Astrid Ostberg stood behind the curtains before the entrance ramp, a wide smile on her face as she did a few stretches to warm up prior to going out. This would be her first match in LAW, and she couldn't be more excited for it to start. She knew that she was moving on to a whole new league, one where she would be taking on wrestlers from all around the world, and this would be a new thrill for her. She couldn't wait to see who they had lined up to be her opponent, but she had faith in the bookers to match her up with someone worthy of her attention, someone of comparable strength and endurance. If there was anything Astrid liked, it was fighting a well-matched bout between two women of equal talent, where it would truly come down to whoever was the best. At last, the time came for her to make her entrance.

"The following match is scheduled for one fall! Making her LAW debut, from Stavanger, Norway, at 5 foot 9 inches and weighing 190 lbs., please welcome ASTRIIIIID OSTBERG!!

The crowd broke into cheers and applause, and a shower of sparks lit either side of the entrance as the statuesque blonde emerged from the curtains. She stood tall at the top of the ramp, bumping her fists together as she gazed down at the ring. Although it was still a new crowd, the fans seemed excited to see a new girl making her debut in a LAW arena, and she hoped that a few faces in there might, maybe, have seen her fighting in other leagues. There might also have been people who recognized the Ostberg name thanks to the careers of her father and uncle, but Astrid was less concerned about that. Though she was proud to live up to the family legacy, she wanted to stand on her own as well and be a force to be reckoned with in her own regard.

Holding her hand up in a wave as she proceeded down the ramp, Astrid came to the ring and climbed in, stepping over the ropes. She strode around the ring in a display of showmanship before the match began, flexing her biceps and displaying her well-sculpted musculature despite her curvy figure. As she was passed a microphone, the Norwegian woman turned to address the crowd, beaming to them.

"I'm so happy to be here in LAW, after all this time," she said. "It was a long flight from Oslo, but I am proud to be in this ring, addressing all of you. I can only hope that my opponent proves herself worthy of standing up to me! But most of all, I hope this can mark the beginning of a great and enjoyable career here in Japan, yeah?"

Sue was the next to enter. She was standing backstage jumping up and down on her toe tips. It was a long time past since she fought… since she was medical cleared to fight. Her last match had been against the super kitten kat… and it had been a war. Both woman had given their bests to overcome each other, but sadly Sue had been the one coming short in the end. She payed a high price, for her thickhead idea not to give in. Instead kat had to literally break the blond woman to make her pass out. Sue was injured for quite a while after that match. Even now she wasn´t fully fit, wearing some bandages over her chest under her sport bra. But she got the clearance to get out there and fight on, so she would do it. She was born for this.

Soon her music would hit and she was allowed to get out there. She would jump into the open throwing her arms up into the air, getting welcomed by a loud cheering from the crowed. She would keep her hands up for a moment before starting to walk down to the ring, giving high fives to the fans.
“Indroducing next… from Kyoto Japan…standing 5´7 feet tall and weighing about 190lbs. She is back from a short injury break. Susanna kin!” The woman would throw her arms up into the air when her name was said from the ring announcer.

The blond would slide into the ring jumping back to her feet walking over to her opponent. Sue would reach out with her hand. “lets have a good match!” she would say with a smile on her face.

As she walked to the ring, Astrid took a moment to size up her would-be opponent. Definitely well-built, she thought, but leaner, and likely to be more agile. Her stance and the way she carried herself were all Astrid needed to recognise her as a martial artist. That caught her attention - this was going to be a clash of two different styles, Sue's strikes versus Astrid's grapples. A true test to see who would be the winner. Astrid was looking forward to it already.

She heard what the announcer said about Susana's recent injury, and it gave her pause, especially noting the bandages on the woman's chest. She didn't know how well she would be cleared to fight in such a state, and Astrid didn't want to hurt her, or, for that matter, for her injuries to hamper her putting up the best fight that she could. Still, as Astrid raised an eyebrow to this, she figured that it might be a point in Sue's favor as well. Perhaps she was so tough that an injury like this wouldn't even slow her down. That was an even more exciting thought, and if so, Astrid couldn't wait to see how her endurance held up.

The Norwegian came over to her opponent's side as Susana entered the ring, graciously taking her hand and shaking it in a display of sportswomanship, a value that held great importance to her. "Quite," Astrid said. "I look forward to seeing what you can bring."

*DING DING DING*

As the bell sounded, Astrid stepped away from Susana, getting into a stance. Still trusting in her opponent, she held out her arms, offering to start the match off with a lockup.

Sue would step backwards as well when she heard the bell ringing. Her eyes were looked onto her opponent onto every move she made, with a serious concentrated look on her face. The Japanese woman was getting ready slowly lifting her hands up turning them into firsts to be ready to go any moment. But her opponent was lifting up her hands as well, in the difference that Astrid was lifting them even higher than Sue was. The other girl was raising them over her own head like she was offering a test of strength. Sue would get this quite fast and would open up her first again, her serious look would ease up a little bit before she would lift up her hands as well over her own head. She would slowly bring her own hands forwards trying to put them into the hands of the other girl, laying her fingers between the fingers of Astrid.

She would hold on to the hands as thigh as she could before starting to push against her opponent with all she got. Susanna would be smiling right into the face of her opponent with a playful and challenging smile, while shoving her arms forwards with all she got, pressing her legs into the mat. She would go all in directly from the very beginning, laying as much of her weight into this as she could. The looks of Astrid alone were telling her how strong this woman must be, meaning that sue couldn´t allow herself to hold back. She would bit her lips trying her very best to do this.

From the opening of the match Astrid could see the difference in styles at play, and she was intrigued. Even if the two of them brought their own styles to the table, they would no doubt both be performing at the peak of their ability to determine which technique was the best.

Nonetheless, Sue came forward to lock up with Astrid. The Norwegian nodded to her as she took her hands, eagerly awaiting the force her opponent would bring - and she wasn't disappointed, as she could feel the strength in the woman's arms from the start. Astrid dug her heels against the mat to brace herself as she met Susana with a shove of her own, the muscles in her arms bulging and tensing from the force she exerted in trying to overpower Sue's own grip. She grit her teeth as her face grew red with the exertion of trying to hold back such a well-matched foe, but all the while she stared intently at Susana, keeping her eyes on her every move. She didn't doubt her prowess, and she wasn't about to underestimate it either.

"You're strong indeed," Astrid muttered between pants as she struggled in place, pushing into Susana's hands before being repulsed with just as much force. "So far you've got my attention."

The two blond fighters would stay locked up in the center fo the rign for a while. First drops of sweat would start to form on the forehead of the Japanese woman while this was going along. The power of Astrid was really incredible. Sue would lie if she would say she wasn´t impressed. She would try to keep the best she got hopping to being able to outdo her opponent somehow.

But while time was going alone sue would feel how she was losing control here. Her opponent would at first start to push her arms back. She would try to stop that, what make harder muscles shake for a moment, than she would feel how Astrid was starting to push her back into a backwards bending position. Sue would press her teeth together trying her best to turn the table around, buts she would be forced to place a leg behind herself to avoid being thrown onto her back… than she had to take another step back and another. There was no stopping this beast and soon samus would be pushed backwards into the ropes, being defeated here. “damn..”

The struggle between the two of them went on, with each of them putting forth their best effort. For a while, it looked like it was anyone's game, and that the two women were strong enough to cancel out each other's force perfectly. Astrid grit her teeth, the sweat pouring down her brow and neck as she fought on, putting all her force into holding herself still.

Soon, though, Astrid was making headway, and Susana started to bend back. Seeing her opening, the Norwegian woman leaned in closer still, putting all her strength into her arms as she tried to overpower Sue. In turn, Susana went stumbling back, no longer able to hold back Astrid's advance. With a nod and a smile, showing that she meant well all the same, Astrid gave another hard shove back at Susana as she was pressed up towards the ropes, seeing if she could end her lead by bringing Susana off her feet and against the ropes.

"That was good!" Astrid said, complimenting the Japanese woman on her performance. "It looks like we'll go far, yeah?"

Sue would look at her opponent grinding her teeth for while when she was pushed against the ropes. She opponent wouldn´t spot pushing for some reason trapping her there. Susanna would try to break free a few times pushing against her foe but without any success. She was trapped here. The big blond would struggle and fight without any success. Astrid strength was just to great.

Suddenly she would hear someone calling out from the side of her. It was the referee girl that started the count for the rope break, what would force Astrid to let go of Sue. The blond Japanese woman wasn´t sure if that was good for her to be freed d by a rope break… but anyhow she would be freed then.

Astrid would hardly expect an opponent like Susana, who had shown herself to be more than capable thus far, to be trapped for long. Rope break or no rope break, she had no doubt that she would be able to break free before the count reached five.

"One! Two!"

"Well?" Astrid said, not releasing the hold as she pressed her hands against Sue's shoulders, keeping her against the ropes. "I trust that you're strong enough to get out of this, right? Go on, show me!"

Sue would grind her teeth her opponent really wanted to test her. The blond Japanese would think fast, because she had to, when she didn´t want to lose her face on front of the other woman. Sue would need only a moment to find a way to get out of this. She would pull her arms back to her body lowering them far enough to throw them up again and try to punch from below against the arms of Astrid with all she got she would try to pack as much force into this as she could to make it as painful for her opponent as she could, trying to force her to let go of her.

IF sue was able to knock the arms of the other woman away, she wouldn´t be done there. Instead she would try to shove the other woman away from herself, creating some separation, only to follow her directly trying to bow forwards trying to warp her arms around the thighs of Astrid. She would hold on to them as thigh as she could trying to lift Astrid up from the mat and hold her up while charging forwards with her as fast as she coud. Susnna would try to drive her opponent back first into one of the corners.
