Student and Mentor Meet as Champions

Nashi would nod to Alaina about it being any team being okay before giggling at the compliment of wearing leopard print. Nashi leaned over and nudged sarcastically.”Oh do you think I could give you a run for your money in terms of wearing leopard?” She playfully winked at her and raising her eyebrow teasing her mentor.


Then Alaina wanted to know any possible ideas for Nashi to face.”Hmmmmm.” She let out puzzled looking down at the floor before shrugging her shoulders and saying.”I guess a team of Lunchadora’s would be cool what about you?” She answered Alaina’s question now knowing if that would be okay with her or not.

"A lot of women wear tiger and leopard print but I think I may be the most synonymous with it, so good luck trying to upstage the original." Alaina said with a grin. She knew Nashi was only kidding, but she also had to realize that Nashi was significantly closer to the age of her daughter than she was to Alaina's age.

"Hmmm, I think that would be a fun matchup. Contrasting styles. That actually would be great since I haven't wrestled a lucha in a bit. If you can find a lucha team to face us lets do it." Alaina said eagerly, now completely sold on the idea of them teaming up again.

Nashi threw her head back having a good laugh from Alaina's response to her upstaging her wearing her own tiger print outfit."Yeah that is true Haha!" She smiled like a child before bringing out them facing a team of lunchadores with Alaina happily agreeing to it. This made Nashi throw her arms around Alaina body!"Sweet I can't wait!!!!" She looked up at Alaina with a childlike excitment in her voice before letting her go.


She scooched back on the bench and stretched out her arms out before bringing them back down. She let out a yawn before she thought of something to say."So Alaina, since your all decked out in that leopard swimsuit what's the occasion got a big match tonight?" She teased Alaina wanting to know if she was going to slam a new challenger for her belt into the next century.

"Well I am glad you are excited too. We'll find some opponents for the match for sure." Alaina said as Nashi was giddy about the upcoming tag match with the amazon. Alaina looked over as Nashi mentioned her in her wrestling gear. "Oh this? Nothing big, just heading out to say hello to the crowd, update them on a few things I have going on and to see if any woman out there wants to step up and face me for the title. A good champion defends often and against all comers." Alaina said to her young counterpart.

Nashi knew it would take a while for a match to be booked but the idea of teaming up with Alaina again caused the Idol to have a burst of energy despite her recovering from her match against Lauren! She then calmed down just to make sure she wouldn't be too much of a handful of Alaina by asking what she was getting ready for. Nashi was a bit shocked it was just for a promo, but wanting to see if anyone was woman enough to face her right than and there with Nashi giving her a nudge."Well I would fight ya, but I'm still recovering from my match, just know I haven't forgotten my promise that one day even if I'm one-hundred I'll wrestle you until I finally win!" She gave Alaina a confident and definite smirk as she knew in her heart of hearts she couldn't retire from wrestling until she defeated Alaina in the ring.

"I know you would, but this is also for the heavyweight title so I also need a heavyweight but I will keep that in mind for the future. I am more than happy to smack some sense into you when necessary." Alaina said as she stood up. "I should head out to the ring soon but still have a few minutes." She said realizing what time it was. "Maybe we'll meet solo in the ring soon you never know right?"

Nashi would listen to Alaina and giggled leaning forward acting a bit more confident in her abilities"Ohhhh is that sooo? well Alaina I wouldn't mind knocking some sense into you next time we square off hehee". She giggled letting Alaina know she would never back down from a challenge to take on Alaina. When Alaina said it was time for her to go Nashi got up and went to give her a hug from behind."Alaina.... I'm sorry but before you go there is something I want to discuss...." Suddenly the room went silent as Nashi wanted to speak about something serious."The clip of the Harbingers attacking you uploaded to the internet....I know about what happened with when you got robbed of your first title shot, but Alaina it reminded me of your promo with Kennedy where you brought up being treated like a sideshow, where you ever treated or forced to do anything horrible?" Nashi asked with a concerned look wondering if Alaina had to actually sleep with someone in order to get a contract in the first place.

"Oh will you now? I think it would end with me pinning you again." Alaina said confidently as she began to talk away. It was then that Nashi brought up one of the many times Alaina was attacked after a match and she simply shook her head. "Back then womens wrestling was not seen as a main draw at all especially in the US. Some bad stuff did happen but I really don't feel like bringing it up." Alaina said, caught off guard that Nashi would even want to mention it. She was surprised Nashi even knew about it. Alaina was going out to do a promo and see if someone wanted to challenge her, normally something that gave her a good feeling, she didn't need to be dragged down by digging up dead skeletons. "I really need to head out there now, they will be calling for me soon."

Nashi wasn't typically one to ask for someone to reveal any bad skeletons in someone's closet, but Alaina was her hero going up as well as a friend of her family, all she wanted was to make sure Alaina didn't go through any other unfair treatment. When Alaina spoke, it wasn't much but it was enough for Nashi to know that even though Alaina was an exceptional wrestler even back then she might have been treated unfairly. It caused Nashi to look down feeling bad for even bringing it up until Alaina said that had to go before the staff got worried about her. "I'm sorry Alaina.... if you need any backup i'll come right there! In fact here's something for good luck!" Nashi went from apologetic to try and be her positive self before SMACK!!! Then and there she gave Alaina a loud smack on a rear as a way of telling her to do her best before giving her a proud thumbs up.
