Training Doubles and a Deal

Fuuka's sit-ups went far smoother than Chiaki's did. With Shiori already having a set to practice with and Fuuka's increased hit taking ability, the bluenette was able to power through her sit-ups even as the fangirl came down on her body. It wasn't as if Fuuka didn't feel the sting, as there was definitely extra effort going into working through these, but it was still much for natural for the techie to do.

"It feels like I think it should," said Fuuka in response to Shiori's question. She also noticed that Shiori's slaps seemed to be all over her body, moving up, down, and to both the near and far sides of her torso. Fuuka even let out a huff of air when Shiori sent an especially hard strike right into the center of her abs.

Chiaki also picked up on this. "Hey hey, weren't your slaps more concentrated during my set?" she said. "Is it a strategy, or are your arms getting too tired to aim?" Chiaki's questions would have unintended consequences however, as they distracted Shiori. So when she shifted her aim up Fuuka's body, she adjusted too far, and ended up smacking the bluenette right in her breasts.

"Eep!" Fuuka yelped as she rolled away and covered her chest, prematurely bringing the set to an end.

Shiori's hands thudded down onto Fuuka's core, testing her strength as the blue-haired girl worked through her set. Left, right, right, left. Palm, heel, edge. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but all meant to engage different parts of her tummy. "Hm?" Chiaki asked a question, causing Shiori to perk up. "No, I'm making it so she can't adapt and has to flex different muscle groups quickly! It's like cross-traini--"

"Eep!"

In the rush to summon whatever knowledge Dr. Morgenstern had imparted on her

"OmigoshImsosorryFuuka!" She flailed her arms apologetically, then took a deep breath. Unfortunately for all involved, that was only so she could launch into one of her classic babbling fits. "It wasn't that bad, right? I mean, I'm not that strong, and it felt like I got you at a weird angle, and I'm not even embarrassed about it if you're not, which you shouldn't be, because your chest isn't anything to be ashamed of anyway, really, it's actually kinda ni--"

Shiori squealed, like a car that had hit the brakes too suddenly. She realized what she was saying. All of a sudden inventing a new shade of red to plaster on her face, Shiori stood up. "Well! That's enough of that. A-Anyways..."

She ran them through a few more workouts. Nothing too strenuous, and all sure to help them become mighty wrestlers! Especially thanks to all the cool new spins on them that Shiori had come up with on the spot. Ways to add more weight, get the girls flexing more, or bring in a more aerobic element to it... Most of it was good advice, like slowing down while lifting weights to promote muscle engagement. Some of it, though, was similarly random to her little experiment with knife-edge chops.

After that, she brought them into the ring. "Okay! Hope you aren't too worn out... fighting on strained muscles can be bad for you, ya know." She tried to build that into their workout schedule, but she wasn't exactly sure how successful that was. "But! Let's practice some of the real stuff. What did you have in mind? Putting together new moves? Practicing what you've got already? Maybe a full spar? I'm a wrestler too, ya know!"

Chiaki contemplated cutting off Shiori before her rambling led to something embarrassing coming out of her mouth, but when the fangirl began talking about Fuuka's chest, the gamer girl couldn't help but stay back and see where this led. "Tcheh," Chiaki held back a chuckle after Shiori eventually cut herself off.

"Uhhhhh," Fuuka's face went red as she heard Shiori complement her breasts after slapping them. "And I thought Chiaki was the one obsessed with breasts."

"Shiori still has a way to go before she's on my level, I think," Chiaki said as she would come up behind the brunette and give her breasts a slap. "Avenging" a Fuuka who was currently shaking her head with a hand to her forehead. They worked on exercises for a shirt while longer before Shiori shifted to live wrestling.

"Well we wanted to practice our co-op moves, right?" Fuuka asked, turning to her partner.

"Yeah, but we can do a full spar instead, I think," Chiaki answered. "That should still give us the opportunity to practice our moves while getting in good live practice as well."

Shiori absentmindedly rubbed at her still-stinging chest as the Keyboard Warriors decided what they wanted to do. Chiaki really had gotten stronger in her time as a wrestler; just that playful slap actually kinda hurt. Not to mention that it made her face just as red as she was sure her boob was underneath her workout clothes.

Soon enough, they elected for a live spar, right here in one of LAW's training rings! "Alright!" Shiori pumped her fists. This was always her favorite part of Team Stanza training: the opportunity to see her friends' sweet moves up close and personal! "I'll take you both on, too. Handicap rules! That'll make it easier for you to work on combos and tag moves!" She struck a kung fu pose, straight out of her favorite wuxia film... or maybe this particular one was from an anime?

"No need to hold back, either! I've got lots of practice taking moves from people." Most wrestlers would say that was a bad thing, but today more than ever, it would work out in her favor. "I can handle whatever you've got to-- Uh, wait." She cocked her head. "None of your signatures involve, like, baseball bats or chairs or stuff like that going over my head, right?"

"I-please tell me you're joking, Shiori," Fuuka said when the trainer started talking about them beating her over the head with weapons. Fuuka had never fought with weapons before, and she assumed Chiaki hadn't either.

"Yeah, like I get that some people in LAW would do that, but you don't really think that we would even consider that, right?" Chiaki followed, clearly of a similar mind to her partner.

"Wait, you don't have people in Team Stanza who are doing that to you, do you Shiori?" Fuuka asked, suddenly very concerned for the fangirl. She really hoped that Shiori's admiration didn't cause her to allow people to actually beat her with weapons in training.

"From the couple interactions I've had with her boss, I'm pretty sure she takes good enough care of her employees that she wouldn't let that happen to Shiori even if she was willing to agree to it," said Chiaki. "So, weapons out of the way, shall we get started?"

"Well, I dunno! That's why I asked!" Shiori shrugged, though it was more like a wild, exasperated flail of her arms into the air. "Maybe you have one of those mini PC towers tucked away ready to bash opponents with. Or a Power Glove with nails sticking out of it. I usually don't wade into those spars, but we've at least practiced with kendo sticks back at Team Stanza. You never know who you might fight these days!"

"But yeah. Let's get to it!" Shiori squared up and started hopping from foot to foot. "Better be on your toes, or I might be tougher than ya think!" She looked between her sparring-opponents-to-be, eyes narrowing as her gaze flickered from Fuuka to Chiaki and back to Fuuka. Come to think of it, she hadn't ever practiced handicap scenarios. Tag matches, yeah, and even tornado type matches with Team Stanza. This was a match type reserved for the best of the best, though, to show off how good they were against a deep disadvantage. Shiori was.. decidedly not that.

Even in the worst case scenario, though, this was supposed to be practice for the Keyboard Warriors more than anything. As long as she could stay standing after all their moves, this would be a success.

She pointed out of the ring, to an imaginary bell. "Ding ding ding!" Then she lashed out, pumping a basic front kick towards Chiaki -- no doubt the less durable of the two tag partners!

Chiaki didn't think that Shiori was weak, but considering that she had beaten her in a singles match, and now she had Fuuka by her side, the gamer girl doubted that this would go any way other than the Keyboard Warriors getting to practice their moves on their coach with little resistance. Of course, they still had to actually subdue Shiori first.

Fuuka noticed that Shiori seemed to be lining up more towards Chiaki than herself, and shifted slightly towards her partner accordingly. As a result, when the brunette fired her leg out at Chiaki, the bluenette was able to intercept it. Blocking Shiori's kick with her wrist and then grabbing her by the ankle before she could pull her foot away.

"Nice!" Chiaki praised her partner as she went in at Shiori's other leg. Once the gamer girl had taken it out, the fangirl would have no leg to stand on, and fall with her legs pointing out in wildly different directions.. Now behind Shiori, Chiaki would get her onto her stomach, take the brunette's legs and put her into a Boston Crab.

From there, Fuuka knew what to do. She laid down on her side and wrapped her thick thighs around Shiori's neck, locking her in a Headscissor to compliment Chiaki's Boston Crab. "Here's our first Co-op Combo," she said. "We call it 'Memory Wipe.' So, what do you think?" It was a bit of a tease, since Shiori probably wouldn't be able to talk too well, but Fuuka did genuinely want some feedback as well.

Shiori's foot shot out towards Chiaki, but she must have been telegraphing her moves again, because Fuuka intercepted it easily! "Wha... Whoaaaa!" Shiori hopped around on her remaining foot; from here, she knew there were a thousand things Fuuka could do. Lots of moves transitioned easily from a held leg, even with just one wrestler in the ring. But Fuuka wasn't alone. She had a partner.

Said partner swiftly reminded Shiori of that fact, closing in on her other leg and swiping it right out from under her! Then she stood over Shiori and locked in a Boston Crab! "Gaah!" Shiori cried out as her thighs and back were stretched out. As if that wasn't bad enough, Fuuka soon cut off her cries of pain with a headscissor!

The theory behind this was genius -- or, at least, as smart as Shiori could think through while being bent into a pretzel. On instinct, even her beginner's training was enough to have her reaching back to try and pull Chiaki's legs out. That would break the Boston Crab. With Fuuka's legs around her, though, it was impossible to generate the kind of pulling power necessary. In the meantime, that split-second reaction to try and escape the crab let Fuuka cinch in the headscissors at their maximum right away!

It didn't take long for Shiori to realize she was screwed. Still, if she wanted to be a good trainer, she should at least put up some semblance of a fight. Fuuka's headscissors were by far the deadliest part of the Memory Wipe; they weighed Shiori down and took her breath away at the same time! So she fought to wriggle her arms somewhere in Fuuka's locked legs, like a crowbar. If she was able to do that, she would try to jimmy her arm in such a way so as to gain enough space to breathe in the hold!

Chiaki didn't need to be a fortune teller to figure out how this 2v1 was gonna go. Just as she predicted, she and Fuuka were able to get Shiori down without any trouble and lock her into the first move of many. The trainer went straight for Fuuka's legs to try to get herself free, so Chiaki just leaned herself further and further back to make Shiori reconsider her choice.

Though Shiori probably did still have the right of it, trying to get free of the Headscissor first. Fuuka's threat to knock the fangirl out was definitely more dangerous than any pain that Chiaki was inflicting. Regardless, it didn't look like Shiori was getting out of either. "Um, Shiori, I think you should submit. We can still continue sparring after we let you go," said Fuuka, concerned as Shiori's face began changing color.

That was the technique that Team Stanza taught its wrestlers: When facing an air choke or similar hold, focus on getting even an inch of space back to stop yourself from getting choked out. From there, leverage against the opponent to get out of the hold. Unfortunately, Shiori wasn't anywhere near strong enough to earn much breathing room. Forget about escaping. To make matters worse, Chiaki cranked up the crab!

It was too much. Shiori tapped out. When Fuuka released her, she rolled onto her back and sat up -- a little too fast. "Paaaah!" Shiori hacked, coughed, and wheezed as she fought to catch her breath. "S-Sorry, I know it wasn't a real windpipe choke or anything, I just -- aaack! -- swallowed some spit down the wrong hole as I got up!" It took a little bit longer for her coughing fit to end.

"Hoooof! That was spooky. The hold, I mean. If you can get someone in that in between tagging out, it's totally GG, am I right?" She tapped her foot twice on the canvas to simulate another bell. "Anyway, what's ne-- gotcha!" She suddenly dashed towards Fuuka, arm out for a lariat!
