The Traveler nodded as she would follow Oscar out from the room. From there, she would follow him to the dungeons, where both the prisoners and her sword would be located.

So far, it would seem that there was no one alerted to the fact that a prisoner was on the loose.

They had to sneak around a couple of guards on occasion, but so far, everything seemed okay.

After some cautious movement toward the Dungeons, Oscar slowly opened the door and descended down some stone steps- the stairway illuminated by the flickering flames of torches hung on the walls. The two soon reached the cobblestone floor again as the Prince took point at a heavy door in front of them.

"Ok- so far, so good. Beyond this door, treasure room is the first door on the left. You'll find your sword there. I'll deal with any guards and see if I can get them to leave. As long as they think I'm still with them, they should listen"

The Traveler followed Oscar further into the stronghold and down towards the dungeons. The torches illuminated just enough to make it easy to descend; as there was always a change of slipping and falling. As they kept on walking, the Traveler heard Oscar explain that he could try and convince any guards to leave.

"What will you do if they won't?" The Traveler asked curiously. She figured that Oscar would not be willing to fight any more of his people than what he had to; even if he distained his father. The question was whether she was right in that suspicion.

"Then I releive them of duty. Simple as that"

Oscar cracked his knuckles as he paused to look back at Fang.

"I understand if you question my resolve on the matter but I assure you- I am willing to fight my subjects if they get in the way. Before my Father took the throne, we were better people. My previous subjects were like family. I grew up with them. They left rather than plunder and kidnap. I only wish I went with them. Now- if you excuse me"

Oscar slipped through the door- leaving Fang to check the treasure room on her own.

The Traveler listened to Oscar's response to her concerns, about how now everyone in this group were bad people; and how the good ones actually left. She nodded, as she made it clear that she understood what was going through Oscar's mind.

"I will not be long." The Traveler said as she went to look for her sword in the treasure room. Hopefully there wouldn't be any kind of problems; such as some guard or guardian waiting in the room.

Fang would enter the room to find... a HORRIBLY unorganized mess of items strewn about the place. It clearly looked like the Barbarian’s literally threw anything they collected into the room without a second thought. Furniture, coins, it was all over the place. The good news, at least, was that the traveler could tell that the newest pilfered goods are closest to the door and on top of the pile since there were items from the village she fought the Prince in. The bad news, however, was that the travelers sword wasn't visible...

"Oh of course it wouldn't be easy." The Traveler would say to herself as she came upon the treasure room. It was so abysmal to the point that the Traveler had to wonder if this mess was even up to Barbarian standards.

"By gods this place is absolute abhorrent." The Traveler commented, as she tried searching for her sword. Of course, she would eventually find out that it was not in the treasure room.

"Okay, so it's not here." The Traveler commented, "But where could it be..." She then realized that there was only one possible answer to the question of her blade's where abouts.

As the traveler searched, she would hear the treasure room door open behind her- followed by a startled voice.

"Wh- HEY!!! By the gods- I leave for the chamber pot for only a moment and someone sneaks in! Blast it all!"

If the traveler were to look behind her, she'd see a Barbarian standing in the doorway... with her sword... and using it as... um, a backscratcher...

The Traveler heard the door open and would turn around to see what became of her...poor...poor sword. Quite frankly, she was surprised that such a moment occurred, as the two would stare at each other awkwardly. Then, upon seeing her sword being used as a backscratcher, she became more determined to get it back.

She grabbed the nearest golden plate and chucked it at the guard, either to nail him on the head or distract him long enough for her to close the gap and nail him with a hard blow to a specific area.

Hurling the plate like a Frisbee, the plate hit the Barbarian square on the head- dropping him to the ground like a wet paper bag and drop the sword onto the ground. The sword was in one piece, thankfully, but it was covered in skin flakes. Yuck.
