Since we have Snow’s legal team. I believe they should be the first to look over the contract.”

Renee would scoff as she blew them off. The contract was placed in front of Snow as her lawyers came to inspect and read what will be in the ladder match.

Anna rolls her eyes at Renee's antics, a smile playing on her lips. "It's okay, let her play her games" Kaori mutters under her breath. As the contract is presented to her, she watches her legal team scrutinize its contents. Shrugging indifferently, the actress takes the pen, ignoring the theatrics unfolding around her.

Her fingers close around the pen, gripping it tightly as she prepares to sign her fate. "Let's get this over with," she says quietly, directing her comment towards Renee as she signs the document. Once finished, Anna raises an eyebrow at Renee's foot resting on the table.

"That's quite an entrance you have there, I saw them bite the toes off that foot in one of your movies. I'm not going to lie, with an actor like that man, I would have gotten carried away too." She jokes, leaning back in her chair and crossing her arms over her chest. "But remember, it's not about impressing the crowd, it's about who can dominate in the ring." She leans forward slightly, a challenge shining in her eyes.

Renee would then have the contract slid to her. She looked at it and would yawn before putting her feet off the table. She then looked at Snow and would grab the pen. Before she signed it, Renee stopped and looked at Snow. She then held the mic near her mouth and began speaking.

“You’re a real people pleaser, huh Snow. You aren’t doing this for them but to show how capable you are in a fight? Well, I would say you make people happy but when looking at your latest movies, I don’t think the history buffs liked how you played Athena in Plato’s New Dance. I agree with what they kept calling your character in terms of you being the number one contender for the LAW Lightweight belt, inaccurate. So your lawyers better call the morgue and all the shitty sponsors you have because once I’m done with you,”

Renee would sign the contract and slid it into the middle of the table, getting close to Snow at this point.

“Hollywood will never sign you for another movie again. Consider this moment to be the final time you sign a contract for something big.”

Renee then leaned back as the crowd was silent and yet excited for the two going at it. Renee would continue taunting the people behind Snow as she would be shooting middle fingers at all of them

"Ah, so now we're talking about my acting career too?" she replies, her tone cheerful despite the underlying tension. The actress raises an eyebrow at Renee's words, her smile never fading. "Ah, the sweet taste of drama" she comments dryly, taking a moment to appreciate the spectacle before her. Her eyes narrow as Renee speaks, but she remains unfazed by the verbal jabs. As Renee signs the contract and shoves it at Anna, she simply laughs.

"But you're right, I'm not doing this for them." Her fingers trace the edge of the signed contract, a thoughtful expression crosses her face. "My movie career isn't my only concern here," she continues, leaning back in her chair and crossing her arms over her chest.

"It's about proving myself in the ring, showing everyone that I'm more than just a pretty face. And as for your comments about my acting career, I'd say it says a lot about your own insecurities. If you had half the talent I do, maybe you would understand what it takes to be a true artist. Starting with teaching yourself, how to use the microphone." With a smile, the actress takes the microphone from the table and addresses Renee directly. "Do you really think you're going to take me down with those empty threats?" She waves a dismissive hand at Renee's speech.

"As for Hollywood" he continues, leaning forward to mimic Renee's aggressive posture "It's a fickle business. But I'm sure after tonight, they'll be lining up to offer me roles left, right and center." She leans back in her chair, crossing her arms over her chest as she looks at the woman in front of her.

"And as for this being my final signing? Well, I guess only time will tell. But right now the only thing I'm thinking, is that the only thing inaccurate around here, is your delusional sense of self-worth." She lets out a short, bitter laugh before continuing. "I'd advise you not to hold your breath waiting for an offer to grace their screens." The actress straightens up, maintaining eye contact with Renee as she adds. "But hey, maybe you can stick to those low-budget B-movies where no one expects quality." With that last comment, Anna slams the microphone on the table, causing it to screech against the wooden surface.

The crowd erupts in cheers for Anna and boos towards Renee, fueling the tension between the two women. "You're going to pay for everything, for Molly and for Kaori." She added in a whisper.

Renee would be having a stare down with Anna as roof the exploded for the cheering of the two. The tension is so thick you can cut it with a knife. Speaking of knives, keep them away from the two standing in the ring for the chance of one of them grabbing it and stabbing each other. There was some unmic’d trash talk coming from the two as the organizer got back on the mic to stop the two from fighting it out right now.

Organizer: “Alright ladies. Let’s save it for the ppv. Anyways. We hope for everyone here to come and watch We Are LAW 7 and we wish the best of luck for these two standing in the ring.”

The crowd continued getting hyped as the organizer would start signaling for the ring hands to grab the stuff and get the ring ready for the upcoming match. However, Renee and Anna continued staring at each other.

“I’m gonna enjoy breaking you in half for our ladder match. At We Are LAW 7, you’re gonna learn why you should never fuck with me. You’re out of your depth, movie star. I’m gonna be the number one contender for the belt and you’ll be shipping your ass back to Hollywood and making your shitty movies again.”

Snow remains unmoved by Renee's threats, her gaze never wavering. "Come any closer, and I'll give you the worst beating you've ever taken." She murmurs softly, the undertone of danger permeating every syllable. "Do you really think I'm intimidated by your petty insults?" she takes a step closer to Renee, their faces only inches apart. "Before I joined LAW, I was sure I could win over the crowd. But thanks to the friends I've made, they've opened me up to a world of possibilities I never imagined, and as a result I've improved as a wrestler." Snow growls, her voice turning into a hiss.

"And believe me, I don't fall apart easily." With a dismissive wave of her hand, she adds. "Your little power trip won't last beyond our ladder fight." As the organizer tries to regain control, the actress turns away from Renee and takes a moment to compose herself before addressing the audience.

Kaori could do nothing but silently watch the show, even though she wanted to enter to protect Anna. She knew that this was no longer her fight, from now on it was all in the hands of her protégé.

Renee laughed in Anna’s face before letting her turn away to address the audience. All of her lawyers were out of the ring since they have more important stuff to do besides watch two girls stare at each other. However, this is what Renee wanted. Being alone with only Anna in the ring.

As Anna had her back turned, she would grab one of the microphones on the table. She would then do the same thing she did on the first time meeting, she would bonk the microphone into the head of Snow. However, this was more personal now as Renee aggressively picked her up and threw her into one of the chairs A brawl had commence, like every contract signing in wrestling. She then threw her onto the table before mounting her and punching her.

As the actress headed for the corner, as if it were deja vu. Renee would hit her in the back again like the day they met, an almost poetic action that would have the same result. She feels the impact of the microphone hitting her skull, a sharp pain radiating through her temple. She staggers backwards, trying to keep her balance amidst the chaos. When he turns to look at Renee, she realizes that the situation has changed. she's spun out of control.

With little choice but to defend herself, Snow lunges at Renee, wrestling with her adversary as they wrestle on the floor. Their bodies collide with the wooden table, sending contracts flying everywhere. Fueled by adrenaline and determination, the actress manages to flip Renee onto her back, pinning her underneath her body. Despite the odds against her, Snow refuses to give up.
