After the kickout, Penny crawled a bit slow to the closest ropes she had before grabbing those to get up.

Penny uses the rope to pull herself and stand up, then she turns around to lean her back on those before run to her for a clothesline.

Gabbie was kicked in the gut. She groaned loudly as her toned stomach was kicked by Penny, and now she's in trouble as she's about to be hit by Penny's finisher.
