Re: High Flying, Death Defying: Cora Adair (D) vs Raquel Masters
Cora grit her teeth as her opponent's weight crashing down on her pressed her against the canvas though she wasn't given any time to rest or get up on her own as her opponent was quick to get up and pull her up by the arm as well before sending her running towards the ropes with an Irish whip! A chance to counter perhaps presenting herself? No, turning her body Cora turned to rebound off the ropes only to be met by her opponent a few steps later. Raquel's weight crashed into Cora taking her back down to the mat with a small thud!

Raquel landed near Cora after that impact and she quickly scrambled over to cover Cora hooking a leg as she pinned her! Raquel made amid contact with that one knowing that she had to have done something to Cora.
The official slid in to place to begin the count as Raquel kept Cora pinned down to the may.
"ONE!"

Re: High Flying, Death Defying: Cora Adair (D) vs Raquel Masters
Cora winced as she hit the canvas with Raquel following soon after her and moments later the woman scrambled and was soon on top of Cora hooking her leg, the referee dropping down to the canvas and slapping the mat once before Cora's shoulder shot off the canvas breaking the pin! "Off" Cora said surprisingly softly as she kicked out and attempted to roll away from Raquel in order to get back up to her feet.

Raquel was in total shock as Cora kicked out ofnone of her best moves and hard impacts tonthe skull right after the one count! She looked shocked, a bit embarrassed then angry as she shooknher head stomping down on Cora. "How the hell....?!"
Raquel screamed as she pulled Cora up looking to smash her right in the face with a roundhouse kick to knock her back down! Raquel could feel that she increasingly was the doormat for debuting wreslters and aftet that kickout part of her couldn't help but feel that the bosses were right.

Raquel was angry because Cora kicked out of an early pin? Cora couldn't imagine how angry the woman would be if the half Mexican half Native American woman won this match. Cora put her arms up, trying to shield herself the best she could from Raquel's stomps before she was grabbed and pull to her feet being forced to listen to the woman's screams. Cora then reached up catching the leg swinging towards her leg as she glared into Raquel's eyes slowly lowering the woman's leg to her waste before throwing an elbow strike towards Raquel's face. If successful Cora would then tuck the woman's head beneath her arm before lifting her up and slamming her down with a fishermen suplex!

Well that was bad...
Raquel's kick was blocked and as she was trying to go for something else the elbow strike hammered her head! Raquel's head snapped to the side and it was all the opening Cora needed to grab hold of Raquel and lift her up for the fisherman suplex! Raquel came crashing down to the mat and thrashed, trying to buck her way free in case a pin attempt was coming. Raquel would lay on her side in pain having lost momentum and giving initiative back to Cora in her debut match.

As her it landed Cora was quick to capitalize on it as she lifted and suplexed Raquel moments later only releasing the other lightweight when she bucked. Rolling to a kneeling position Cora smirked sliding behind Raquel, forcing the woman into a seated position. Cora would then attempt to grab Raquel by the wrist before positioning her knee right against the woman's spine! If everything went to plan Cora would then pull on her opponent's arms giving her a nice and painful stretch!

Raquel felt herself pulled up to a sitting position and before she could react her arms were yanked back and her shoulders were in agony! Raquel kicked the mat and shook her head as she was stuck! She pulled on her arms trying to escape although right now things were not looking good for Raquel as the pain from the hold was quickly mounting. She added hard rocks and thrusts to the side teying anything she could think of to loosen the grip!

Cora smirked and studied the audience as she painfully stretched Raquel's arms and back! Cora maintained the hold, the woman's struggling not seeming to bother her that much though her grip did begin to slip slightly but Cora released the woman's wrist instead grabbing the woman by the chin and then turning Raquel's head in order to stare into the woman's eyes as she leaned in. Cora would then bring her face close to Cora's trying to give her a quick and distracting kiss on the lips before pulling away and then pull the rest of her body away before attempting to slam the woman's head back down on the mat.

Re: High Flying, Death Defying: Cora Adair (D) vs Raquel Masters
Raquel struggled and was trying to free herself when Cora pulled her close. The kiss likely didn't have quite the effect Cora expected. A flood of memories of Raquel's in-ring exes came back to her and it brought many unpleasant memories with it. She scowled and had her head slammed to the mat just as Cora planned but Raquel was now filed with the bad memories of her exes, the thought that the bosses only saw her as a doormat for new wrestlers and the reality that she really was no longer remotely close to a title shot again.
Raquel slapped the mat and pushed herself up to her feet determined to fight her way back into this match.
