Lucy was concentrating herself at her exercise right now. It didn't take that long before her trainer saw that Lucy would have no problems at all staying in this position. Lucy was looking up and showed with her head that she understood what Cathy was saying to her but she didn't know how Cathy wanted to increase the pressure.

Lucy got red as she saw what her trainer wanted to do. Her blue haired trainer sat a bit down on her legs with her front towards Lucy. Lucy saw that Cathys breast were right infront of her. The bluenette wouldn't be sure if this was the right answer to this question. Lucy would try surpress her urge to grope Cathy and would instead close her eyes and breath slowly. She knew that it wouldnt take that much longer before they would eventuall spar with each other which would give Lucy the opportunity to get closer with Cathys body.

Cathy would keep the clock in her view, she would feel the body of her trainee shaking under her after some time, she assumed it would be the exhaustion. As soon as she though it was enough Cathy would jump backwards away and clap into her hands smiling at the other girl. “that was great… you did really good this time! I am proud of you lucy!”
She would lean forwards a bit winking the other girl. “you deserved yourself a little break… and a small rewards.” She would stand back up. “so what can I get you? Do you want some protein bar or energy bar?” she would lay the head to her side.
“your almost done with the warm up only 2 more exercises sweet heart!”

"Thank you...That was absolute no problem...at all."
Lucy would say to her opponent. She was a bit exhausted. Not really much from the exercise, even when it played a big part in it, rather was it because of her trainer who was infront of her with her big orbs which just waited to be groped by Lucys hands. Her trainer might be not the shy type Lucy thought but she didn't know if it would be ok to touch her outside of the ring so she had to be patient for a bit longer.

As she was thinking the bluenette didn't listen to what Cathy was saying. She only heared if she wanted to hav an energy or protein bar. The small girl thought for a few moments because she couldn't really decide.
"I don't know why don't we go with an energy bar."
Lucy would finally say to Cathy.

As she then heared that there were just two more exercises she couldn't hide her excitment to get soon in the ring with Cathy.
"YES. I can't wait much longer. Lets get this bar finish those two erxercises and then have a nice "clean" match."
Lucy would say to her fellow bluenette trailer making an accent as she said the word clean. She would even give Cathy a little roguish watch. Full of excitment Luy was like a new born puppy now who was just waiting for what was coming next.

Cathy would rise one eyebrow for a moment, looking down to the woman right in front of her. She would then giggle a little bit, before she would spin around. “aren´t you a little greedy one… Hm you know good things come to the people who can wait… before we can go to the fun part you need to wait a little bit longer!” She would then walk away from her trainee. “While I am gone you can do a few jumping jacks so you don´t cool off!” She would say, while walking away making sure that she was speaking loud enough that the other girl would hear her clearly.

Cathy would walk back to her counter and would look throw a few papers shortly keeping an eye on her trainee the whole time. She wanted to make sure that the girl wouldn´t stop. After she was done she would lean forwards grabbing a energy bar from the lowest self, so she would push her butt out right into the sight of Lucy. She would check the bars for a moment… “Chocolate favored… no… green apple no… hm… oh year cherry.” She would then spin around and walk back towards her trainee. When she was close to her, she would s lowly open the bar and would rip a bit off it. She would smile
“so you can stop for a moment and come and get yourself a snack!” She would then place the piece of the energies bar between her own lips and wink her trainee.

To not cool down Cathy told the small bluenette that she should do a few jumping jacks before she would come back with the bar. Lucy kenw that getting cooled down would be really bad especially then she knew her sparring match with Cathy was right around the corner. Like a good trainee, who knew that her reward for all this would be a nice messy sparring with her well developed trainer, she followed Cathys orders.

She brought her arms over her head together and put her legs together. Before she would start however she watched he trainer leave keeping a close watch her but. She liked her lips in as she thought about the possibilitys she would soon have. Then Lucy would start. She spreaded her legs and in a circle she would put her arms on towards her legs. She would continue this until the bluenette would come back. Lucy wouldn't give everything just enough that she wouldn't get cold again.

It didn't take long until Cathy returned with Lucys snack. As she saw the that the fellow bluenett returened Lucy stopped and waited for her trainer. Cathy placed the snack between her lips. Which motivated Lucy just more to get him.

Lucy walked towards Cathy as she was close enough she would reach upwards with her face and open her mouth.
"Ahh."
Lucy would say and then take a bite from the bar. She would smile at Cathy. Then Lucy would continue to eat up the bar. Before she would however eat the last piece which was right between her opponents lips. She would give Cathy a playful smile and open mouth. Then she would open her mouth a bit. Lucy wanted that Cathy would feed her herself with the last piece because she wanted to keep the kissing for the match.
When Cathy would feed her Lucy would look her right towards her eyes.
"Ok miss trainer what will come next? I can't wait."
Lucy would be eager to continued with the warm up so that she could go from the appetizer right to the main menu.

Cathy would place the rest of the bar into the mouth of her trainee before slowly spin around giggling. “hm girl girl… you really can´t wait can you. Good things will come to people who can wait for them. So the more you can´t wait the more I will make you wait…” she would say throwing a kiss to Lucy before walking away from her. She would walk over to the tread mile and stand right next to it. “but how about this you go on here and run a few miles and then we maybe can call it a day and you and me can go to one of the side rooms!” She would say walking away form her trainee once again just to check if the room was free and ready for use.

Not much later she would come back with a bottle of plant oil in her hand smiling at her trainee. “so how you feeling? You think you can do the last round with me?” She would giggle “if so follow me...” she would say turning around and leading the trainee into a side room that was covered completely, the floor and the walls, with trainings mats. The trainer would close the door behind both of them. “so this is the place… any wishes?”

Lucy grow more impatient every minute and her trainer knew that. It was pretty obvious that Lucy wanted to start right away but Cathy had fun to make the small bluenette wait. Like always Lucy listened and then she followed Cathy to towards a tread mile. Cathy wanted that Lucy would run a few miles on there before they would go down to buisness.

The bluenettes legs were not in top form because of one of the previous exercises. With out any other words Lucy would go on the tread mile and start to run. To not get completly exhausted the bluenette wouldn't go top speed right away. She would make it slow and wait for her trainer, who went away and check if one of the side rooms would be free, to come back.

Lucy ran a bit and maybe a few 2 or 3 minutes later Cathy returned. She had a bottle of plant oil in her hand and Lucy woundered herself what she wanted to do with this.
"Iam maybe a bit exhausted but still alright.
Lucy would tell her opponent and smile back at her. Cathy then asked her if she could still go for a round with her. Lucys excitment was beyound measurable as she could finally have fun with the sexy and well trained body of her trainer. The bluenette had to consider that this might be a trap. Afterall Cathy told her before that the more she couldn't wait the more Cathy would make her wait. Because of that she tried to hide her ecitment the best she could.
"Well I that I could still go one last round with you."
Lucy would say trying to sound as normal as possible.

Lucy would then follow the fellow bluenette into one side room. The room was completly covered with training mats much to the enjoyment of the bluenette who didn't have to feared crashing down on the ground to hard if her opponent would slam her down. Lucy would then turn around as her opponent asked her if she had any wishes.
"Hm let me think. You are pretty much bigger then me so why don't you start nude?"
Lucy would tell her opponent to strip. The bluenette thought that with this she would maybe have a bette chance to pleasure her opponent if she would start nude.
"One last thing for what is the oil anyway?"

Cathy would laughe a little bit and place the oil flash on the bottle before spinning around . “I might have to use that later…” She would wink that other girl happily. Before stretching her arms a little bit. “you will find out soon enough I promise!” She would say before thinking about a moment . Then she would grab her sport bra and in one movement she would pull it over her head. Taking it off in one moment before throwing it away… “I won´t start nude but I will give you this!” She would say before leaning forwards.

“I would let you take the first shot!” She would say giggle for a moment.

Lucy got a bit dissapointed that her trainer didn't start completly nude but atleast she removed her sports bra. The small girl had now a much more better view on them and they seemed to be much more bigger then they were before. After Cathy removed her top Lucy looked down on herself. She got red from embarassment as she witnessed the full difference between their bust sizes.

Lucy shaked her head and slapped with both her hands on her cheeks to get into focus and not letting herself distracted over some size difference even if it was more then just a bit.

As she heared her opponent say that she could get the first shot the small wrestler giggled.
"Don't you think you make it a bit too easy for me?"
Lucy would say in her overconfidence.

The bluenette would walk slowly towards her trainer. She got the first shot so she took all the time in the world she could get to look around at the fellow bluenette and look for the perfect spot to attack. After she inspected her opponent pretty carefully she walked a few steps back again.
"Ok let us start. Here I come."

Lucy would say and rush with all her speed towards Cathy. Before she would crash into her the bluenette would sidestep her trainer and turn herself around so that she would be behind Cathy. After this Lucy would jump into the air right on her back. There Lucy would wrap her legs around Cathys waist for a better grip and put her hands in front of her. The bluenettes hands would reach for her opponents nipples. She would take them between index finger and thumb and then Lucy would start to pinch both of Cathys nipples.

Cathy would just stand there and smile while the other girl was jumping around her. She would keep her in her view though turning her head when Lucy was getting behind. Then suddenly without any warning Lucy was running right at cathy. The blue haired girl would just keep standing there like she promised waiting for her trainees attack. Lucy was running right towards her before jumping around her with a impressive speed. Cathy wouldn´t react in any way though. She would let the little monkey climb on her back and let take her place there. She would need to stumble around a little bit to keep her balance.

Suddenly she would feel how lucy was going right for the price and would play with her nippels and pinch them a bit making the trainer moan out loudly. “oh yes… that´s it…” she would say to that treatment.
