With a grunt, Polaris draped himself over Hiro, hooking one of Hiro’s legs to secure a more effective pin. The referee slid into position beside them, raising his hand to start the count.

As the referee's hand descended for the second count, the atmosphere in the arena was charged with suspense. Just as it seemed that Polaris Mask would secure the victory, Hiro forcefully kicked out, breaking the pin just before the critical three-count!
