Staff Information
“Welcome, welcome, one and aaaaall, to the Nothing But The Truth podcast, where we tell you everything you need to hear for what's going on in LAW wrestling—whether you like it or not.”

Position: Podcaster - Suki is the host of LAW's first regularly-scheduled podcast, Nothing But The Truth. On Nothing But The Truth, Suki covers the latest-breaking stories in LAW and stokes fans' interest in what might happen next—all in the no-holds-barred way that only she can.

Strengths: In a business filled with people who know how to work a crowd, Suki might be the most gifted of them all with a microphone in front of her. It's not just about saying a lot or saying things she knows will get a reaction. It's about making her words count—making the audience feel something when they listen to her pod. Even if that "something" is frothing fanboy rage as she spits the most flagrantly wild takes of all time.

But as off-the-wall as her hot takes are, there's a method to her madness. Everything Suki says, she believes, if only by the smallest hair. That seed of belief puts her a step above your run-of-the-mill shock jockey, since it means she doesn't have to make things up for the camera. It also helps her stay unflappable in the face of things like "facts" or "logic." As long as she sticks to her guns, she's hard to move from her spot.

Past that, it's all about the rhetoric. Suki is whip-smart with wit to match; she can reason her way to any conclusion in the time it takes to adjust a microphone, then say anything she needs to make even the hottest take sound reasonable on paper. Believe it or not, she's pretty knowledgeable when it comes to sports, too. In today's social media age, however, that's not enough. Suki has that natural, off-the-cuff sense of humor that fits perfectly into 30-second clips.

Weaknesses: Suki Harada's biggest weakness is, by far, the fact that she doesn't give a shit about her haters. Tune in or don't—you always have a choice. Sometimes she'll choose to engage with people who want to start stuff with her, and she'll often get the better of those encounters thanks to her talent for rhetoric. But to some, being as real as she can and dunking on people for not at least seeing what she's saying is… distasteful. On top of all her hot takes and engagement-baiting ways, it's just another way for her to earn her haters.

While Suki has always had a passing interest in wrestling, it's not something she has much professional experience in covering; she's a quick learner, though. She also takes the rules of things as a given; she isn't one to specifically lean into what makes a hardcore or hentai match all that exciting. Instead, she'd see the bloodsport or the sex as part of the contest and nothing more.

Biographical Information
“See, that? That's absurd to me. If he got traded, I would drive him to the airport myself first thing tomorrow! You'd see me cheering and dancing in the middle of the street, because this guy? He's a bona fide SCRUB!”

Personality: Some call Suki Harada a grifter. A hot take merchant, focused on saying the most outlandish things possible just to get some eyes. Others say that she's just a hater with the gift of gab and a mind to support it.

In reality, that's just how she gets with sports. It's been a big part of her life for as long as she can remember. That kind of love breeds passion, and that kind of passion is exactly what fuels her milk-fueled morning rants to an audience of hundreds of thousands. She isn't exactly a hater, and she definitely isn't dishonest with what she says. Whatever she is, though, it happens to be a perfect fit for being on a hot mic in the 21st century.

Outside of the booth, Suki is actually pretty low-tempo. After all, she isn't a bottomless well of energy. Screaming into a mic—not to mention all the prep work that goes into it—takes a lot out of her. She sleeps in whenever possible, and she likes to visit quieter joints to get a drink or meal. Whenever she turns on her TV to watch the latest soccer game, F1 race, or wrestling match, though, all bets are off.

Biography: When people think of sports media, Suki Harada is one of the first people to come to mind. She's the not-quite-yelling voice they've heard on the radio, and her bewildered, furrowed brows and sidelong smirk have been the face of Sports Discourse™ for years. Her quips go viral with regularity, and her preferences are very well known among athletes and fans alike.

Harada cut her teeth reporting on the surprisingly-cutthroat world of youth baseball in Japan before quickly transitioning to the NPB. It wasn't long until her way of doing things attracted controversy; the venerable institution of Japanese baseball had only mixed reactions to Suki's bombasticism. For every fan she found by being as entertaining as she was, she also gained her fair share of haters. That didn't bother Suki, but eventually she set her sights on less traditionalist waters.

So she set off to cover the whole wide world of sports as one of the banner-carriers for the era of "new media." Podcasts, social media content, and morning sports talk shows, where she would talk about everything that's happened in the sporting world. Team sports, individual sports, combat sports, and everything in between. All of it caught Suki's interest, and none of it was sacred.

Over time, she gained a large following and a place of cultural permanence in the world of sports—for good and for bad. Her combat sports content always gets a lot of views, a fact that didn't escape the watchful eyes of LAW. Now, the world's biggest wrestling company has secured a boat-sized contract with Suki Harada to produce a podcast just for them…

The LAW media empire will never be the same.

Fun Facts:
  • Suki's favorite drink is a nice cold bottle of milk.
  • Suki is one-eighth American on her mother's side, and she speaks fluent English.
  • Suki is bisexual, but her libido is pretty low. Time will tell how that helps or hurts her in covering LAW.
