Kiwi Warfare: Finlay Zeffer vs Karen Gale

[Bare]

Driven down to the mat by a brutal lariat Finlay was practically seeing stars, trying to sit up but not having a moment of rest before Karen reached down and pulled him up. Feeling her thighs close around his head he knew this wouldn't be good as he took a deep breath, reaching out to grab hold of Karen's legs before pulling in suddenly and pushing forward, aiming to take Karen's legs out from under her and send her crashing to the mat with a double leg takedown!

If successful with this Finlay would pull his legs free of Karen's thighs before diving down on top of the woman. If he was successful at doing this he would try and close this arms around Karen's head, trapping one of her arms in the process and leaving her face pressed against his pec while he crushed her skull between his biceps, squeezing her with his submission finisher, the Zero Aero otherwise known as the Anaconda Vice!

Karen was breathing hard as she yanked Finlay up. It was clear to all onlookers that this match was slowly taking its toll on both wrestlers; the two Kiwis were both shining with sweat, and their movements were becoming a lot more slow and weary. Neither one, it seemed, had much left in the tank: the fact that the two were continuing to endure and continuing to battle it out was impressive, to say the least, and the commentators even noted that this should have been an iron match between the two.

Pulling Finlay up, Karen squeezed his head between her thick thighs to set him up for a powerbomb. At the last second, however, Finlay yanked on her legs, causing Karen to crash down onto her back. "UFH!" she gasped. She was about to try to kick Finlay off when the guy dove right on top of her: the next thing she knew, her arm was bent back over her mouth, and Finlay's armpit was covering her face, his arm squeezing tightly around her head as she was sandwiched between Finlay and the mat, her skull being crushed in an unrelenting vice grip.

"NMMMPH!" came Karen's muffled cry as she kicked at the mat, her free arm slapping weakly at one of Finlay's arms. The crowd was going wild now, Finlay's fans recognizing his signature submission. Karen thrashed and twisted under Finlay, but it seemed that he had the hold tightly locked in; there would be no escape for her.

The ref knelt down next to Karen and asked if she submitted: unable to speak, Karen was only able to shake her white-haired head, though it was clear that she was growing weaker and weaker. With a ragged breath, Karen would arch her body under Finlay's and twist, using her free hand to push against Finlay's chin; even as her vision began to darken and she felt herself going dizzy, she would twist hard, trying to roll and get Finlay onto his back, using their positioning to press her body down against his and try for a pin attempt, even with her head and arm trapped the way they were...

Finlay knew without question that if Karen managed to hit whatever she was looking for a moment ago that things would be all over for him. But now in a sudden turn around he managed to pull his foe's legs out from under her and take her down to the mat with a double leg take down before diving down on top to lock in his submission finisher! Now just like that from the jaws of defeat Finlay was the one poised to take the match in a dramatic fashion!

Grunting slightly in exertion as he squeezed and pulled on Karen's head and neck Finlay was doing his best to try and end things for good right here and now. Unfortunately however things wouldn't be so easy for him given the sheer tenacity and toughness of Karen. Both things Finlay knew about her already but Karen was about to really show out to a level even he didn't know she had and without warning he felt himself pulled back, his back now pressed to the mat!

"ONE!"

"TWO!!"

"TH!"

'Shit!' Finlay thought to himself as he undid his hold and rolled all the way back from Karen to avoid getting caught in the pin. Honestly he had hoped to roll them back over with his submission still locked in, but there was no such luck in that particular maneuver and unfortunately it left him back to square one. But Karen was still on the mat, even as he pushed himself up, and surely she'd be breathless and lethargic, so maybe he could still win this! Bending down he'd try to grab at her shoulders and pull her back up to her feet in preparation to land a final big move!

Karen cursed inwardly as the count almost-- almost-- reached three. Finlay, though, narrowly managed to kick out, sending her rolling away. Groaning, she ended up on her back, her chest rising and falling as she tried to catch her breath. Finlay would have no way of knowing just how close he had been to bringing Karen to a tapout, or to knocking her out. She breathed hard, her dark faced flushed red as she tried to give herself time to recover.

It was time that Finlay was not about to give her: she felt her shoulders being grabbed, and soons he was being pulled, stumbling and shaking, up to her feet. She had a horrible feeling that Finlay was about to set her up for a finishing move: weary as she was, she growled and balled a fist, trying to slam a punch into Finlay's midsection. If this managed to stun him, then she would try to duck under his arm and get behind him, aiming to wrap one arm around his thigh and another around his arm; if all went off without a hitch, then, with a roar of exertion, she would try to lift Finlay off the mat and stretch him across her shoulder in a trophy rack!

That was close and Finlay knew it. From both sides, he knew, instinctively that if he could have just held his submission a little longer that Karen would have surely been done for, but vice versa that pin of hers very nearly had him. Both of them were near the ends of their ropes and the winner would surely be decided by whoever could land the next move on the other, regardless of the impact of it.

That was why Finlay was getting to his feet as soon as possible while also moving to grab hold of Karen and forcing her to do the same. Determined to get her in position to hit a move, any move to end this match for good. Unfortunately in his haste to get her up he left himself vulnerable to a punch! "UGH!" Finlay gasped out in pain, doubling over and by proxy being easy for Karen to grab and lift him up, into a torture rack! "AGHHH!" He screamed out on in pain as he was bent across his fellow Kiwi's shoulders, pain mounting in his body at a breakneck pace!

Karen was breathing hard at this point as she hoisted Finlay's full weight onto her shoulders. It was taking a lot of effort on her part just to stand-- let alone hoist a grown man across her shoulders like this-- and it felt like she was burning through her remaining strength as she would pull down on Finlay's chin and leg, trying to stretch the man brutally across her shoulders. "Nnngh....hnnnh....give...UP!" she would yell, trying for all her worth to wring a submission out of her fellow Kiwi.

If Finlay refused, though-- and Karen had a strong impression that he would-- then she would suddenly release the hold, spin a little so that Finlay's body swivelled on her shoulders, and drop down, wrapping her arms around Finlay's waist to nail him with her piledriver finisher, the Riptide!

If all of that went off without a hitch, then Karen would lean forward, her panting face staring down over Finlay's as her breasts pressed in against his butt, trying to wrap him thoroughly for a pin. In an instant, the ref would be next to them, starting the countdown.

The last thing Finlay had expected was to be caught in a torture rack position by Karen, pulled and bent across her back in a brutal and agonizing fashion, his back pressed to his limits along with his will. "Gnnhkkkk." He responded in a gurgled choke to Karen's command for him to tap and truthfully he was right on the verge of doing so, but it appeared that Karen was growing impatient and she'd soon turn him around before bringing him sailing through the air and down to the mat in a massive pile driver! Immediately his body went stock still before collapsing down to the mat, prime opportunity for Karen as she draped across his body and pulled his leg back for a pin fall!

"TWO!"

"THREE!!!"

And with that, the bell rang.

Wearily, Karen rolled off of Finlay and collapsed onto her back as, around them, the crowd roared with applause, thrilled at the conclusion to such an intense and brutal match. Indeed, Karen was thoroughly worn out at this point, barely able to move after the sheer amount of punishment that her fellow Kiwi had inflicted upon her. Her chest rose and fell as she stared up at the arena lights, too battered and exhausted to appreciate her victory.

Slowly and painfully, however, she began to roll up to her hands and knees. Pausing to allow the ref to raise her arm in victory, she crawled over towards Finlay and, grabbing him by the arm, tried to help him up to his feet. "Come on, then, mate...up you go..." she breathed, trying to help up the man she had been brutally beating the crap out of just moments earlier.

Finlay was panting in exhaustion and pain as he laid on the mat in the wake of Karen's pile driver finisher, looking up at the lights with a muddled expression on his face and trying to sit up, but not having much luck in doing so. Thankfully his opponent, while barely able to get up herself was willing to offer him some help in doing so. Taking her hand he would let her haul him up a bit with the blonde leaning against Karen for support as she aided him in getting up to his feet.

"T-Thanks. Congrats by the way..." He whispered to her as he was helped up. Leaning against her for a moment before finding his feet and as he did so he would turn to the side while grabbing Karen's wrist so that he could lift her arm up and pointing to her to acknowledge Karen as the winner and show respect.

The crowd cheered as Karen pulled Finlay to his feet, delighted to see a display of good sportswomanship after such a brutal, hard fought match. Indeed, many in the crowd were cheering both wrestlers for having fought such a brutal, relentless, and ultimately close match: Finlay had shown some of his best wrestling in a while, and Karen, for her initial foray into Tension, had come out with a very impressive win.

"Heh...thanks..." Karen said as Finlay raised her hand. "You weren't half bad yourself. Feel free to call on me if you ever want a rematch-- maybe I'll be nice next time and let you win." Flashing Finlay a mischievous wink, Karen would then turn to exit the ring, wearily, raising an arm to her cheering fans as she hobbled her way out of the arena.
