Matthaious is what one could call an old soul, wise beyond his twenty-three years. Solid. Reliable. Oftentimes giving off big brother energy even with peers who happen to be a little older. He's more lowkey, in contrast to his mother and most of his family.

Matthaious Constantinou was born into a wealthy that's full of various forms of entertainers: Movie and television stars, musicians, dancers, magicians, circus performers...and in the case of his mother (Bethany Susan Constantinou) and father (Oscar Kelly) and a few other relatives, professional wrestlers. He's the younger of two (fraternal) twins who were born under controversial circumstances: His father had an affair with the United Full-Contact Wrestling Women's champion, Angela Belti, while he was engaged to be wed to his mother. In the feud that resulted, Bethany would be forced to retire following a devastating Last Dance through an announcer table that left her with a broken neck. While she was in the hospital, she would learn that she was pregnant.
An ugly custody battle would ensue after Matthaious and Adonis were born, ending with Bethany being awarded full custody. After moving back to the United States, she and her family used their wealth to put hurdles and roadblocks in place that would ultimately keep him out of their lives, with the story told when they asked about him being that he'd passed away.
As was Constantinou custom, the boys would develop interests in things that would bring them into the spotlight: Adonis had a love for theatre, with aspirations of becoming an actor. Matthaious was the sporty one, as well as an accomplished academic who would graduate at the top of his class. He dabbled in football, but truly shined in the wrestling teams, eventually taking up classes in Boxing and Sambo, having developed a liking for combat sports. He competed in several tournaments and walked away from most with the trophy in his hands, and would eventually try his hand in amateur boxing and MMA, having stellar records in those arenas as well.
But the spars he'd have with his mother would have him settled on a sport: He could see in her eyes that her love for professional wrestling had never faded through the years. He could see the void that her forced retirement had left within her when they caught shows on TV or saw them live. But she could still move as well as she could in her youth, which had him thinking that she should get a second professional opinion. And after initial fearful rejection of the idea, he and Adonis would contact a physician to set up a house call, the results of which would confirm...that she was fit to wrestle.
Bethany immediately started preparing to make a comeback, and Matthaious was happy to join her and support her during her return. While he learned more styles of wrestling -- power wrestling and some Lucha Libre, particularly -- he would teach her what he knew of Boxing and Sambo.

Matthaious uses a grappling-heavy hybrid style composed of amateur wrestling, Freestyle Sambo, his mother's Lucha Libre style, and power-focused wrestling, making use of Boxing as a tool to help him get in close so he can bring his opponent down with a variety of throws, slams, and holds. He has a dangerous mixture of power and technique, making little more use of the former on account of not possessing the same dexterity as his mother, Lady Constantine.
But like her, he is the bane of the wrestler who's neglected their grappling. Not quite as fast, but still quicker and more athletic and explosive than what one would expect of a Heavyweight. She's also gone over the importance of spectacle in a contest, but his prior martial arts experience and drive to open doors and succeed in a such a heavily female-dominated promotion tends to nudge him towards pragmatism.
