Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Drake fully believed at this point that he had this match won. One win can be a fluke. But two decisive victories in a row would undeniably prove to everyone he was better than Oscar, a man Drake realized he was insanely jealous of. Was it jealousy over his success? His girlfriend? Jealousy that Oscar was a strong, athletic nerd? Perhaps. But Drake realized it all boiled down to one simple thing: Oscar was happy and loved in a way Drake never was. Drake was determined to win because he was convinced being a star would fix everything, and he was on the verge of winning now.
The Colossus tightened his grip on the chain, pulled Oscar in close, and kept squeezing. Drake felt Oscar fade and slump against him as the ref raised his arm and let go. Oscar’s arm dropped limply to the side.
ONE!!
Again.
TWO!!
The ref raised and let go of Oscar’s a third time.
THR-NOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Oscar came alive and the crowd went wild. One hand grabbed the chain and the other clenched in a fist as Oscar let out a thunderous war cry the likes of which no one had ever heard come from Oscar. He stood up, lifting Drake on his back. He then ran backwards towards Drake’s truck.
Earlier, when Oscar had tried getting up by grabbing the truck’s door handle, he had inadvertently opened it. The door was now open and sticking out in Oscar’s path. With a full speed backwards run, Oscar ran into and smashed Drake back-first into his own truck door. The door bent backwards and then, with a loud crack, broke off its hinges and sent everyone tumbling to the ground. Drake lay there starfished on top of his door while Oscar was on the ground next to him, freed from the clutches of the steel chain.
HOLY SHIT!! HOLY SHIT!! HOLY SHIT!!
The crowd thundered with their feet and chanted Oscar’s name, willing him to get up.

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Oscar felt a surge of adrenaline rush through his system as he took Drake's truck foor right off its hinges. Combining that with the support and cheers coming from the crowd members made Oscar feel practically rejuvenated! With his fire burning brighter than it ever had before- Oscar would grab Drake and haul him yo his feet as the battered and bruised Barbarian Prince would irish whip Drake back toward the dented front of his truck before turning to the trash can and drawing the only other weapon Oscar packed: a steel chair!
Snapping around to Drake, Oscar wasted zero time and would grip the chair with both hands before attempting to just beat the absolute HELL out of Drake with the weapon- looking to knock Drake away with every blow as they moved toward an exit!

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
It was payback time! While Oscar got up and got the steel chair, Drake turned over and was on all fours in a perfect position. Oscar raised the chair and brought it down on Drake’s back!
SMACK!
Drake’s cries of pain were drowned out by the crowd’s roars. The pain jolted Drake, who got up and tried moving away from Oscar, but the Barbarian Prince would not be denied.
SMACK!
Another chair shot to Drake’s back. Drake’s legs were buckeling as he was driven towards the exit from the arena parking garage.
SMACK!
Drake collapsed outside and rolled to a stop. Drake turtles up as Oscar followed and unleashed a flurry of chair shots on the downed Colossus!

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Oscar was never one to revel in someone's suffering- no matter how much they deserved it. Still- even he had to admit that there was something satisfying about wailing on Drake after everything he did. Seeing that Drake turtled up, however, made Oscar stop and toss the chair away- which looked like it was about to fall apart. Oscar wasn't about to continue if Drake wasn't going to fight back- so he insisted went to grab onto the Colossus and haul him up again... before lifting him over his head and throwing him through a side exit door leading to an alleyway!

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
The crowd followed the two men as they made their way out of the arena freight garage. They cheered and reveled at Oscar getting some well deserved payback. Drake wasn’t out of the fight completely, but he was definitely on the edge. When Oscar went to grab him, he threw some punches at Oscar’s stomach from his prone position. They had no effect on the raging barbarian prince’s bludgeoning damage reduction. Drake suddenly found himself with the shoe on the other foot when Oscar lifted him overhead and tossed him into an alley! Drake cried out in pain as he landed on a group of trash cans, which bent under his weight, and lay there seated like he was seated against a ring corner.

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Oscar staggered a little as he leaned over to catch his breath, his hands on his knees as the moon shined down on the two fighters. At first Oscar thought he could feel sweat trickle down his body from every side- but he was only half right. It seemed it was raining right now- quite hard in fact. The weather adding to a moment that truly seemed cinematic to all who were viewing.
Standing back up, Oscar huffed and puffed as he stared at Drake. The Colossus splayed out in the trash cans. The Barbarian Prince marched toward him and hauled Drake to his feet once more- this time looking to end things the same way Drake beat him all those years ago: with his signature bearhug- the Barbarian Brace. Oscar's arms locked around Drake's body and begain constricting tightly around Drake's body- putting every last ounce of energy into this finishing move with the hopes of putting a pin on this fight!!

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Drake felt the raindrops falling on him. He felt a sense of dread as he saw the red haired barbarian moving towards him. If the rain didn’t snap him out of his haze, the constricting pain around his torso and lower back did! Oscar pulled Drake up and wrapped his arms around his torso with a his bearhug finisher, the Barbaric Brace. Drake screamed in pain. The irony of this scene was not lost on him. Drake had never felt Oscar’s bearhug before, and he saw now why he ended so many matches with it! He knew he had to power out or he was going to lose. First he pushed against Oscar’s chest to lean back and get some space. He couldn’t get a good angle on Oscar’s head, so he raised his fist and brought it down on Oscar’s shoulder/traps in a hammerfist blow.

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Oscar felt Drake struggle in the hold- pushing back against his chest and hammering his fist down onto his shoulder to try and free himself. Oscar didn't even flinch as the blows connected- utterly locked in as he continued to try and squeeze Drake out in his titanic grip as he stared the Colussus down with a fierce look in his eyes. Nothing from Drake's flailing or the soaking rain seemed to be breaking Oscar's concentration as he then started to shake Drake in the hold- making it more difficult to fight back as the Barbarian Prince blocked out everything around him. Oscar's arms trembled from the force he was applying mixed in with the exhaustion creeping up on him. To the Barbarian Prince, there was no crowd, no cameras, no nothing. Only Drake. Tunnel vision had set in and only one thing was on Oscar's mind: take Drake down before his body gave out on him!

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Drake unleashed a flurry of hammerfist blows on Oscar’s back and shoulders. Oscar shrugged them off and kept squeezing Drake in his bearhug. Drake tired himself out with the punches and Oscar’s shaking ended Drake’s attempt to power out. Drake then tried worming his way out of the bearhug, but Oscar pulled him in close chest to chest to prevent that.
The crowd was roaring as Oscar continued to punish Drake in his crushing embrace. The Colossus stopped fighting and slumped against Oscar, still conscious but all thought of escape was gone. The pain and pressure steadily grew until it was blinding. His only hope was for Oscar to tire out before he went out.
This was a longer bearhug than Oscar would normally win with. The Barbarian Prince showed his strength and kept it going. Drake was too prideful to tap despite the crushing pain and difficulty to breathe. He went limp in Oscar’s arms to the cheers of the crowd. Barely conscious, Drake saw two dark blurs of movement surround him and Oscar in a pincer. And then the blurs struck Oscar in the head with simultaneous roundhouse kicks.

Re: Barbaric Street Fight: Oscar Orelash vs. Drake Benton
Oscar's perseverance and determination managed to hold out against Drake's efforts at escaping the bearhug- taking blows to his back and shoulders like the raindrops landing on his skin. Adrenaline sure was one hell of a drug. To the crowd, victory seemed inevitable for the crowd-favorite barbarian. The ref just had to check Drake for the three count to see if he was still conscious and then-
THWACK
Oscar was so zoned in on Drake that he failed to notice the two unknown assailants blitz down the alleyway and sucker punch the Barbarian Prince- landing two ugly and well-coordinated roundhouse kicks directly into Oscar's skull. Oscar's eyes bulged out from the unexpected, vicious pain before the light left his eyes; his grip on Drake loosening as his arms slid off of the Colosus's body. Oscar was running on fumes as it was thanks to the beating Drake gave him- and the unexpected blow seemed to have pushed Oscar over the edge as the attackers scrambled Oscar's head like an egg, causing him to stagger back a few steps... before falling over flat on his back- right into a puddle. Oscar's eyes were open, but there was no sign of consciousness in his emerald hues. No fire behind his eyes. The crowd understandably didn't react well to this interference at all as a chorus of angry boos spread across the audience. They wanted to know who was responsible for this- and why would they interfere? As the camera was focus on the sight on Oscar's unconscious body lying in a pool of rainwater with more falling onto him, the operator would shift their focus on those responsible- looking to give the crowd the answers they demanded...-
